Food is fine. Activities for children was very good.

The front desk manager “Mariem” is very rude and not helpful. I paid over 2600 euro for 6 nights for a family room with a grave yard view..!!

Swimming pool and food.

’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Wi-Fi service during our recent stay. We stayed in rooms 7032 and 7033 on the 7th floor, and unfortunately, there was virtually no internet connectivity in either room.I had several urgent office emails to respond to, but due to the poor Wi-Fi signal, I was forced to go down to the reception lobby each time just to access a stable connection on my laptop. This was highly inconvenient and disappointing, especially for a property of your standard.

We enjoyed our vacation at Villa Side Residence, excellent customer service, clean and specious rooms. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In the morning we spent time by the Mediterranean sea and in the evening had different musical entertainments and shows. Very thankful for delicious food in the restaurant with outstanding customer service.

The hotel was fabulous, very high standard. Food excellent and a massive choice. The room was beautiful, big with everything you need. The pools fab and also the beach bar & restaurant area. The service in this hotel was impeccable and staff friendly whilst professional. I could write a book on how wonderful this hotel is at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend with no hesitation ?

Absolutely nothing

The hotel is good and has lots of amenities. The rooms and all areas are clean and well maintained. Side ancient city is a short bus ride away. Eva is great and my child had a great time. Cannot thank her enough.

Reception could have been more informative and approachable unlike other staff.

Loved the SPA and Salon - pool was nice - room was very comfortable- easy access to the beach - great nightly entertainment

Although the buffet offered a lot of food it wasn’t that good - most dishes were overcooked - the specialty restaurants were not open all the time so there were even fewer choices for meals alternative to the buffet

Lovely place, spacious rooms, great food in the main restaurant. I also liked the massage. My daughter totally enjoyed her time in the pool with slides. Sand beach, calm sea, nice bars, everything is clean.

We chose this hotel to spend time with our extended family, but we were not allowed to sit together during meal times. They ban joining tables and don't offer bigger tables. This was pretty disappointing. Also, it was noisy at night in the room facing live music terrace.

The food was amazing, wide range of choice all the time. The room was beautiful, well equipped, the hotel has a lot of facilities and organises many programs, you can never be bored there. The staff were kind and helpful. Honestly we were planning to go on more trips outside the hotel, but we had so much fun in the hotel area, that we skipped them.

Place is nice especially the gym pool and game room for PlayStation

Staff at the front desk were horrrible but not all maybe one or two people were bad for example night shift reception at 23 of August and a man named Baki but restaurant staff was very good and polite

Majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the programs they had for them. The food was great and the drinks too. It was very clean and fun for us parents too. Also enjoyed the shisha on the terrace at night time.

Some of the staff weren’t helpful and a tad bit rude.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door to the sad moment when I had to check out, I was overwhelmed by the hospitable atmosphere and incredible service. The room was elegantly decorated, clean, and comfortable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible. From the impressive breakfast, dinner buffet to the pool area, every moment was filled with joy and comfort. I can't wait to return and recommend this hotel to everyone I know. You really get value for your money. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I like the friendliness of the staff. 24 hrs service. I requested for more water in the fridge and they did. Our room is always clean and the fridge is well mintained with drinks.

We were only there for a few days. We would like to stay longer there.

Our room was big

Too dark, lightning in communal areas were off during the day. There were no set smoking areas during meal’s, I hate the smell of cigarettes and was surrounded most mealtimes by smoker’s. Staff are busy tidying up during meal times, if not tidying they hang around and don’t really wait on people.It’s NOT a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imaginationThe games area must be paid for.Everyone can access the luggage storage area!

Food was incredible! Entertainment was impressive! The hotel isn’t beach front but everything possible was done to secure an easy and safe access which was very appreciated.

We wished all the staff would speak good English, but it wasn’t a big issue really. We had only a couple of misunderstandings.WiFi was very poor unfortunately. Never worked in our room (facing the pool)

There was not a dull moment for us. Activities available for all ages.

Every thing was perfect but wished the host didn’t speak German & Turkish only. We needed more English so the kids could enjoy the mini club activities in the evening.

Good size room. Polite staff. Fantastic a la carte fish restaurant. Good selection of food. Nice beach.

My only criticism would be the absence of turkish coffee in the a la carte turkish restaurant!
