    Pros +

    • A charming hotel with absolutely gorgeous, aesthetic decor. It felt cozy and homely, while also pleasing the inner design enjoyer. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and it was almost too difficult to leave it. It's not that far from the center, a lot of cozy places nearby. Will come back for sure!
    • We had a wonderful stay! The staff/owner speak great English and help us to book local bath house. Check-in information are clear and easy. Location is close enough to downtown but also easy to get taxi from share ride app. The facilities are clean, artful, well decorated and comfortable. If I every visit Tbilisi again, I would stay here again for sure! The bed is comfortable and well appointed this enhance our experience during our stay There is a beautiful courtyard and lobby where we spent some great time together creating lovely memories.
    • It was very clean and kind gestures was made for us

    Cons -

    • Everything was perfect!
    • One room near the major road is a bit noisy but I was well informed by the owner upon checked-in. I was able to sleep well for for three nights stay no problem!!! If you are sensitive to the noise, just make sure is not this one but most rooms does not near the major road.
    • The location was not good but other things was perfect

The hotel is easy to get to, with just one bus connection from the airport. We arrived early in the morning, but were able to leave our bags in the lobby until check-in, which we were able to do slightly early, which us incredibly jetlagged travelers really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and is set in a very cool alleyway just minutes away from markets and cafes. The common courtyard was very pleasant, and the family room itself was perfect for our group. All in all, we were really happy with our stay.

Just a tiny gripe, but free coffee/tea options would be appreciated.

I would stay here again! It was a beautiful and clean hotel and I especially liked being able to use the kitchenette in the room. It's beautiful because it's truly an old-Tbilisi style design but well maintained and upkept, so it's a unique stay that is easy to romanticize. The location is great, especially being next to great cafes like Entre and some of the unique restaurants and bars that fill that neighborhood. It's away from the business of Liberty Square, but easy walking distance. Taxis didn't have an issue accessing it either. The cats around are sweet and adorable.

The exerience was much more impersonal than I expected, as I never saw anyone in the lobby. It was a situation where you get the key yourself so there was never any personal contact. Since the rise of airbnb that's become the new normal, and I still received answers to all of my questions via the Booking messenging system. They gave very clear and quick responses (Another plus). However, the lobby being empty all the time meant that I could never try a cup of coffee that they repeatedly promoted as being delicious. I also didn't know how to buy the art... if I had really wanted to I would have sent a message about the coffee and art but I prefer to talk to a human being every once and a while. I just think that there should be lobby hours where someone is always there for coffee and art and questions, or the signs for coffee should be put away and directions for how to buy the art should be put up.

Loved the decor, the wine cellar, the barista coffees, the relaxed feel, the location 15 minutes walk from town, and near shops and restaurants and cafes. And great value for the large, clean, weel appointed, comfortable room.

Parking is on a small street in front of the property. Its hit and miss to find a place, but possible with patience.

The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. We loved the vibe of the place and the room itself. Very comfortable. Most of all, the staff are great. Anna who works at the front desk was especially great.

The hotel was very authentic. It had a beautiful courtyard with a nice lobby area full of art pieces. There is also a wine cellar with selection wines. It's located very close to city center and places you might wanna visit in your trip. Easy to access from main roads and on foot. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, cozy and well designed. I could've stayed there comfortably as if this was my home for months easily. This quality for this price is great.

Very cute hotel with kind staff

There’s pretty bad sound insulation. We were in room 2, right next to entrance and the stairs, so we heard every time someone entered and exited.

This is a beautiful place in the old town of Tbilisi. It’s decorated and furnitured very nicely and with love to details. The rooms are super spacious, clean and very comfortable! Elena was a nice host which was always there ( even i saw her just once as i was out the hotel most of the times) she was always available via whatsapp. I bought a nice scrunchie in the little artisan shop they have there and also they make very very very nice coffee! Recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Arts Hotel Tbilisi. The location is perfect, very close to the main attractions, and the metro/bus. Also, it is quite accessible; no uphill walk. The hotel is quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything has an artistic touch! We loved the antique ambience of our room, of the hotel, and of the area. Ms. Alina, the housekeeper, did our room every single day. She is a kindhearted, sweet and caring lady. She also suggested a good medical center for an issue I faced. The communication with the management was straightforward and efficient. Everything was very smooth. We will definitely come again! We loved Tbilisi for its authentic character, the warmth of its people, and the food and wine.

Amazing little boutique hotel! The attention to detail was very impressive, both in the rooms and the common areas. Super comfy beds, great hot shower, nice amenities. Most of all, it's spotless thanks to the kind and wonderful Alina. There are no dirty or dusty corners in this hotel. The decor is gorgeous and artistic. Maru, the stray kitten in the courtyard became my best friend for the 5 days I was there. There isn't always staff around, but they are very responsive to messages. They take any issues -- maintenance or otherwise -- very seriously and address them immediately. Thank you to Alina and staff for providing a warm and memorable stay.

While the daily room cleaning was a positive aspect of our 6-day stay, the significant issues with the bathroom, air-conditioning, and service left a sour taste.

    * Unattended Reception: Upon arrival, there was no staff present at the reception desk. While self check-in is okay, it wasn't what we were expecting. * Bathroom Issues: The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and after flushing the toilet, sewage backed up from the shower drain. This was a major sanitation issue. * Slow Response Time: It took a significant amount of time for staff to action to our messages about the bathroom problem, despite the urgency of the situation. * Unprofessional Room Service: While the toilet was eventually fixed, our room was left wide open with our belongings exposed while staff worked. * Lingering Odor: Even after the repair, the bathroom odor persisted. * Privacy Concerns: On our last day, hotel staff used a key to enter the room without knocking while we were still inside resting. This was a serious breach of privacy. * Noise Issues: The room lacked soundproofing, making it easy to hear noise from outside.* Malfunctioning Air-Conditioning: The air-conditioning unit consistently displayed an error message when not in heat mode. Despite multiple attempts, the staff was unable to resolve the issue.Additional Notes: * Staff, while friendly when encountered, were rarely present. * No attempt was made to offer a room change despite the significant bathroom issue.

We truly enjoyed staying there. Anna and Alina are amazing. Each room design is unique and makes you feel cosy and warm. The presence of art in the rooms and bright elements add uniqueness to each room. The great location allows you to reach the main streets easily, and at the same time, it is quiet at night. There is a choice of shops/ supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It felt like home; everything we needed was available there.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the people. Warm and kind hearted. True arts connoisseurs and passioneers. Hygiene is impeccable, particularly their homekeeper Alina keeps the place like her own. She's told that she has so much love for the owner because they respect her a lot, she feels like she's the General Manager. I wish all work places are like this. Alina has a heart of gold nd because of her, I'll definitely return to the hotel and recommend this experience to all my friends. She found me in solitude at the lobby and offered me her warmest smile, the snow caps melted. Made me her favorite coffee, shared her favorite pumpkin seed snack, and gave me chocolates to keep me in my next leg.And oh they have a wine cellar ?✨

It's not a dislike but just to inform others that the place maybe a little tricky to find. It wasn't obvious from the hilly road towards it.
