Pool was nice and that's about it

This is not a hotel for the British market, so I do not know why they would advertise as such. We were the only English family in the entre Hotel .The staff had very little knowledge of English they spoke mostly German ,Russian and Turkish. when I asked a question they reply in German and I tell them English please and they still respond in German ??? The staff were quite rude once they realized I'm from the uk. One particular waiter (usef) eventually stop serving me Tea when I asked for. The room was next to the main dual carriageway with continuous traffic 24/7. No blackout curtains and not suitable double glazing for the position of the room. Light in bathroom had to be fixed as kept flickering, soap dispenser not working .Have to pay for room safe(never done that before. The Hotel should advertise as hotel for smokers as everywhere people were smoking and the worse was at the entrance to the restaurant ,you had to walk passed all the smoker's tables before the entrance. smoking in the snack bars next to the food. very slippery tiles around the whole pool area.

The pools are lovely, very spacious ,lovely views from the balcony staff were all very friendly but waiter Ekrem IIsaoglu was exceptional in helping with.my Mother who is 90 years old he helped with what Mam needed in restaurant, Ekrem speaks exceptionally good English

The staff of the reception not all of them talk in English.

good animations, good reception M. Mohamed, kind room's ladies but bar's personnel is tired..

slow internet not available in the rooms, beach is quite far and the entrance is not good for elder people (some plate-rocks), water is not clear (july)

The pool

The food was the same every day and for my taste it was awful. My opinion is that the chef should quit. It is not possible to have so many families guest with children and almost no child friendly food. My son ate for an entire week only eggs at breakfast and spagetti for lunch and dinner. I hated my stay because of the food. The staff was ok and I felt sorry for them every day. They are working very hard and the cleaning ladies were always in a hurry. Some of them were at work from morning until midnight. Shame on the owner of the hotel for exploiting them.

Standards had slipped on 5 weeks food was awful
