Good location on the beach. The food was outstanding. The hotel has good facilities with plenty of green spaces.

Big walkable property with several bathing attractions

I was probably maximally unfortunate with my room, as the windows were facing a very noisy fan used for the kitchen. The noise was severe enough that I was unable to get good sleep most nights and was suffering from sleep deprivation at the end of my stay. The technical staff was able to reduce the noise somewhat (probably due to a loose screw), but the very next night there was some external event which played EXTREMELY loud music until 3 AM. In the end, I was more tired when I left than when I arrivedIn addition there are few outdoors areas that are free from cigarette smoke which is quite tiresome

The hotel is relatively old. Aquapark was open only for 4 hours.

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful.I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

Staff not speaking English,,wich I understand because main clientele is German,and I have a suggestion : the ice scoop should be placed into a basket and then in the ice container so the handle touched by bartenders hands does not come into contact with ice so you avoid cross contamination .Another suggestion : there is no need for staff to work in long black pants on such high temperatures ,they can work on shorts so they will not be overheating.

The staff were fabulous, the gardens are beautifully maintained, the pool was clean.

The room was tired and a little dated, the allergen labels on food were sometimes not correct , there is a lot of uphill or upstairs walking.

The restaurant building is a little bit old, but it is still great value for money Had issues with air-conditioner noises, but then we upgraded the room, and we're happy with that.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff very helpfull, even took us to our room on a galf buggy on arrival and check in. The food selection is good and varied, probably aimed more at German visitors than english and our youngest son did struggle food wise, however the quality of what was on offer was good. Drinks as good as any all inclusive we have stayed in. Location is also good walkable distance to the centre of side. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

Nothing, it is worth knowing this hotel is prominently used by german and dutch tourists, this was not an issue at all. All were very friendly.

The village resort was nice, facilities are big enough.Food buffet and snack were good also Spent 3 nights with the family was enjoyable.

I booked 2 bed rooms apartment, as per my booking pictures supposed to include living room which wasn't exist.Staff lacking English language Dairy cleaning wasn't sufficient

The village is immaculate. Staff work extremely hard to make sure the whole place is spotless. The village was big enough for us to have space as a family but not overwhelming so that we lost everyone. The kids could go off on their own but we find them easily enough if need be.It was our first all inclusive and food was good. Other reviews said it was repetitive but if you choose a different meal everyday, there’s endless choices. However if you eat like you’re at a buffet then it’s bound to feel repetitive. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We were placed in a different room to our pictures on the booking, they moved us as soon as they could.No where felt too busy considering the village was full. Entertainment was good.Pictures don’t do this resort justice

If I had to find fault, I would say the drinks aren’t great and do get repetitive.

Excellent pool and slide facilities. Very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. They made lots of effort with the entertainment.

Whilst the location, facilities and staff were very good more effort could have been made separating smokers (of which there seemed to be many) from non-smokers and children, especially around the kids pool areas and restaurant outdoor terrace. We had a two bedroom apartment and would have preferred more than one bathroom/ toilet.

The property is within walking distance to the city of Side. The location is beautiful and it is near the beach. The garden is green and wide. Reception manager Mr. Gencer is an understanding and helpful person.

Hallways and dining room are very hot. The dining room is narrow, the tables are very cramped. The food stands are small and the food is very cramped. There is a queue to get food. Desserts are always the same. Village rooms are old, rooms are on a slope and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Not suitable for the elderly. There are large rocks in the sea. Short of entertainment and no disco.The first room given was very old and not suitable for the elderly. We could not sleep in the second room given next door due to the sound of the air conditioner. The third room 471 was fine. However, we lost a lot of time.

Quality of drinks

My overall experience was excellent. The beach is clean and sandy compared to the neighboring hotels. The lounge chairs are cleaned upon your arrival. The cold water fridge is located on the beach. No need of walking back to the bar. The room was spacious and AC was excellent. Dinner was clean and the variety of the food is amazing. Every day was a different theme. Stayed there for 8 nights and it was fantastic. Bravo Melas Holiday Village!

The staff were very rude and arrogant. They weren’t friendly at all, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Along with that, the furniture was old, and was completely unsustainable. The wifi was outrageously horrible. It was slow and it kept disconnecting. I assumed more potential in this hotel, but i was wrong.

Everything. we had an absolutely wonderful vacation. food was great, service was excellent in every field, we will definitely go back!

could be nice to have more designated non smoking areas, for non smoking guests. and a bit more shade in the pool. in the aqua park there wasn't enough sitting area.

The landscape surrounding and the beach

The food is not that good, not even 4* hotel. Can not book Ala Carte restaurant as it is always full. The advert about multiple resraurants is misleading, only one big main one but the food is not good.

Very nice family resort. I liked the green open spaces. Gardens and flowers. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Turkish restaurant is very good.

A few things I didn’t like. Cocktails ( cheep alcohol), red wine was ok. It is not 5 stars , maybe 4. The beach is not what I expected.
