Close to the beach

The wifi in my room did not work. By the 3rd day, I asked to be transfer to another room. The wifi works, but the TV did not work. Hotel staff fixed the TV finally. Everything worked by the end of the 3rd day. I am disappointed for a 3-star hotel.

Nothing. Just horrible.

Very dirty. They forgot to clean it for us. Actually, it feels like they never clear the rooms.

The only positives were the short distance to the airport (about 20 minutes) and the polite communication with the staff.

The hotel feels extremely dated, and the facilities are almost non-existent. The sound insulation was very poor — we could clearly hear noise from the corridor and, even worse, from the street outside. Even though the area doesn’t seem busy, the traffic noise was very noticeable. There was also a persistent smell from the pipes, which was quite disturbing. The room felt rusty, and overall the building needs serious renovation.One of the biggest disappointments was breakfast. When we booked, it was clearly stated that breakfast was included, yet no one at the reception mentioned that it had to be ordered a day in advance. On the day we tried to have it, we were told we couldn’t because we hadn’t pre-ordered it — something no one informed us about. This left us feeling tricked, as breakfast is an important factor for us when booking hotels. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I’m glad we stayed only one night. While it was convenient for the airport, I would not return.

Disappointed— doesn’t meet up to it’s description

Reception lady was curt and argued with me when I told her that the wifi was not working— she treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to go down to the desk twice because the WiFi wasn’t working in my room. Finally the manager was sitting by the desk and he seemed annoyed when I repeated that the WiFi wasn’t working in my room. Finally he went to my room and saw that the WiFi wasn’t working. He took my chair and went out into the hall and reset the WiFi. The hallways are very dark with only had a few switches that were not close to the rooms. Anyone could be lurking in the hallway— a security issue. The carpet was old and nasty looking. Decaf coffee at breakfast was awful— I left it. Sorry but this was my experience ?

I woild not recomend and overall our stay was very dissapointing

Nothing like the pictures. Old furniture, stained drapes, disgusting smell coming from bathroom, unwashed carpet, very old and dirty floor on the balcony, smelly and sticky hole way, different room for toilet, without a sink, so you needed to open door with unwashed hands and then go into actual bathroom and wash there. This aspect was not put in pictures so we would know what we book.

Very uncomfortable. Sticky room. Staff was not too much helpful. Too much expensive. Not good value at all.

The evening receptionist at arrival was very friendly.

Dirty room , dirty bathroom, dirty hotel, cockroaches in the room, stains on the doors, on the walls, smoking smell. The neighborhood felt also unsafe. Strange people hanging in front of the hotel in the night. Worst night for us.

5 mins in taxi from airport. But local bus to airport around the corner & really excellent value. Very basic but clean & rooms have working A/C. Suited need for our one night stay. Also easy walk to beach.

The location to the beach and resteraunts

When we came down for breakfast there was nothing left, we had to ask for them to refill things up, there was no rush to clean the tables we had to ask for cups and cutlery definately not worth the money, the staff apart from Fred who is like a work horse and goes above and beyond are abrupt and unhelpful and really don’t want to be there, the rooms are clean but very dated and very dark, there is a mini bar in the rooms but no tea/coffee and the items in the mini bar are very expensive

Perfect location to walk to the beach!! Room was clean and staff was super nice ! My husband and son and I had a great night sleep and the area around the hotel is beautiful and close to bus and beach!

I can be very particular NOTHING!

I frequently stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such poor service. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist with even basic inquiries. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff’s attitude made it clear that guests are not a priority. If you have other options, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

WiFi was a little intermittent

Staff at the reception was amazing and very helpful. Five stars to receptionist. Hotel is close to the airport and it was crucial when our flight was cancelled. But you need to take taxi to get there (70 euros plus) for two rides.

It looks old and one day should be rennovated completely. Hairdryer did not work (it was discovered after shower). There were many mosquitos in the room despite the window was closed. All night I was chasing mosquitos (6) and got many bites. Sound isolation is bad- you can hear each car and conversation in the street. As a result, no sleep at night. You should take taxi to get there (5 min drive from airport) and it costs 35 euros…

Located close to the airport with cheap Uber rides. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating!

Hotel overall for value is incredibly poor. The room constantly smelled of fecal matter since the drains are old. The rooms our outdated with brown carpets and very uncomfortable beds. Room was full of mosquitos which resulted in a many bites upon departure in the morning. The breakfast which thankfully we did not buy was meager for the value and the overall condition of the hotel is poor. 150 euros for one night is outrageous for the quality of the stay you get. Pay that money to stay in a nicer hotel like the Marriot!

It was near the airport which was what I needed.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I had to stay here after my flight was cancelled last minute. I booked and paid and when I arrived the receptionist said they had overbooked and I had to share a room with someone else who had arrived at the same time as me. When I said no he refused and said what about the other people who booked. I arrived before they did and no one else arrived for 30 minutes. He was on the phone apparently to his boss but refused to give me my room key for 30 minutes. Eventually he did when we refused to share. I have never ever been treated in this shameful way before in any hotel I have ever stayed in. The room itself was fairly clean but not comfortable and was noisy. The other person who arrived with me got bitten by mosquitoes all night they later told me. Clearly we were given the worst rooms they had on purpose. A disgraceful experience - I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Can be cleaner. Staff can be more professional. Can be noisy at times.

Close to everything including the riviera cafes, bars and restaurants. The huge shopping mall PAC 3000 was only 250-300m walk from the hotel. Close to everything you need or want and only a short ride to ‘Old Nice’ which is definitely worth visiting.
