Nice location, very clean, fully-equipped shared kitchen, good WiFi, good value for money, the photos perfectly matches the room.

The bed is too soft and the shower temperature is unstable (sometimes gets too warm or too cold)

The accommodation is clean, the staff is super, I liked it. They offered me coffee when I arrived, thanks to Ms. Nino

The property was very clean. The owner of the property was a really kind person and did his best to help in any way he could. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe. If I come to Tbilisi again, this property will definitely be my first choice.

If you like the fast busy pace of a street that is constantly congested with vehicles all blowing their horns from morning to night, this place is definitely for you. Our room was situated above this street and the rest of the family were on the other side of the building, they too suffered the constant noise. So much so that none of us got any sleep, we cut our stay short because of this it was a complete nightmare.

Very well located. The room with balcony oriented to quiet inner block. Clean and comfortable. Good looking styled room.

The corridor is little smelly (probably from smoking). But the room itself is fine, clean.

Location is perfect, apartment itself is very cozy. Traditional Georgian apartment with high ceilings and big windows. Good place for its money

It’s definitely need some sign at the entrance door because I arrived at 23 and I didn’t have internet connection. And there was no information how to enter the hotel. I walked around and thankfully there were people at the backyard. They told me that I need to call a golden button at the fort. After few minutes of calling the door was opened.

I really like this house.it’s clean and quiet. And the owner is really warm. You are totally free in this house during your living. and it’s convenient to go anywhere. There is a new Chinese restaurant closed by.

Street noise could be an issue for some, as could be the very firm bed. The shower head needs to have limescale removed as it's shooting water everywhere. Also the shower hose is shooting water from the connection.Please get non-synthetic bed sheets as the static during winter is insane.

The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy and the old man who received me was very nice. When you arrive at the door of the hotel remember to press that golden button at the door and the hotel people will open the door for you. The hotel is easily accessible with a bus stop nearby.

I was arrived at 4 am and it was little hard to get into hotel, because the door was locked and there is no signs outside the hotel. But I called the host and problem was solved.

The location was ok, I stayed for one night to take an early train the next morning.

The rooms are not sound proof could hear everything from the street especially the men with tiny genitals and loud cars, quality of the rooms are not as reflected in the picture, the price I got was ok but still a little high compared to what I was expecting from the pictures. Entrance was very hard to find as there are no signs, you need to ring the bell sprayed in gold. I got back late at night and my bathroom smelled like someone smoked a joint in there, I don't know if the air vents from the apartments above are connected but it was annoying to smell weed that I didn't smoke in there.

Very cozy peaceful place with absolutely lovely staff. I had the room with a wonderful balcony with grape vines growing around it and the persimmon tree right infront of it and I definitely got to taste them)) Would definitely love to return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

The door in the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way, which made it quite cold in the room.
