The big buffet was always great. Beach was very nice, not very crowded in September and the water was really warm. The room was clean. Quentine Beach Bar was great.

We had really nice holidays and will just point out some stuff which could be usefull to you...- The first room had a connection door (for families) and we could hear every word they said. The reception gave us another room, withput connection door, which was great. Problem solved.- They clean the pool everyday but its walls are quite dirty around water level in some areas (looks like a lot of remains of suncream and something black like mold).- They can mix a lot of cocktails, but use low cost ingredients. Order your drinks with a specific brand to get the most out of your all inclusive. Also they have no limes (green), they replace them with lemons (yellow) because they grow locally and so its more cost efficient. So, you wont get a real mojito and stuff like that.- You need to be lucky to get 100% beef, since they use a lot lamb; even in the minced meat. Chicken is always available. Also the parmesan cheese tastes like made from goat milk. All this is no problem if you like lamb and goat. But as beef and parmesan lovers this is hard.

- Rooms are very small- No sound / water isolation with the bathroom- Worn out and unpleasant towels, bed sheets and robes- Check out could be improved. Currently keys stop working before the checkout time, so we were locked outside in the heat- Some cups / glasses / plates were not clean- No toiletries provided- Selection of alcoholic drinks could be better- No coffee shop, and the coffee that is served is of a low quality; no coffee machine in the room - I'm all about coffee)Personnel make up for many flaws with how friendly, professional and attentive they are.

We experienced the best hospitality from the staff as they were very generous and caring. Mr. Mustafa and Miss Katherina treated us very nicely and made us feel very welcomed. We made some special requests and they responded very positively to our requests.

The activities and evening performances were very dull and unamusing.

The rooms are very low, you have to watch out for the air conditioning. average food in public restaurants. Very good food in Ala Carte restaurants but not in the basic restaurants and bar.

Kids club was very well run by the employees. Staff went above and beyond to make sure kids really enjoyed their time there. Check out was smooth. Service of the staff in general except a few. They almost always had a smile on their faces towards us.

I had to deal with payment procedures 1 week before the start of our stay and both myself and booking.com had to spend extra efforts to convince the hotel on confirmation of the payment. It was quite a discomfort to deal with payment before we even went there. Check in/Welcome process. We werent even offered a glass of water after such a long journey to arrive there.Instructions of what's what were very superficial. We were simply told that we needed to download an app and figure out everything there on our own.Proximity of our family room to the loud areas was very inconvenient. Families with small kids can be located in rooms away from loud music.Food and drinks very mediocre at best.

Really good looking resort with great amenities. You can tell that they make an effort to satisfy guests.

Unfortunately I got a food poisoning on my second day at the resort. Kept me locked at the room for quite a bit after for recovering.

Extremely clean hotel. Staff is very friendly , the swimming pools have warm water and very clean also.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so. Rooms were so clean and nice, there are so many foods to choose from in the restaurant. We had a great family break.

At the poolbar you need more staff. Usually there is only 1 guy sometimes 3 wouldn’t be enough. Just a suggestion to make things better…

We visit the hotel on an active away tennis course and the facilities were all fantastic. We were a large group of 11, we ate in all three restaurants and used the facilities to the maximum.

The only complaint I had was that on the last day I used the salon and was charged twice as much as the advertised cost.

EVERYTHING, I loved everything. We went off-season at the beginning of May and snatched a great price for a Sun-Fri stay. From the new and luxurious facilities to the very friendly staff to the loads of delicious dining and entertainment options, this hotel has it all AND free access to the water park AND best of all, the resort has a small number of rooms meaning it doesn’t feel crowded at all. And the design of the rooms and grounds and buildings is super modern and chic and just sophisticated. And Side is a stone’s throw away, and Antalya is only an hour, so you’ll always have options. Of course, it was just lovely to sit by the water all day and drink Pina Coladas. :-) Highly recommend, for couples and families.

NOTHING, I loved everything. And if there ever was a problem, the staff was very attentive, helpful, friendly, so any problem was always taken care of.
