Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Bread, cereal, eggs, fruits, juices, milks etc are available. Staffs are super friendly. Like the policy to tell the guests -- not to waste food. Please take a consumable amount on plate.

we stayed four nights. After first night, we found a bad smell ( like dried fish) in the elevator area and lobby area to 4th floor. As we mentioned , hotel stuffs immediately told me that they found to source of it. After cleaning of it, it smells fresh. Only thing it bother us about noise of high speed train during night.

Only the location was good

The customer service was poor, the TVs were very small, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. The rooms were also quite small. The swimming pool water was very cold, and when I asked about it, they said there was nothing they could do.

The front door is literally meters from the trains and an extensive shopping mall. The buffet breakfast is additional cost but is very generous with so many options.

The elevators are a bit slow and stop frequently for more riders when there's no room in the car for more - this slows down guests even more.

Family rooms are not ready for any family, it has no closet and guidance we realize after three night that the sofa it might be a bed, it misses the essential staff like water bottles or catels

Breakfast is awful nothing to eat, its all made with a Swedish way of food we have a kid he wasn’t able to eat any children food, 7 breakfast with zero changes last two days we ate outside

Great family room, with space, you can actually breathe! Amazing breakfast! Spa and the pool were fantastic !

Good location and nice room.

Breakfast is OK, but so incredibly packed on weekends! Dinner service is basically non existent. You order your food and drink at the bar, no table service. There are no sugar free option other than coke zero - I managed to get something from the fridge next to the reception…

Rooms are bit smaller, didn't provide drinking water in the room or outsude

Location - easy, simple to access. Perfect from airport or centrum, absolutely. Beside nice shopping centrum very very close by. Beautiful house, nice lounge.

Room facilities and price - didn’t really match. We didn’t take the lowest quality of room, anyways we was low floor, not bathtub (specially requested, because there was possibility for that), not possible to dry hair (didn’t work). Breakfast was kind of poor - not at all ordinary Swedish type.

The breakfast was lovely , lots of different choices all nicely presented and plenty to choose from . Different drinks were available ,, plenty of room to sit and very nice atmosphere

I found my experience excellent except for the evening receptionist who ignored me when I arrived leaving me to wait for quite some time to check in without my arrival having been acknowledged. The following evening I was unsure of how to use the self service tea and coffee service. The same evening receptionist was standing next to me talking to a friend and did not offer any help. I did not feel able to interrupt him in his private conversation and thus was unable to get a drink.

Big nice hotel. large comfy room and bed. Good large selection for breakfast. One thing to improve can be a coffee machine with different options. Close to the train station. Train takes less than 20 min to down town Stockholm.

Amazing breakfast buffet, very nice rooms, gym, great location near the train station and sollentuna center. Pet friendly!

Little dinner choice

The pool was not open. They gave us information so late so we could not cancel our booking. But we liked the variety of breakfast, our room, table tennis etc.

Specious rooms with big bathrooms and bathtub ? , 4 beds , breakfast was fantastic, playing area downstairs, sauna and Gym , it is a great hotel for family with children ?

Small swimming pool , it is just good for children

The cleaning of the room. We stayed 6 nights but not once were the towels changed and we only got 2 bath towels for three people. The trash was not removed during our stay.
