slightly overrrated

shower hand faucet to fixed faucet switch was missing, so had to use handle only. that caused water spay to wet everything on the bath counter.water got easily out from the windowed bathroom out to the hall.there were no robes despite the indication on the photos.location is good, beside one of the coolest parks in the city, some windows even oversee the park. but the entrance is in a big courtyard of private houses.bed had white sheets, but with one or two black hairs, might be from a cleaning lady, who knowstv remote batteries were dead, had to reanimate them with some old school squeeze, but for nothing as the channels were worth pretty much nothing.water glass had some brown stain, which i noticed las moment before pouring jager in it.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and had a satisfied overall experience.1. Great location — close to the metro and other facilities.2.Clean rooms with fresh bed sheets, everything was well maintained.3.Friendly staff — always ready to help. They also assisted us when we needed to recharge our room, which we really appreciated.

Negatives:1.No electric kettle or iron in the floor. The hotel positions itself as 4 stars, yet there is only one kettle for three floors, which is unreasonable.2.No option to take an iron and ironing board to the room.3.The shower is poorly designed — after use, the entire bathroom floor gets wet.4. The rooms were not cleaned daily — each time we wanted cleaning, we had to hand over the room key at the reception.

Hotel is good in the city center, room was clean staff are friendly

You should check rooms before chekin clients, show was not working properly, shower door opened hardly with nasty sound.

There's no elevator so reserve room at first floor.

Center of city and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Kudos to their hospitality. Room is comfortable and breakfast options are good.

1. The shower in the room was somewhat broken (shoot like a fountain on 360 degrees), and was quickly replaced.2. The bathroom door wasn't closing completely, so there were always some drafts3. Windows were looking into the garden nearby, overhead strain dogs barking every night.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, comfortable room and well located for looking around Tbilisi, plenty of convience stores around to get supplies for days out on foot or by taxi

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful - printing out boarding passes, getting bottled waterLocation - there were shops, fast food places, restaurants, wine bars near by - within walking distance. If you get the BOLT app - then it was easy to get around in taxis. It was close to most centre attractions (within 15 minutes taxi ride) and Tbilisi City Centre had a lot to offer. (see photos)Room was large - air con, heating, powerful shower, usual bath amenities.Quiet location.Don't let the broken cars in the courtyard put you off, once inside, the place was fine. There is large park next door - peaceful and pretty.Breakfast - local food, wide variety, nice choices. Some fresh fruit would have made it even better.

Cleaning staff could have smiled or responded when you greeted them.BUT otherwise there was nothing to complain about - room was perfectly functional, clean and suitable for our staycation.

People were very friendly and service minded! They were helpful. The breakfast was okay.

The room. It was difficult to go the bath room due to the door. The room was tiny and dark. There were no hangers for clothes. The window was broken. The television system did not function. It was situated in a backyard which was messy.

Does not worhth to go there at all specially since by adding 20% to their price you can have a private room in Fabrika!

The room was nit the one we booked and it was so small on third floor without elevator, we paid and go to our rooms and after we saw the situation asked for cancelation but they paid back only half of our money. Also the entrance and entire hotel was from almost inside a parking lot and was awfull

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around the city easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It does not serve the passengers at all. This hotel is not clean at all. They do not clean the rooms at all. All the staff are rude. They do not provide service at all.

They sell it to people as a 4-star hotel, but it is a motel

One man of the reception was very helpful.

The dishes for breakfast wasn’t clean. One woman at the reception was stressed and not very kind. The court of the hotel is not welcoming, as it is untidy with an old damaged car.
