Polite staff, very clean resort, very good organization and activities, highly recommended

Almost everything is amazing. Animation team is nice and polite and made us busy with activities most of the time. Food and drinks were amazing. The service exceeded our expectations

We really liked the hotel and the location as well. The staff is wonderful,very friendly and also speak different languages.The breakfast and more were wonderful. Variety of food meat,fish,salads,pastries,sweets,fruits,snacks,drinks, we were very pleaser. Nice beach, i want to mention Disco and DJ, the music is wonderful. There is a separate heated pool on the hotel grounds. And we also liked that there is a very large figured pool throughout the territory, there is enough space for everyone. There is also a snack bar and grill on the beach and a very nice woman will bake you a delicious big crap. And on the hotel grounds there is a snack bar and drinks. During the day there is entertainment for children and adults and in the evening there is live music, karaoke, bar, disco. Bz the waz, for hookah lovers- I assure you will like it! Our vacation was wonderful !!!

Minimal staff speak English, we arrived late due to flight delays and they had given away our rooms despite them being fully paid for! We had young children and they were not accommodating at all. The hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures, very limited facilities, not a lot for children to do at all, one tiny kids pool, not heated. Very limited food options.

The Hotel was lovely and very spacious, the staff were very good from the reception desk who always greeted with a nice smile, this is always nice, through to the lady's who cleaned the rooms.All of the staff were very attentive making my stay at the hotel a very enjoyable one.During my stay at the hotel, I went to the spa twice and had the most amazing Turkish Bath with Salt Scrub along with a massage which was most probably the most relaxing massage I have had for a very long time.The main restaurant had lots to choose from and the Al a Carte Steak house was a lovey evening with great food.Mark Robinson

The Smokey BBQ smell that came into my room from the next hotel.The evening staff in the coffee bar inside need to be improved both with service and manners.However, the daytime staff were amazing especially the young Turkish lady who greets every customer with a lovely smile and a kind word or two.

Location, the quality of the food, cleanliness in the resort, kids facilities,easy access to everything, hard working staff.

One of animators ( the pirate of the Caribbean with the parrot) was extremely rude when we wanted to take a picture with our phone as we didn’t know it can only be taken by the official photographer and you had to pay for it.

Literally everything. Location, food, room service, the swimming pool was huge and I literally enjoyed every single minute, I wish I could swim at night tho ? food was exceptional, very clean and it was probably the best bed I slept in a hotel(and trust me I travel a lot). Had the best view of the sea. We’re coming back next year

Probably an iron was necessary as all my clothes needed ironing. They have iron on the site but you have to pay like 2/5€ for each piece. But other than that I have no complaints. Very happy with everything

They offer a great selection of services, you will enjoy your time

the staff in gastronomy is mostly untrained, probably cheap, uneducated workforce. even though you have a vast selection of free cocktails included, you may not get them, because the bartender does not know how to make them. However, some of the staff is highly skilled and educated, so it is up to your luck which one you get at the time

We have just returned from a family holiday. The resort ticks alot of boxes. For UK travellers, keep in mind that communication is English can be challenging, but it's ok. People somehow understand your needs and requirements. Staff are helpful, and if you want to have a peaceful smooth time, the minute you check in, introduce yourself to Turgul. He is the main man, very responsive, attentive, and will do anything to make your stay as good as possible. The kindest manager you will ever meet and will do anything to exceed your expectations. Gizem from the lobby bar, always happy to recommend drinks, speaks well and is very friendly. The lady does 2 shifts totalling 16 hours a day and still works with a smile on her face. Food in the resort is good, ample choice, super selection of cocktails. Ample choices for kids, we as a family don't have allergies, so we can't comment on that regarding food. The resort I have to say is SUPER CLEAN, exceptional design, and brilliantly laid out. Kids can't get bored here, there is just too much for them to do.

No ironing facility in the rooms, but you can pay and use their ironing or laundry services. Ensure you get your sunbed before 8am or get ready to be disappointed. Housekeeping can be lazy at times. You have to keep telling them to remove used cups, glasses etc. They just won't use their own initiative, however these are minor issues, I'm sure all resort is have them, but over the positives outweighs the negatives.

The food was great, staff very friendly and the hotel itself had everything. Not sure if I can recommend for singles:) but great for families and couples

Nice rooms and hotel area. Animation good and staff friendly. Good food, my favourite was pizza, sushi and carpaccio. Recommend and i can’t wait to go back! ☺️

Going home ?

Really nice stay in all ways. Hotel and room was clean. Service was excellent. Meny restourants with tasty and fresh food, great drinks. Nothing to complain. We had a really nice and relaxing holiday and we could go again and highly recommend to others.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Sharif for his good treatment and reception of us, and the facilities that made our vacation wonderful, as well as all the workers at the resort for their kindness and cooperation with us and our children. The food, sweets, and activities were wonderful. God willing, we will return to this resort on the next vacation.

Hugely overrated one. Not level of 5 stars. Clean inside and modern but outside is dirty and old fashioned equipment that requires repair and love. Nice location

Mess and crowded spaces outside, pools requires repairs, kids room also in a poor state. Extremely loud music whole day, not for relaxing.

Main Buffet is excellent. All other restaurants are amazing too for all your needs along the day. The hotel is very clean. The gaming room for the kids is also perfect to spend some free time.

The music from the evening party is loud quite late in the evening.

The food variety was good, however the quality was bad

Very green landscape, nice pools and pierce patio for tanning, good variety of food and alcohol, evening entertainment.

House keeping is very poor, worn out towels and carpets, some staff in the restaurants was rude and unfriendly. Too many guests and therefore the sun lounges are packed as of 8:30am, no place to sit in the main restaurant in the evening.

Best stay in Antalia..nice location...excellent services...Hamam and Spa are a must....food and beverages were excellent.....Yasmin- wonderful manager of the property.
