- Excellent surroundings, the Eiffel is beautiful and the accommodation lies close to a lake. Accommodation is clean, well maintained and fully equipped. Personnel is very hospitable and always ready to help. Many things to do in the nearby cities and towns like Aachen, Monschau and Eupen. Good restaurants nearby. We will definitely return!

- Personell panicking when we entered the restaurant without a reservation. There was still a table available, however. No need for panicking, if we're visiting "en bonne voie", we accept the risk that we need to look for another restaurant. Also, there are no signs indicating the direction to the houses that are clearly visible at night. These minor issues did not hinder us from having a great time.
- A suggestion to extend the check out time on Sundays to 12h or 13h. I’m sure many will appreciate it and enjoy the place even more. We went there for the weekend and we had to hurry to check out on Sunday morning at 10.30am which is too early considering that very few people book for Sunday or Monday.
- The staff made us pay twice and there’s no refund until now. Lack of fluency in English language which makes it hard to communicate.
