Excellent hotel, I had a great time there! Would definitely recommend. Thank you to the restaurants and cooks - absolutely loved grilled red fish near the pool, and other food choices were great. The hotel's laundry/ironing services are exceptional, thanks! I also stayed in Armas Kaplan a few times, and I liked it as well. Great value for money, lots of entertainment and friendly staff.

The communication from the hotel is a little slow. Sadly, my father couldn't join me for the trip (under the circumstances he couldn't predict or control) , and I tried to contact the hotel through booking.com for a partial refund (we booked & paid for 2) but haven't heard back.

The animation team were good and the waiters worked really hard. The hotel reception staff were very nice. The restaurant team worked hard too.

We had a bird nesting on our balcony which was fine but nobody cleaned the bird poo off the balcony all week. The hotel restaurant was overcrowded at dinner time and sometimes difficult to find a seat. Didn't like walking up so many steps to the extra dining room, a long walk to get more food.

There was nothing not to like. Location, pools, staff, food, accommodation, animations, content for children, accessibility to shoping and old town, everything is perfect. Only drawback during our stay was very high humidity and temperature and not crystal clear sea water, but hotel can not fix that. However, they do offer part of the restaurant for families which is nicely air-conditioned.

Wonderful hotel for family vacation. 3 pools, nice animation teem for adults and kids. Special thanks to the food responsible, the menu is diverse and delicious. The beach in 200 meters is even better, it reduces the sand and makes the hotel territory cleaner.

The whole hotel staff from reception to the kitchen made us feel at home during our stay. The food and the quality of the service were great. Animation team was all around every day, the whole day to entertain and keep us company during our stay. Evening activities, kids disco, and night entertainments for adults were excellent. Turkish night was epic!!! The kids club and the activities were nice and there were many activities with the kids. Everyone in the restaurant welcomed us all the time and they were very thoughtful during our meals. Special thanks to Muhammed at the bar, and Semir a.k.a. best photographer and friend ;)

Food was ok

Everything is else. Staff is rude, not caring, doesn’t speak English. We arrived early for check-in, at 8 am, and I have requested it earlier when booking and the lady at reception said “it doesn’t matter what you have requested - the hotel is full”. Well that’s not a 4-star hotel customer service I am afraid. All sunbeds are taken at 6-7 am at the pools and on the beach. It’s impossible to find a sunbed. Same goes at meal times, all tables were taken and the canteen gets crazy crowded. I would never recommend staying here, it’s absolutely appalling, not worth the money.

Food was good.

The hotel serves entirely Russians. We went from Ireland and all the staff, especially the animators, only deal with Russians. In this context, it is good for Russians, but it should not be preferred for other European countries. Additionally, the beds in the rooms are quite narrow and, unfortunately, negatively affects your sleep quality.

Very good kitchen and food variations. Good pool for children. Close to the beach. Clean and big room. Good hamam!

Not many activities or playgrounds for small children.

We really liked this hotel - clean and modern rooms, nice big selection of food, busy entertainment plan, close to the shopping street and short drive from all kinds of shopping malls and Side old town. Entertainment team was really friendly and tried to include everyone.

There were few mornings when the water was gone (not for long though); on the hotel area were few annoying sales men; some of the towels were in a bad shape.; I asked one guy in the reception how much should we pay for taxi (3km), thinking as he presents the hotel, he would give an honest answer and he said 25€ which we ofc didn’t believe and the taxi driver asked for 5€, even the random taxi driver was more honest.

my feedback is that your management and workers are completely incapable of doing their jobs. issues: 1. I requested an invoice multiple times - upon reservation, at reception with workers, with front-office manager, via booking message, via email. to this date I have not received the invoice. 2. the reception staff rejected adding an additional person even though I accepted the price to the reservation which resulted for us staying in different hotel. absolute failure. the person was also rude and used improper language.

Spending time in the pool was great, it has also private beach so it is not too bad for a swimming holiday.

Staff was not so friendly - there were some exempt but in general they were not. When we first check in the hotel they did not inform about the facilities, only showed our room so we did figure it out ourselves. As a person who knows Turkish meals quite well, the meals did not meet my expectations to be honest, they were looking great but the taste was only okay - I did not enjoy at all - especially the desserts was a disappointment.

Staff were friendly and kind, the cleanliness was super good and special thanks for Muzayyan.There was a variety in the served food and the resturant was nice.

Beds were uncomfortable.

the whole hotel is basically designed for russian speaking tourists, hardly none of the staff can speak english and all the animation and evening shows are mainly in russian, so that it is hard to follow if you don’t speak russian

Wifi in hotel was very good.

There was too much food but not so good, they shoud cook two or three dishes but good.Rise was almost never cooked always hard.All the food taste almost same as they were coooked in same pastePool was so crowdy, people leave there towels in night to occupy space you will not find place to sit by pool if you wake up morning at 8.Only enterence of this Hotel is beautiful, inside its like a normal student hostel.

Bars & Restaurant:The bars were okay-ish, but not many choices for drinks. Room Experience:Our first room had a spot where you could trip, not ideal when you have kids. It smelled a bit off, and it wasn’t all that clean. We had booked for four of us, but only three beds were there. The hotel gave us a sofa bed to fix this, but the mattress was mouldy, and the bed itself was partly broken. Not good. They offered us another big room or a family one with bunk beds. On their advice, we took the family room, but it wasn’t much better. The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the showerdrain was wobbly, bad maintenance.Room: ⭐️Cleanliness: ⭐️Room's condition: ⭐️

The pool bar staff was great. The food was diverce so anybody could find something to eat. The entertainment crew was ? ? ?? ? ? ?️ ?..

My room was not cleand.. just got the sheets and towels changed.. not even a sweep to the floors.The loby bar tried to sell us a bottle of wine that they serve for free as its an all-inclusive hotel.We wanted to purches a good bottle of wine beyond the all exclusive, and they tried to give us the free wine for money.The bar tender and the receptionist were not nice, very rude, and unhelpful. When we tried to cancel the transaction, they were trying to make us look like we were in the wrong! When they were the ones selling us free all-inclusive wine. And just for your knowledge, there were 10 of us there.. so them explaining that the free wine is only free when ordered in a glass, but a bottle we have to pay.. if we each got a glass of that free wine we have used more then 1 bottle so that point is pointless, besides, we wanted a better wine, that is why we wanted to buy something, not drink the same feee wine that we did not like all that much..And it's not a user friendly if you have a lot of suitcases, you need to go down some stairs to get from the loby to the pool and rooms, there is a path around but its very steep.

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice food, good rooms with good ac and internet

A lot of stones in the beach water but that's beyond the hotel to fix

thank you armas bella sun, the breakfast was very good ,the pool was incredible as even the water slide and the parties were very nice aswell as the sea , staff was very friendly,thanks to burak sheffer life guard was very friendly,and the animations were very nice and the music was very good also.
