Side Village Family Suite - All Inclusive

The location, beach a shuttle were really nice. We got a room upgrade. A large variety of food.

Food quality was not really nice. Food schedule might hang also at the beach ( since they have a shedule for shuttle). There was no animation or sport activities at the beach. I wanted to play volleyball and a guy from staff told me me he can give me the ball.

The hotel has enough pools for both adults and kids. We spent most of our time near the pool. The food is good, and you can always find something to eat. Snack time is great. The rooms are spacious and especially recommended for families."

The hotel was dirty and the cleaning was not done properly. There were spider webs, and when we lifted the bed sheet, the mattress was disgusting.The bed sheets and towels are changed once every three days We were also by the seaside, but we didn’t enjoy it much as the sea was not very good.

My mom and I stayed at Side Village Hotel for 4 nights and were very happy with our experience. The hotel is family-oriented, yet also very comfortable for guests without children — it was always easy to find a quiet and free spot, whether at the beach, in the hotel, or during meals.The food was good and varied. The main restaurant had a wide selection of dishes, while the beach restaurant had a more limited choice at lunch. A special mention goes to the bar — great cocktails and a nice atmosphere.We came for a few days of relaxation — and we definitely got what we wanted. Every evening there were fun shows with music and dancing, so we were never bored. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and full of greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around. The beach shuttle ran every 15 minutes, which was super convenient.Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. For the price, the hotel fully met our expectations. I honestly have no complaints and would gladly recommend Side Village Hotel for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Staff were amazing, very clean, entertaining and good food

We had to add 1 day to our trip due to flight changes, as I mentioned in first review below, we were very pleased with hotel and also wifi worked pretty well, we were able to make a voice or video calls. Thanks, hotel again!

Beach bus service should be better .especially in the evening when every one come back to hotel and only 7 seaters runs should be another bus same time

All went great from the begining to the very end! Very cozy hotel, pleasant staff! Food was great, beach area was great, bar was great! We really glad we did a right choice and stay here. Light shows in the evenings. No intrusive animation, very quiet at night time. If you value sea, entrance to the sea, quality food and quiet evening that could be the right place to pick

Hotel is very old. A lot of broken tiles on the floor and thats very dangerous for kids. Pools er as well very old and need renovasjon. Tv in romm disnd work. Board tennis is not possible to use. For familie with kids i would not recomend that place.

Our first time at this hotel, and how pleasantly surprised we were. The room looks neat and spacious. The food is excellent and there is variety every day. Side Village has a family atmosphere. Almost everything can be arranged through the hotel, such as a cab, massage and pool towels. In closing, a BIG compliment to the friendly and social bar staff. Excellent service!!!Ps: when taxi we booked separately didn’t show up, they fixed it for us. Thanks and see you soon, will definitely be returning!?-Britt and Charlotte

Breakfast , Lunch, Dinner -all inclusive, everything perfekt, Hotel staff very customer oriented , many thanks to Mr. Ozan and Ms. Fatma, We enjoyed everything - especially dinner and wine after dinner. Price/Value ration _ excellent !

Everything well organised , Beach is a little bit far a way but well reachable by hotel shuttle bus each 15 minutes.Hotel staff is very customer focused. Everything perfect.

Way better than expensive beachside hotels in the area. The food was delicious, the staff was always attentive, outdoors were like a special and quiet gardenwe had a room change to a better one without hesitation (special thanks to the manager for that)The beach is accessible on foot after 10 minutes with a pleasant distance. There were always free sunbeds, the beach staff was also superb and the beach was very cleanThe beach is soft sand and the water was very shallow, and spotlessly clean ( no moss, no jellyfish, although a bit wavy even at dawn time) But I think it's one of the best options for sea lovers in whole Antalya, considering all the hilly, stone shored and quickly deepening beaches in other famous regions.All in all, we had a really relaxing and unforgettable holiday in only 4 days. Thank you everyone.

