Taberne Boutique Hotel Tbilisi

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice and spacious room, good location right in city centre.

The location was the best. The food was nice too. These two were good.

Firstly, I want you to make sure to read all the comments before you decide whether to go or not. Because I thought if it’s 9 points, it’s good,but no. I was disappointed. The room had a window that was very high, and you couldn’t see anything, just open or close it. As someone who doesn’t like closed spaces, that was really bad. I mentioned it to the reception, but they didn’t help me. The cleaning wasn’t good either; there were stains in the bathroom. My room was a budget one, I definitely don’t recommend it. The door lock didn’t work well, I always had to close the door twice, which was tiring. At breakfast, they didn’t have the names of the dishes, not everyone knows what they are. The staff were also not the most welcoming people.

Ground level room was a little noisy from reception. At night, we had an annoying ticking sound that was coming from the window. It was hard to sleep from the ticking noise. I asked them to look into it but not much was done. At first I thought it was a sound of dripping water. But it’s not. Something strange that didn’t stop all night. This was the family room on ground level.

The pillows was soooo hard too uncomfortable and there no way to get rest, the breakfast was not good. 2-3 types of food and if you don’t like eggs there is nothing to eat only vegetables or cheese

It’s our second visit of Tbilisi, and during this time our decision to stay again in Taberne was totally right. Me and my mom full of good emotions and memories. Breakfast as always in high quality. Loved the property.. The rooms were clean, the staff is courteous and very helpful. The location is perfect with some good eating places, carrefour nearby. The staff was able to extend my checkout upon request. The most beautiful is the cafe/breakfast place where you are having food with piano playing in the background…i would definitely recommend this hotel.
