Finally I don’t stay at this hotel I ordered by booking In this hotel order a king suit and when I come they gave me a regular room. I asked to change and they said that they don't have a refund for my card.. So I found hotel

Great facilities on site. Good selection of food for the breakfast buffet. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Location, clean and nice

Breakfasts, The omelette is tasteless, the bread is stale, and there is almost no pastry for tea. It’s extremely hot in pool

It was very clean with helpful stuff and excellent customers survives breakfast was just wonderful with fresh fruits.

The location and room clearance is perfect.

You need to pay for the parking if you have a car.

- We booked a Deluxe Suite room, which was quite spacious and well maintained.- Both room and bathroom were spacious compared to other hotels.- Bathroom had health faucet.- Location was very convenient, near city centre and near Marjanishvili metro station (~10 min walk)- Staff were all really sweet, polite and helpful. They politely arranged rooms for us quickly even though we arrived before check-in time.- Very comfortable bed- Wifi was good- Can order room service for food from Maharaja Indian restaurant. We did see a lot of Indians staying in this hotel compared to others.- As we had an early morning flight and we left the hotel late night, the staff arranged for a breakfast box for us to carry with us for our journey.- Receptionist staff also gave us recommendations for a nice Georgian restaurant (ORO Marjanishvili) nearby to have khachapuri.

- Maybe because we arrived early, the housekeeping had to clean quickly but the bathroom was having a slight odd smell. Nothing else to mention, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Breakfast need to be improved or to be offered in other restaurant other than the Indian one

The cleanliness, proximity from everything, comfort of the beds and the nice stuff.

The staff not all speaking English specifically the room service, the speed of the room service sometimes takes hours to get the ironing and laundry , and the breakfast doesn’t change much. I suggest for the breakfast to have more variety, more flexibility to order special things even by extra money, and to write the ingredients of each dish as applicable to know if you have allergies or if it contains meat ( none Halal for muslims).

Hotel is very nice and highly recommended, big and nice rooms, good selection of breakfast, and heated pool +Sauna free of charge. The lobby desk was kind to give us late Check out for free.

We booked bedroom for 3 with extra bed, which was hard and very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep well the whole stay- take that in mine if you booked room for 3.

The Georgian people in general are extremely welcoming and serviceable, but the hosts in this hotel were particularly warm and welcoming. The pool is great, breakfast delicious and the room super comfy.

Excellent location. Very nice facilitys and room. Comfortable and quiet. Very well maintained. Good breakfast with a variety of options.

The staff at the reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant were very nice and cooperative, rooms and facilities are clean.

The hotel doesn't have apartment options, only studio rooms.

Miss Ana and Mr. Alex at the reception were extremely cooperative and kind.Christmas atmosphere, decor.Location close to center of the city Experience of New Year fireworks.

Smoking at the gate of the hotel shall be restricted considering that families with small kids come to stay.Breakfast may be expanded to include more vegetarian options.