Nothing at all. only at the beginning we had a dark room way behind the hotel, but it was changed quickly to a better one.

The staff are simply amazing and make this such a wonderful place to stay. Food is great and varied, very good selection of drinks. The facilities are OK (although, there's no fitness centre as advertised). Location is good, a 5 minute stroll to the beach, or take the free regular shuttle. There is also food and drinks at the reserved beach area with loungers and umbrellas. The beach is sandy, clean and was quite warm in September.

Shouldn't advertise having a fitness centre when they don't. Same for bicycle hire which isn't available.

The room was adequate but certainly nothing special. The beach was a short journey in the free shuttle service. Plenty of sun beds on the beach and drinks easily obtained.

The menu in the hotel was poor and repetitive. On my 3rd day I became rather ill and spent a few days hovering around the toilet. The illness was bad and the medication I had imodium didn't work.

The staff..can't do enough..the place is really clean..couldn't really ask for more

To be honest .there is no down side to this lovely place..food is good ...I really like it

The pool and the breakfast

Our building did not have elevator, the foods did not have information tag.There was not a variety of foods for dinner and lunch but the quality was good. The WORST THING was the STAFF! All of them were unprofessional, never smiling and very grumpy!! Even I can say they were rude in some cases (they take your plate when it is not empty, I opened the door to enter the building and a staff wanted to come out, he did not wait for me ? I was holding the door for their servant to come in!! Except reception who were nice

We got rooms in the building to the left of the pool, and they were in very good condition. The staff is mostly young and friendly, and they really tried to be helpful when contacted. The beach is very nice. The food… They really have a lot of options and some seafood every day, but sometimes it is too dry, sometimes overcooked, sometimes too salty, and sometimes with no salt at all. A lot of things were served again the next day, so they weren’t fresh. My only comfort was that they had a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

During our one-week stay, we requested cleaning only once. I have to agree with most of the reviews: they only made the bed and maybe swept the floor a little. They didn’t even touch the bathroom. It could have been better, but this wasn’t really a problem for us.The shuttle doesn’t work as scheduled; sometimes it comes more often, and sometimes it makes you wait over 20 minutes. For the number of guests, the shuttle is just too small. They need to improve it by getting a bigger bus and making it run more frequently.We chose this hotel because it was described as calm and without animation. The short show during dinner didn’t disturb us. However, the same kids’ disco and approximately one hour of the same music every day were really annoying. They reserve tables with small items like sunglasses or a bag, then go away for several hours and come back later. They go to the restaurant 5 minutes before the official start of the meal and form a line as if they are afraid they won’t get food or have never eaten before. They touch at least 5 plates (who knows if they even washed their hands!) before taking one.

Beach

The hotel seems to be running a scam where they intentionally overbook rooms. When you arrive, they claim there's a "technical issue" with your room and then send you to a cheap motel down the road for the night. It’s clearly a tactic to make easy money at the expense of guests' comfort and trust. It’s dishonest and extremely frustrating. There are many people with the same experience.

Fantastic Food, Helpful staff, overall good facilities

Smoking everywhere was unbearable - smoking allowed even near kids swimming pools. Air con in the room wasn’t working properly first few days, then it was too cold. Overall finishes of the room was a bit tired

The service is at the highest level, and the service is 90% of a comfortable holiday. Many thanks to all the staff, you are great. The food is delicious and varied. Transfer to and from the beach every 10 minutes. There is a bar with drinks and food on the beach. The beach is good with its own sun loungers. On the territory of the hotel there are 2 large pools and 2 children's, also separately 3 children's slides. On the territory of the hotel in the intervals between lunch and dinner they cook burgers, although there is more than enough food. There is also a bar with drinks including excellent whiskey, etc. During 24 hours you can have a snack of fruits and cakes with tea or coffee. Also available are cold drinks including ayran.

Everything was great, as a suggestion it would have been better if the bed linen had been changed a little more often.
