Our four-night stay at Sirma Hotel was a fabulous experience. The friendly staff were exceptionally attentive during meal times and they bent over backwards to make our stay a happy one. The restaurant is located at the top of the building (6th floor) so we had lovely views of the sea and the quality of the food was fabulous. My husband has food allergies (wheat, yeast, eggs, etc.) but was able to find plenty of dishes to eat from the extensive buffet. The espresso at breakfast was strong, and black tea was also available. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay and the waiters sang happy birthday to him (very cute). Our room and bathroom were modern and the bath towels were changed each day if needed. The airconditioning worked well and we had great sea views. It is only a short walk to the beach. We can highly recommend Sirma Hotel.

Great staff, great location just in front of the beach and shops were about 30 min to 40 min walking everything was clean, more or less good food. Good internet around except in beach

The housemaid was too slow, and our room remained unclean twice. The food at lunch could be better. We had to pay extra for internet per divice.

Nice location, 200 meters from the beach. 20 minutes walk along the beach to the old town. Some of the staff really tried to make us welcome.

The hotel is split into two sections, the main building and the chalet type rooms. We were in the main building.The pool bar is never open and you have to dry off before going into get a drink from the lobby bar, I respect that but shows a lack of staffing.The food was repetitive and not to our taste, in fact, even though we were all inclusive we, only had breakfast 4 times, lunch twice and evening meals twice, this gave us an unexpected expense.The beach bar is not near the beach and that “beach bar area is totally wasted in my opinion, it should be turned into a pool area and pool bar.The entertainment was absolutely terrible.The whole hotel is not run properly and is missing its potential.As we were the only British family there, my opinion may not match the vast majority of.

Just a short walk to the beach. Some lovely bars within walking distance. The restaurant on the top floor with great views of the sea.

Paid all inclusive but there was hidden extras. Had to pay day rates for the beach towels, safety box and WiFi in the room. WiFi was free in the reception area. Bathroom towels not always changed and toilet paper was not replenished resulting getting caught without.

We rented an apartment for 4 persons. We've been here in 2022, also in an apartment, but now we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment we stayed in was recently renovated and refurbished. The food was also much better than in 2022, so a great surprise there as well.

The location is very good, rooms and food were average (which is still good!) and the staff was really awesome and helpful. We will come back next year! :)

For the price there's really not much to complain about - sure there are 5 star luxury hotels where you can eat grilled steaks for breakfast, lunch and supper, but they still swim in the same sea and lay on the same sand, while costing 3-4 times as much. So, it's for you to decide.

Good location, great beach, plenty of sunbeds. Good selection of food. Friendly staff. Working air-conditioning, which was vital when we visited in late July to early August.

Limited selection of drinks included in the all-inclusive package, which seemed watered down in the case of both alcoholic and soft drinks. Only 1 key issued per room. Room safe located at floor level and only available at an extra charge.

Absolutely everything. Location, stuff (expecially Husein and Mustafa), beach, food, pool...

Maybe WI Fi could be little stronger.

Everything was really good. Staff was friendly and the most helpful. Very big room. I like the outside area which is green and quiet . Very close to beach. Exceptional place for a break near seaside.

Everything is perfect. Always go there when visiting Side. One of the best beaches in Turkey in my opinion. Hotel is clean and nice, flexible booking and payment terms. Worth every penny. Location is excellent. Will come back

The private beach, the location, hospitality of staff, and quietness

1) Hotel management couldn't provide us with the room we had already paid for. The reason - your room is occupied.2) Meals are not fresh (sometimes). 3) The staff will talk gossip about the guests thinking that guests don't understand Turkish. 4) Wi-Fi that doesn't work in the cottage houses and near the beach5) No security in the territory of the hotel6) No offers for city tours and entertainments

The only thing we like about property is close location to the beach. Beach was not secured, there were at least three theft accidents at the beach when guests valuables, mostly phones were stolen while people were enjoying the water.

Hotel is very outdated with anti sanitary conditions ( adding pictures as a proof). Sirma Hotel is being sold and advertised based on pictures of neighboring hotel Horus Paradise. There is no aqua park that is shown on pictures, it’s behind the fence and belongs to Horus Paradise. Hamam amenity for Sirma Hotel is absolutely different that is shown on pictures. We booked spa session fir entire family and requested 4 women for massage, manager assured that he can accommodate that. When we arrived on time, staff was not available because it was badly overbooked. We have not received apology nor refund nor make up session as an excuse for awful service. Hotel personnel was rude and not attentive. It took 3 days to repair door lock, balcony door was not closing at all. Towels were so worn, I’ve never seen anything like that. Coffee was available only after 10am in the morning ??‍♀️ Food at hotel was really bad. Raw chicken was served at dinner, some days there was no food selection at all, we ended up getting food at local steakhouse, such a shame for hotel when they sell all-inclusive service. Horus Paradise and Sirma Hotel have the same owner, I would not be surprised if food leftovers from Horus hotel were served at Sirma because food did not look fresh and actually few guests had food poisoning. Vacation that was planned as family reunion ended up as worst vacation ever.

Breakfast was ok, but not a lot to choose from. Hardly any meat options except for pre made cheap quality sausages.

The menu could have been better, they need to offer a better variety, more protein options. Some days the menu was the same and not a lot to choose from. The wine selection also needs to be better, sometimes the wine was bad.

I like everything about that hotel. I would rate location, food, entertainment, room, price as 10 out of 10.Evening entertainment was awesome. Overall great atmosphere in that hotel, everyone is happy. It is really nice place to visit.

The location is great for beach but if you want second row you have a very steep hill to walk up ....

We didnt opt for all inclusive after reading the reviews, so glad we didnt, as pool bar closed, no entertainment other local hotels had fantastic atmospheres sirma had zero. The room we booked stated sea view which it didnt have, we had a 2 bedroom apartment and dogs constantly barked that lived in other sirma apartments, Wif isn't free in the apartments but BEWARE!!! The charge is per device not per apartment. And it is absolutely rubbish 14 euro per device.10 night stay.Extra charge for beach towels also. .Electricity trips out numerous times a day .I had to constantly ask for basic utensils not even a teaspoon or cutting knife , broken kettle, no pans. No aircon in living area so apartments get far to hot.The young man at reception is rude and arrogant , and needs some customer service skills and training.,Very limted sunloungers at pool 3 families and none left.... All in all I would not recommend hotel sirma you have much better options for same money or less , such a shame as it could be a fantatic place, unfortunately it's badly run. And lacking in most things.
