The choice of food is great. Very very good!

The bed is very bad, very old, uncomfortable and impossible for a good night sleep. My room was is very close to entertaining area. Which is very noisy and continues till later. Impossible for relaxing and quiet time.

Everything we go back for a couple of nights every year.. so clean comfy and friendly staff can’t do enough for you.

The hotel is placed in a very good location close to the beach and a good walking distance from shops, restaurants, other entertainment. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the activities were very well-organised. Great variety of evening shows, sports and themed meals.

The staff spoke Russian and German but their English was very poor. It was difficult for them to understand our questions.

The location was about 50 mins to 1 hour from the airport which is great when travelling with children. Hotel was clean, great food options, friendly staff. Bus transfer was very frequent to the beach only a 3 minute drive or less than 10 min walk which we did a few times.

Quiet and Clean

Room was cramped and tiny for 3 people. Staff were not very good at speaking English. Underwhelming for the money I paid

We were on a family holiday for 10 days. The hotel is not big, it has a family atmosphere. The animators are nice, fantastic. There were great shows. The meals were delicious , great choice. Children are kept busy with activities all day. There is a shuttle to the sea every 15 minutes, which is sometimes very crowded and stops after 18:00 in the evening. I can recommend the hotel to everyone, even for families with children.

The shuttle to the sea was overcrowded some times. Diner time is 19:00-21:00, but the waiters start to clear tables 20:30.

We ended up being moved to Hane elite sun. Hotel was amazing. New, service good. We loved it.

The food was really good and good variety of choices for everyone. Maybe too much food :)) Sous Chef - Beşir Sünger really helpful and friendly . Even he don’t speak English try to help and resolve everything immediately. Big respect for him Waitress Sükran smiling all the time. Remember what you need to order. Really good. A young and tall guy from the pool bar in the evening really good. ( sorry I don’t remember his name ) 1 guy from cleaning around the pool smiling and good guy. Talking a lot of languages. Smart guy. Don’t know why he was only a cleaner. Beautiful country

Almost no one speak English. Only one guy from reception Animation team cannot understand what you say. After 2 weeks still asking everyday where are you from. Incredible …. Lack of interestAnimation for kids is only in Russian ?????? Crazy. English speaking kids don’t understand anything. There are 2 girls and one guy. Tried to talk with the guy in English. Everything good until he asked where I and from. When I said Romania suddenly he cannot speak English anymore. The girls even they don’t speak English are very careful with the kids and try to help. Thumbs up for them. Lobby bar. Ramazan don’t understand anything and never smiling. Asked Rose wine he gives me white wine. Explained that I need rose he starts to yell at me . Absolutely unacceptable. The same with our friends. Why you ask for ice after he put wine ??? He cannot put ice in the glass…. Don’t deserve to be in the bar. Complained about him in reception ( hard that they don’t speak English) Reception cannot speak English. Everybody speak Russian but not English…. Should be only for Russian people advised. Agencies from hotel don’t talk with English talking people. Even if you are interested to buy excursions from them. People cannot find a table in the restaurant but the bosses have all the time a big table reserved for them… I think customers should be on first place

Pool area was very nice and staf very inspiring?we got what we wanted with this money

So far a way from Antik Side but this is only couche?because meny other hotel is nerebay?

There weren't too many people near the pool, it wasn't too expensive, ok for one night stay.

It was noisy, not very clean, and people around didn't look friendly.

Good organization of all the processes, nice staff;Party zone is far enough away from the rooms and it is comfortable to sleep or spend time calmly here.Beautiful view of the pools and mountains from the reception areaQuite wide area of the own beach (comparing to other hotels)

The room and the bathroom was quite small and the mattreses uncomfortable

We really loved food amd facilities at the territory of the hotel. With food it was especially big luck. The beech is quite close and the transfers there were frequent. Sauna and hamam were really comfy.

Cleaning of rooms was really poor and the bed sheets and towels were not changed for the entire stay.

Good facilities especially for kids

The food was good had a wide variety but I got food poisoning on my last day. Threw up many times that day!

The hotel was a good 4 star hotel. The food was very good, the entertainment team was excellent. I especially liked the game of darts :) The sea was close enough, the bus ran every 10 minutes, but we also walked.

The cocktail selection was poor :)

Location, price, food.

They gave us horrific room under roof which wasn’t possible to cool it down through the night. It’s three star hotel rather than five star.

Bit small room, but ok

Small and very low standard stay, rooms are outrageously small! food, drinks and entertainment are very simple. Nice beach bar.

Rooms are super small and not comfortable, very low quality, air conditioner didn't work the entire stay in the hotel lobby. Food is repetitive, long cues in bars all the time. We paid for 2 same rooms, and got 1 eco room with no balcony and even smaller pass.

Old and smelly rooms , photos on site are to far to reality , think 2 stars is more , and i ask in english and employers respond in turkish ,i do not want to remain and i ask to refund me money to take another normal hotel but employers respond me not give nothing and insulteed me tell i drink too much alchool but i have medical proves and tratament i m forbidden to drink alcool , we not use from more months ago , for these insult i open a trial in court , booking.com think do not accept these behavior and i write these to help another future tourists do not have similary bad situation

it's hard to say what was good. Maybe staff in the hotel was very nice. And sometimes food in restourant. for example fresh fish and vegitables on grill.

We took a "big" room with two children beds for two adault people who wanted just to relax. And we booked normal room with one bed. But the staff thought it'll be nice to give us biggest room with view to pool, cooking area and scene. but after our ask about more quiet room we took it. with view to trash cans and other hotel with very loud music in night. room was very old with old furniture. nothing interesting on the hotel's territory. very long and dumb way to the beach.
