Palm World Resort & Spa Side - All Inclusive

Location was good, it took only a few mins to get to the beach by the mini taxi of the hotel, about 10-15 mins on foot. Bazaars,pharmacies, shops are around the hotel everywhere, dolmus stop is in front of it. People are really nice and friendly. There is a beach bar that belongs to the hotel, you can have lunch there and beer, soft drinks are also served. Sunbeds are for free. The hotel pool is nice, the slides can be used by children, pool temperature is OK. We found the food at the hotel restaurant nice, there was a great variety of everything :) Local alcoholic drinks and cocktails were also free at the bars (there is one in the lobby and one by the pool). The hotel has a spa section as well, hammam, sauna and indoor pool can all be used for free by guests, you only have to pay for special treatments and massages.

Unfortunately there is a restaurant and disco on the other side of the road, opposite the hotel which is so so loud even at 3-4am, that you cannot rest properly. We were lucky because when we complained about it, we could move to another room, which was much quieter, facing the other direction.

no 5 star hotel

Not satisfied with my stay here. The restaurant felt cramped and cheap, and the staff was rude and inattentive. Tea was dangerously placed and the pool and entertainment were subpar. The bathroom had a hazardous door and the drinks seemed diluted. Moreover, the beach was not within walking distance and we had to take a golf cart. Disappointing and not recommended

food was great staff is really nice they provide what we needed

the room air-condition was not working and they didn't pay attention to it 2 days we spend time in hot room no repair no attention towards the guest

the hotel was front of a pub which was really noisy all night, no chance for open windows

The room decor was nice, the beds were comfortable.

The food is very limited, after staying at a 4 star, i had high expectations from this 5 star... This 5 star made the 4 star feel like a 7 star..I would rate this hotel as a 3 star, there was not even bedroom slippers which i was surprised about.

The choices for breakfast varied, with lots to choose from, however, for my taste the cooked food could do with a little less salt, giving me the opportunity to add salt when necessary.

Although the staff spoke little or no English and I knew no Turkish language, they could support us to enjoy our stay. We felt comfortable and safe.

The personnel was not nice, the security guy did not let me park, so I had to argue with a few minutes and he did not understand that we have reservation there. It took 5 minutes to fights ourself to check in. Then the sound of party music kept us from sleep all night long

Hakan (service staff at the restaurant) was very friendly and nice, always smiling at the guests and the 'famous' bar man (who was the only person who could speak English) was very friendly, welcoming and always ready to chat with all guests while preparing their drinks. He was very funny as well.

1- The receptionists were not professional at all. They were 'very rude', not friendly or welcoming, and were not ready to help their guests. 2- Very poor WiFi. 3- Food wasn't good, the same food were repeated every day, some of the foods were very salty some times.

people who were working there not really friendly they are not interested about their work interested more about people’s private life I also reported some people to their supervisor they were dreadfully bad behaved

Room was nice with balcony' food was decent. Was allowed to check out late aswell as check in early at a small cost

Wish staff could speak English' and phone in room would work so i can order room service. Apart from that would reccomend

I really enjoyed my time with my family lovely happy holiday specially entertainment guy all staffs are very friendly I’ll be back soon ???

The staffs are all lovely and always willing to help.

Food were well cooked and presented but not many continental meal to choose from so I end up eating rice everyday. The air condition was not working for me most of the time
