- I liked the beach, some of the stuff, food was tasty, entertainment was all day, really friendly animation guy Setenay, every night there was a bus going to Side night club, we liked to visit it. Towels were changed every day. Big spa and warm indoor swimming pool. The lounges were great to sit on. A lot of different locations to get something to eat and drink. I loved that there was a possibility for night soup! Minibar was filled with soft drinks and water every day. Local bus was going every 10 minutes in front of the hotel to Side and Manavgat and back.

- The hotel is not worth 5⭐️ it is more like 4⭐️We had a swimup room, the door was broken, they fixed it next day, air conditioner was not working half of the days. Also there were several things broken, the quality of building was not very good. Also the cleaning quality was not very good.There were no bathrobes, no shampoo, the soap was empty. We had only 1 small blanket so we needed to ask bigger one. The pool of swimup rooms was freezing and sun shining only 1 hour in the afternoon. Some of the staff were not very polite and the cocktails were awful! Though the price of the hotel was quite good so the quality and the price was in balance and we had a great stay! Thank you!
- We booked a suite with a jacuzzi, but when we got to the hotel, the jacuzzi did not work. We let the staff know, but nothing was done about it for 3 days. They kept saying they will send over and engineer to fix it but no one showed up. We kept having to go down to reception to chase it up but everytime they would just send us away saying that they will send someone. In the end, we did not get to use the jacuzzi for half our trip although we paid for it.Honestly this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel and they were very rude in the way they dealt with customers.
- Hotel is in desperate need of general maintenance on closer inspection it’s dirty and not looked after. Panels coming off walls, skirting falling off, paint peeling, carpets dirty, flooring uneven and general need of a lovely hotel being looked after.

Hotel looks great on initial first impressions. It’s was lies beneath that is disappointing and a shame.
