Novotel Nice Aeroport Cap 3000

They provided airport transfer at 4am.

I paid for my room before I arrived. But 2 of their staff said I didn't pay. It took them 5-6 hours to figure out.

VERY friendly, helpful staff. On the bus, we ran into the waitress who had served us in the restaurant earlier in the day, and she took care to make sure we got off at the right stop. Front desk staff was also extremely helpful with setting up tours.

The bed was a queen with a pull-out couch for the 2nd bed. Couch was not so comfortable. Since it was only one night, we made do.

Staff, Location and the Parking was great'

Lift Broken, also it says the hotel has Air Conditioning on arrival the room was 23C, tried to cool it but was told only heating works in Winter. Spent the night with the window open so couldn't sleep because of the street noise.

Great location near the airport. Large shopping mall across the road. Airport shuttle was very handy. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was a positive experience.

The lift was not working at the time.

Breakfast was wonderful! Service was wonderful. Pickup from St Laurent Du Var train station and taxi to airport were prompt and easy to arrange.

Nothing jumps to mind very pleasant hotel, perfect for kids. We also loved the location next to Cap 3000

We loved the rooms and the cleanness + easy connection of the TV to our own Youtube account. The airport shuttle was a great benefit of the accommodation. Breakfast was rich and there was also a swimming pool in the garden for chilling.The place is a bit far from the city center and it takes about 30 minutes by Bus or Train to be downtown Nice. Bus tickets are cheap and the station (end of line) is right around the corner from the accommodation.Nearby there is also a very long sandy beach for leisure, a huge Mall area and Restaurants along the coast and inside the Mall.We loved fhe train connection - 10 min walk away - with Cannes, Nice and Monaco.

The place was a bit noisy because of the proximity to the airport, but not something you could not live with.

The room was clean, shuttle to airport quick and convenient.

In was in a room that was recently painted and I am allergic to paint. No basic necessities like a simple shower cap. Pillows were absolutely terrible!

Location- very close to the airport and to the shopping center with shops, restaurants and bars!Extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful hotel staff—the employees who were on duty when we arrived were kind and helped us with everything we needed, both in terms of accommodation and organizing a shuttle and meeting us immediately after our plane landed.A rich, varied, and delicious breakfast—again with very friendly and helpful staff.Spacious, secure, and convenient private parking with controlled access.

The toilet was separated from the bathroom in a cramped and poorly lit room with no water or sewer connection—a questionable method of sanitation and sterilization.

The staff allowed us to check in early because major building work was being undertaken in the hotel

We arrived by train from Menton. The station has no lifts and we had to carry heavy luggage up and 36 steps. The route from the station to the hotel was terrible, and involved crossing a very busy road.. The hotel is useless for those without a car.

Perfect location (Cap 3000 across the road, train and bus stations, walking distance to airport, beach), nice rooms (although the toilet could be a bit larger, it’s quite narrow). Very nice staff at the lobby - ready to help at all times.

No major disadvantages.

Lovely staff, very friendly. Smooth pick up from the airport. Excellent location- next to the bus stop and 8 min walk from the train station and a few min from the beach. Fabulous breakfast. Overall we are are very happy with hotel- clean and modern in excellent location.

Great staff, breakfast, onsite restaurant, swimming pool and overall cleanliness. There is a huge shopping mall literally across the street from the hotel, about a 2-3 minute walk. It has a full sized grocery store, pharmacy, and everything you would expect from a huge mall. Many restaurants are within a short 10 minute walking distance too!

Clean rooms along with the rest of the hotel. It's located close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus. It's also pretty much next door to CAP3000 shopping centre and restaurants, some of which are next to the beach.

Nothing to fault about this hotel at all. My kids and I had a wonderful room with a double bed and two separate sofa beds (singles), which was ideal. The room and the bathroom were a good size and totally clean, with super comfy beds. The position is great, and it turned out it was not only close to the airport but also 2min walking distance to a big shopping mall, with everything you could need from pharmacy and supermarket to a furniture store. The free parking was much appreciated. Breakfast was great, and they offered delicious gluten free bread. We also had a really good meal at the restaurant in the evening, with wonderfully friendly waiting staff.

Sofa bed did not have duvet but sheet and thin blanket. I was cold during the night

Close to airport and the beach, great bed, good shower. A good option to centre yourself after a long flight

The photos are deceptive. The hotel is not as nice as the photos. It’s saved by the super comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast but definitely the photos elevate it to a standard that it doesn’t reach in reality. I never found where to get free airport pickup after ringing reception 3 times. Not hotel issue but beware, if no free shuttle taxis charge EU$40 but uber only EU$13! We took uber

Very poor

Security in the restaurant at breakfast is very poor, people off the street also walk in and my bag was stolen from my seat. Reception lady was not very nice about the situation and was rude when asked to call the police. This hotel is not safe for solo travellers.

Location next to the mall, private parking, outdoor garden, helpful staff.

The rooms are smelling rotten, we couldn't sleep at night
