Pros +
- Good views, very lovely staff quite near to a lot of the attractions
- That’s my third time in Barnovi. Amazing hotel , highly recommended ? Very cozy rooms, welcoming staff ( staff speaks Russian). Especially would like to thank manager Mr. Alex , he’s always there for assistance! His recommendations always top-notch! Location is very convenient, near Rustaveli avenue. Definitely will come back again!
- The staff was wonderful, location is central.
Cons -
- The location is on a slope, for most folks it shouldn’t be a major issue but if you can’t climb slopes you should watch out. To be fair the hotel will inform you before hand about it.
- Comfort: The cold coming from the huge windows, which we tried to compensate turning on the AC, made the air uncomfortably dry.Cleanliness: First night we spent in a room smelling moldy, and couldn't change it, since there were no vacant rooms they said, next day we changed the room. Still the second room we had was 10/10 clean.Accessibility: Location as the hotel mentioned itself "is on Barnovi Street, which a steep slope. Therefore, it is not recommended for elderly individuals or those with heart, respiratory, or blood pressure conditions".
- The hotel is located on a slope, which might be an issue for some, but I didn't have any issue getting into the hotel.

The location is amazing!! Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a hotel in Old Town. The bedroom and bathroom was great and clean.Friendly staff, felt very welcomed and comfortable. Amazing view from the porch.
The room was comfortable with everything I need, the Wifi was fast, and the balcony with the city view was beautiful. The hotel location is perfect, I could walk to the Christmas market and festival, and National Museum. Also many supermarkets are close. The staff were friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs and french toast. I only stayed for two nights, unfortunately I couldn't visit all the places around the hotel.

A very cozy hotel close to the heart of Tbilisi. The room we stayed in was exceptional and offered great facilities. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff after arriving much later than planned due to a flight delay. The next morning, we were greeted just as warmly by the entire staff, including the manager. The hotel is located on a steep uphill walk, just a few meters away from the city center and close to many shops and attractions.
A minor point: the dining area is a little small and cramped, and the breakfast options were quite limited and entirely cold. It would have been nice to have some warm choices, especially on a cold winter's day. Additionally, 'specialty coffees' like cappuccinos are not included in the breakfast price and require an extra charge.
Super nice place, good location and staff was extremely helpful, kind and nice. Breakfast was great, with a mix of local and standard option. They even surprised me with a birthday muffin with a candle on the day prior to my birthday because i was leaving the day after :)
Next time I would check and pick a room with view to the city which we can see from the buffet and was truly nice.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre and very convenient. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The biggest issue here is the lack of sound insulation. The walls are paper-thin; I could hear conversations in the adjacent room, as well as traffic and noise from a nearby school during the day. If you want a quiet night's sleep, it is impossible here due to the external noise.
Location is great, really close to the center, but still on a one-way street where it's quiet in the night.Staff is really friendly and helpful! We really felt welcome and they helped above and beyond with stuff we asked them.
The staff was lovely and very nice ! The hotel was clean and beautiful and very quiet .The breakfast was minimalistic but all you need for a good breakfast. The location is good , near the Main Street of Tbilisi - walking distance.
The only downhill maybe is that our view from the window was a dark alley with like cars stopping underneath the window and talking to each otherBut that really not that bad and totally worth it .
A lovely and fairly new boutique hotel, located on a charming street in a beautiful neighborhood, yet very close to the main square that leads to Tbilisi’s central avenue. We booked the suite, which felt like a small and cozy two-room apartment. It offered a panoramic city view, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s definitely a solid 4-star experience. The reception staff were wonderful.
Breakfast was nice but very simple, with a limited selection, and it’s served on the same table used as a bar at night. Our room faced the street so every passing car could be heard because the road is made of cobblestones. Not ideal for light sleepers.
Great breakfast and staff
Third person in a room is crowded.
The staff was friendly, the location was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. They also have a bidet unlike many other hotels
The mattress wasn't much comfortable but it was fine in general
Sure! Here's a nice version in English:"My stay at the hotel was very pleasant, with an excellent location, great cleanliness, and friendly service.

View from the window and breakfast
Location on the hill
Cleanliness, rooms were so clean and comfortable Staff, specially Mary they were very nice and helpful Location was good and close to old city center
Breakfast was average. The hotel is located on a ramp which was little bit tiring to reach from main street on feet but it’s only a very short distance, usually we used bolt taxi which was so affordable.
It’s very clean, nice stay, reception staff is very friendly and nice. Walking towards from the square is little higher slope
Barnovi Boutique Hotel is a perfectly situated property right off of Rustaveli Avenue, this made for a quick walk to the Freedom Square and Old Town. Breakfast was very nice each morning—We loved eating with the two cute neighbor cats that frequent the terrace. Additionally, we chose a balcony room and it was so nice to sit out in the evenings with a bottle of Georgian wine. The hotel is on a hill so the view is quite nice.
Nothing. Really great spot all around.
A nice and clean hotel. Slightly overpriced as per comparison
Staff needs a bit more training. Check in, check out not that smooth
