The staff is very kind and helpful! The rooms are clean, spacious and well supplied with refrigerators and true blackout drapes. The breakfast provided is very good. There is an elevator to access upper floors if you have mobility issues. The location is convenient.

The hotel frontdesk was nice, breakfast was good also.

We booked a reservation for five people, and the room was prepared to only four people, the hotel wanted extra charge for additional bed, although we paid for five people.After five there were no staff in the hotel besides the frontdesk.

The air-conditioning wasnot working and bar wasnot working and resturant wasnot working and when we asked about air-conditioning they said it will take 1 week to fix it and also smell of the toilet that its coming in the room

It was in very good location. It was clean and comfortable.

I didnt like that sounds were too noisy. My bed was next to wall and if someone walked in corridor, I woke up because it felt like someone is running to my bed. Also some guests were loud at night time.Also my shower was missing the door.

The rooms were big, bed very comfortable. Very close to street with many caffeterias and walking distance from some city views.

A great getaway spot in Tbilisi!The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was quite basic - adding more healthy options would be a great improvement. However, I was eager to try the local cafés for breakfast anyway, so it wasn’t a top priority for me.

Good things: the staff working here is actually nice. The bed is also comfortable.

The bad: where should I start? THIS IS NOT A 4**** hotel no matter how you stretch that definition!!! First of all, drunks on the same floor talking very loudly day and night. Second... the walls inside the room are dirty, the curtains are dirty, the ceiling has water damage and wallpaper is peeling off. The bathroom is clean,but the shower door is missing! The towels are worn beyong belief, falling apart! There is no liquid hand wash! Only book this place of you have money to waste! MESSAGE FOR THE OWNERS: YOU EITHER PROVIDE BETTER SERVICES, OR CLOSE THIS BUSINESS! I NEVER SEEN SUCH A DIRTY PLACE IN MY LIFE! NOT WORTH EVEN HALF OF WHAT I PAID! SHAME, AS YOUR STAFF ARE DECENT PEOPLE!

Alrightish area, close to sightseeing areas. Friendly stuff, great shower pressure and heating.

Breakfast was poor and cleaning was not consistent (one day they cleaned the other day they didn’t). Security issues as the main door is accessible by anyone. Recommend installing a card buzzer.

They fail to clean the room in our 3rd day of stay , I need to call time to time to request for necessary items that needs to be maintained. The breakfast is always the same everyday.

The bed was really good. And the shower also was extremely nice with pressurized hot water.

Tv had only Russian channels

Overall, room and breakfast were nice, location was perfect.

The heating system wasn't working properly, so the room temperature was lower than normal.
