    Pros +

    • Very good location, interesting interior design, and good breakfast menu
    • This is a boutique hotel. A 15 minute walk from the old city..with a metro station along the way if you want to travel farther. There is no window in the kind of room we had but it didn't bother us. The room was beautiful and top standard. With a green plant corner in the comfy annexThe breakfasts were served meals not buffet ..but nothing lacking ...in fact more than enough
    • Our room was so comfortable for a family stay.

    Cons -

    • The stairs. We were in the second building that had a long flight of stairs leasing to the door. If the staff didn't take our bags in and out we would never have been able to do it ourselves.
    • The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The bread was never fresh even after I mentioned about it.
    • Location.3-4 bus stops to the Freedom Square, 30 minutes by foot.

Close to public transportation, therefore easy to get to the hotel from the airport, also easy to go to the center of the city with a bus or the Metro.Best gym I have seen in a hotel.Great staff, very helpful and nice.Very nice bedrooms. Our bedroom was in the back of the hotel and was quite.

Location.3-4 bus stops to the Freedom Square, 30 minutes by foot.

Great breakfast and view, adorable and well-sized room, lovely people, convenient location. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Electricity switch/generator outside was loud at rare times overnight.

    Near to City center

❌ ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDEDIf you have lived in a luxury city like Dubai and are accustomed to global standards of hospitality, be prepared to be shocked by the incredibly poor conditions at this hotel. My experience was deeply disappointing, primarily due to a complete lack of basic amenities and appalling customer service. Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that the tissues had run out, there was no bar soap, and the liquid soap dispenser was not only empty but also had a broken pump. When I called the front desk at night to request these essential items for a shower, I was met with a shockingly rude and insolent attitude. To make matters worse, they flatly stated they had no staff available to bring the replacements. The next morning, I went to the reception to complain in person. They assured me they would follow up. I had to call again, and even after the housekeeping staff came to "clean" the room, none of these issues were addressed. The tissues were not replaced, and the soap situation remained unresolved.Furthermore, the room itself was subpar, with no window and poor ventilation, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the hotel's proximity to the city center. However, this single convenience does not come close to compensating for the terrible service, neglect, and unacceptable room conditions. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Great room decor Good gym Lovely Georgian restaurant with a terrace

Room should specify that it does not have a window and only skylight

Very nice place, helpful staff, really good restaurant at the rooftop.

Location is not very convenient for taxi drivers. Also air conditioning in the suite was too loud when at maximum power (at medium it was just fine)

I have stayed in many places across Georgia, and I can say without a doubt that Khedi Hotel in Tbilisi is one of my favorite. From the moment you step inside, you are wrapped in an atmosphere of stylish comfort and genuine warmth. The design is a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and traditional Georgian character - think sleek lines complemented by warm wood and subtle local artwork. It’s incredibly chic yet supremely cozy. The rooms are impeccable. The bed was very comfortable, and every detail, from the lighting to the amenities, is thoughtfully curated. It’s a true sanctuary in the heart of the city. But what truly sets Khedi Hotel apart is its unbeatable location. You are right in the pulse of old Tbilisi, with charming cobblestone streets, fantastic restaurants, and historic landmarks just steps from your door. It’s the perfect base to explore everything, yet it remains a quiet and peaceful retreat from the city's vibrant energy.

    - Staff- Two bedrooms and bathrooms in the suite- Breakfast is delecious- Location is not far from major attractions

    - Floor carpet needs more care to remove smell

My stay at Khedi Hotel Tbilisi was extremely disappointing. From day one, I felt more like someone being told what I could and couldn’t do rather than a welcomed guest. In the lobby, I simply wanted to sit comfortably on the sofa and rest my leg after a long walk, but the staff told me it wasn’t allowed. This created an unpleasant atmosphere and made me feel they don’t care about guests’ comfort. On top of that, the food was tasteless and far from fresh. The room was dirty, with dust on the furniture, stains on the carpet and bedding, and very superficial cleaning. For a hotel that claims a high level of service, this is unacceptable. My overall experience was ruined, and I will definitely not be returning.

The hotel is very beautiful. We had a suite room, which had everything we needed and more. The best part was the very comfortable pillows, which showed that the hotel had spared no expense to ensure the comfort of its guests. A nice bonus was the cosmetics, what was the fragrance? It smelled very good.

We checked into the hotel around 10 p.m., and the receptionist was probably tired. Usually, guests are greeted with a smile, but she just looked at us and greeted us very quietly in Georgian. The hotel has a restaurant, and we had breakfast included. When we went up to the 7th floor in the morning, we had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to notice us, even though there were constantly passing waiters or whoever they were. This attitude towards guests really ruins the overall experience. It was like we weren't welcome, but maybe that's just the mentality.

Clean and comfortable hotel with welcoming staff

The breakfast started at 8 AM which is a bit late and not very varied

Stylish property with a nice rooftop restaurant. Quiet rooms (main building). Staff isn’t hostile towards Russian citizens :)

The second building has stairs you have to walk with your suitcase without any help offered by the staff. Rooms are located around the sushi restaurant, that isn’t too noisy but isn’t quiet either. Feels like lack of privacy. Location isn’t the best. Hotel breakfast is poor.

Breakfast is just amazing (particularly, shakshouka)

I would like cleaner floors in my room, in particular harder vacuumed carpets

Amazing gym - huge with boxing rings and bags and very well thought out equipment. Anyone into fitness will love it! Lovely room and restaurant - a little away from the old town, which has its positives and negatives. Overall can definitely recommend it.

Some waiters were not so warm

The place was decorated very nice, the location is great. The restaurant was very tasty but a bit expensive compared to other places in Tbilisi.

Our check in wasn’t really informative and it felt like the room was really on the street. Also the glass bathroom door fell a bit a part we informed the receptionist, a person came to fix it and they did. But nothing was said after that. I found that a bit out of ordinary because the outcome could’ve been really bad if the door would broke on a person.
