    What Guests Loved

    8.1
    Very Good

    Based on 135 reviews

    Pros +

    • everything...location,room,value for money. Very nice and well organised accommodation
    • Good location, nice interior, and cool comfortable bed
    • We appreciated having a kitchenette, fridge, and both a washing machine and dryer available. We chose this accommodation for its location, affordable price, and the desire to stay in a complex with other people to interact with and ask for advice.

    Cons -

    • Showers in our room were almost fully broken. The door creaks. Also would be great to have a towel/dry mat for the floor, specially when the shower has no door.
    • However, the term "Hotel" is somewhat misleading. The check-in process is fully automated, and communication, while prompt and efficient, is only through the booking app's chat feature. Upon arrival, we followed the provided instructions to open the room, entered the code, and found that someone was already inside. It was a human error, forgivable, but after experiencing such great hospitality across Georgia, the reception at Sulizer felt rather impersonal. After promptly assigning us a new room, we ended up on the ground floor, in a room that, while nice, was below street level. This made it impossible to open the windows (especially during rainy days), and we missed the fresh outdoor air. Additionally, due to the plumbing and poor air circulation, the bathroom had a bad odor. If it had been a short stay, we might not have noticed, but after five nights, the situation became a bit uncomfortable.
    • The bathroom door doesn’t lock properly and there’s a large gap above it, plus it often doesn’t close all the way. The internet connection was unreliable, and the room’s proximity to the hotel entrance meant I could hear people walking and talking. No slippers were provided, and despite the claim of contactless check-in, I still had to meet staff and pay with a card. Check-out was at 11 AM instead of the usual noon. The bathroom had a motion sensor light that stayed on for 3-5 minutes, which was disruptive at night. The hotel is in a basement, so street noise and conversations outside the window were easily heard. Footsteps from the floor above were also noticeable. Finally, the room wasn’t very clean, with coffee stains on the windowsill and wine stains on the floor.

A very quiet and clean place, close to all services. There are halal restaurants near the hotel. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

nothing to like on here. room never get clean and hall way is never clean.

there isn’t anyone from hotel to care about hygiene

A nice, new hotel with a very convenient location. The hotel has all the amenities and even a free massage chair. 10/10

Good location. No sewage smell in bathroom.

This was my second time staying in this hotel and my room was absolutely terrible. 1. The floor was dirty. The administration promised cleaning, but no one ever came.2. There was mold in the shower.3. The room smelled of damp4. I wasn't able to sleep!!! The room was on the basement level and was illuminated by hotel's bright neon sign through tiny plastic window. There was very light in the room, and there weren't blackout curtains or blinds. 5. The staff is only online (didn't respond in WhatsApp, only in DM). They refused to change a room, wished me to enjoy this ugliness, promised to fix everything for the next guests (!!!) and asked to leave a 9+ review. I'm deeply insulted.

The sheets were clean and the public space was nice

Going down the stairs at the entrance and going up to the room was difficult with a suitcase and after a long journey in the middle of the night we couldn't take a shower because both the shower head and the small douche were ruined and broken. After we asked to move to another room, they said they would come to fix the problem later that day, when our stay was for 24 hours and we closed two nights in advance. We said it wouldn't be relevant, they came without our knowledge while we weren't in the room and replaced the tube of the little douche. In addition, there was a noise of renovations in the room that really made the stay difficult.Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it, I'm sure there are many better options.

It's a very nice place very clean I like it very much and most importantly it's safe and right inside the main city.

Yes, one thing that is not good is that cleaning is done once in a week, as couples stay, so you should at least change the bed sheet and clean the floor after every two days. It will be a good habit I think more guests will like it this was a little shortcoming everything else nothing was missing everything was perfect cleanliness very compelling quiet place and right in the center of the city You live in the heart of Tbilisi

    9DmitryPosted on: 7-28-2024

It's a really great place for friends or families with teenagers. We had two rooms, and nice common area to socialize. Nice location, could walk to the city centre (10-15 min) or explore streets with many restaurants nearby. Metro is just few minutes away.

The first time navigation is a bit tricky, entrance is through narrow staircase to the basement floor where is located kitchinette. Nice rooms are upstairs on the 1st floor.

    9AmyPosted on: 6-26-2024

Hotel is nicely designed, room is neat and clean, exactly as shown on pictures, bed is comfortable. Central location, lots to explore nearby, and only 2 minutes walk to metro station, very convenient.

It would be nice if there is a bedside table

    7NataliaPosted on: 6-24-2024

The location was ok, but not near the touristic area. Not a good area if traveling with car, no parking easily available.

The room had no windows and was very humid. The bedsheets smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great place! This hotel is located in an old building, but the rooms and common space has been renewed. By the way, it has a sitting room with a large table, which is nice for work, and massage chair for free ?? One more advantage of this hotel is a location: 2 min from the subway and lots of different cafes and restaurants are nearby. Our room was clean, it is well-lightened and has good conditions. It is additionally equipped with clothes hanger and teapot.

There is no elevator. You need to go down to the ground floor and then go up to the first floor by the stairs to get to your room. It's so hard with a heavy luggage. Also there was some problems with internet connection, but the host promised to fix it.

    4ChaimaePosted on: 6-22-2024

The room was very dirty. I asked for cleaning, but she did not do a great job. There was no reception, only a grumpy guy with 0 experience in customer service through WhatsApp.

I did not like the stay there at all. At night the area might be unsafe for a female solo traveler. I do not know how there is so many positive reviews.

    9TeodoraPosted on: 5-21-2024

The place was newly equiped and looking very nice. It had a little fridge, kettle, and basics for the bathroom. Room was big enough, had a tv and a table for two.The staff was very helpful and replying very fast for anything we needed. It was also very close to the city center and a metro station.

There were many hairs on the floor but we contacted the staff, sent them pictures and the problem was solved right away :)

A great location, lot’s of cafe nearby. Room was super clean, kitchen facilities on the ground floor (which I did not use) and washing machine (which I used).Big open table in the hall on upper floor and massage chair which is free of use, for massage chair I would give 10+, used it 3 times. Fast wi-fi in the room and tv with youtube. Toulet facilities and shower is great.

Make sure you will book on upper floor, as ground floor is in the basement. I had room #1 which was great except the two garbage bins in front of the window. But the curtains were good enough.

    6LubaPosted on: 4-24-2024

I liked the location, paintings inside the hotel and air freshener.

First of all, there are no people around. No one wrote us a message with instructions how to get in. We had to call and find out by ourselves how to get to the room. It’s really noisy outside in the morning, also.In the room for 2 there was only one towel set. Furthermore, no one cleaned rooms during the stay. And unprofessional behavior with asking 2 days in a row did we pay or not(despite the fact we did pay prior week ago).I don’t get overrated rating. Maybe only because of cheap price.
