    • Festival property was not 5 star. It was 3 star hotel. It’s took us at least two days to make them bring in the room all necessary stuff for bathroom.I book family room with pool view, but what I had it was some facilities roof, and other peoples rooms from my window . and I had paid extra money for my view. The food was poor, not too much choices. Was ultra all inclusive , but all alcohol ,was Turkish .never had in my experience in fish day, giving people sushi , four pieces per person . menu don’t was changed absolutely .it was same in all my stay. After August 31, it was even less food in the dining room . Swimming pool was too small for so many people and children swimming pool was under a balcony, no sunlight, and it was very cold.Bottom line the resort is 3 star . In my long experience, this was worst vacation what I had in Antalia.
    • Every was good and clean .staff friendly

    Cons -

    • Hotel animation was mostly poor. The room was not the clienest.
    • Young people from Show group ,they was nice, coffee was good. Security people was nice outside of facility.

The Hotel is perfect regarding the food and services

They gave us a bad room, then on the next day they agreed to change it for us but with extra $50

Unfortunately, my stay at Jadore Hotel was disappointing. The only positive aspect was that the rooms were clean and newly renovated. However, everything else was below expectations:The pool was not clean, and the water park was very dirty. The food was average, and the place was always overcrowded. The staff couldn’t serve all guests properly, with long queues at the bars and restaurants and usually only one staff member working. The entertainment area was very small and outdated.I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service

Was disappointed with the gym as none of the machines worked as awaiting maintenance. That should have been done during the off season in my opinion

I tried several all inclusive hotels and heard from family members about their experience with similar resorts, i can confidently say that j’adore have what it takes to be on our top list for future vacations.Cleanliness: The rooms and facilities were very clean, specially the swimming pool i have seen workers at night cleaning the pool and every morning it was crystal clear. The housekeeping crew on 4th floor made the room looks like we just checked in and the towels were changed daily.Food:We gained few extra kgs on the trip :D, the quality and quantity of the food was a top notch here, they make by far the most delicious hummus i have ever tasted (I am a middle eastern and i know what i am saying), the lunch and dinner buffet changed daily and has a verity to satisfy all tastes. The breakfast was the best with several live stations of omlet, pide, and pancakes (you can’t choose or order your own they just made them in front of guests and put them in the chafing dish). The snack bars at pool and beach was not bad actually, the pizza was delicious but the burger had a weird taste. Beach:I will go there again just for the beach, the walk (5mins and they offer golf cart for those who prefer not to walk) from the hotel to the beach was amazing, as if you are walking in a forest with a beautiful scenery at the end they have a chicken cage which our 16 months old baby loved and we were happy to show him animals he sees in cartoon. The beach has enough sunbeds to accommodate most of the guests. Although it was off season and i can’t judge the capacity well enough but there was alot of them.Staff: From the moment we arrived till we left the hotel the staff and personnel was extremely helpful, smiling and made sure we spend great time during out stay. The HR team made a great job in recruiting and training such a professional team to run this hotel

Nothing much really, they just have a late check out policy agaist a fee which is a bit unfair if the fee is fixed for on/off season. but even though we stayed until midnight they were so welcoming and helped us to stay in the lobby till our tranfer vehicle arrived. Another thing was the AC where they have a central system which means either the whole hotel is set to cooling mode or heating mode, unfortunately the weather was a bit cold when we arrived so the AC was set on heating mode but the room was burning, the guest relations officers did their utmost best to solve the problem and offered us a fan which helped us alot althought its not complimentary nor something the hotel must offer ( thanks to the ladiesin the morning and evening shift at the guest relations department they made sure to solve the problem in the same day. i do suggest the hotel though to install window mish the balcony (sineklik), we were afraid to keep the balcony door open to prevent any insects from getting inside (there was non but who knows).

I like most of it, including the spa centervwith awesome massagist

I 'm still unable to get my invoice: booking.com and hotel are redirecting to each other

The food was great! So many dishes to try. The room was practical for us as a family.

It was quite loud at night.

The lobby of the hotel looked luxury at the first look. The staff were friendly, even though we arrived earlier than the checkin time, we could get our room earlier (had to wait around 30min, but in the meanwhile we had a coffee and some sweets). The room was ok, not that luxury as the lobby, I think it isn’t like a 5star hotel room, but it was clean and big enough. The restaurant had a lot of type of foods and the baked milky rice is great. They have always fresh and nice fruits, several type of cheese, meat, salad, etc. The staff in the restaurant were always extremely friendly (even though they seem to work a lot). There is a funny “shuttle bus” to the beach which goes very often, but also its very close even by walking. We always found free sunbeds at the beach.I think it’s also great that every night they have some show (dance shows, circus, Dr. Alban concert :)), so we were not bored neither in the evening.

The mini bar in the room didnt have too many things - some soft drinks and beers (but every day we got mineral water put into the room).I think the worse thing in the hotel (and in general in Turkey) is that people are smoking everywhere and basically there isn’t any restriction for that. Even if there are non-smokers or kids nearby, the people don’t care and smoke anyways. We couldn’t enjoy any of the meal outside in the restaurant because people were smoking around. The sane at the beach and also during the shows.I think the hotel should consider to separate the areas between smoking and non-smoking (outside restaurant part, beach, swimming pool). Also it’s quite dangerous to cross the road which takes to the beach as there isn’t crosswalk and the cars/motorcycles are passing by quite fast.

All-inclusive. There is enough here to keep you busy.Check in is at 2pm but the staff allowed us to get access to the resort, breakfast, and coffee when we arrived at 8:30am.They even had a room available at 10am and let us check in early. And as a sleep deprived couple, that was so very nice.We stayed in the top floor beneath the penthouses so had a really great room and view (booked through booking.com). If you can afford it, get the sea view. The “land view” rooms are rubbish. They are either of the hotel next door or a dirt block on the other side. The location isn’t near anything interesting but there are plenty of public buses that cost €1 in any direction to go to anywhere. From the markets, to central Side. So that’s convenient.50 minutes from the Antalya Airport - get a transfer. It’s sort of expensive but it’s better than sitting on a coach for 2.5 hours to get here. The resort has everything you need to stay there and only there.- Food is available 24/7.- Spa and wellness centre (for extra - but well-priced)- Hair dresser / nail salon (extra - but cheap as. Got my hair washed and styled for 13€)Pool- Private beach access- Shows and entertainment- Kids activities and more. It’s very expensive in terms of hotels. But it’s an all-inclusive resort - so if you want to go somewhere and not worry about anything, this is the type of place to go.Food can get repetitive and boring but the main dishes have enough variety. And you definitely find your own preferences.Try ALL of the Turkish dishes they do. They’re delicious, even if they look weird.Lastly. The GREATEST thing was that it was mainly people from the UK, Romania, or Germany. As an Australian that was SO nice because people were just, pleasant and not loud or obnoxious as you get from US or other Aussies

Food got repetitive.Location was super inconvenient for getting to and from the airport.Aircon was unreliable at times. Especially when it got really hot.

Pool was nice. Beach was closeby and kept clean

Nobody spoke English. Food was below average. Food was being reused over different meals. Overall state of the hotel was in a decline. Furniture in the lobby was damaged.

    3SaraPosted on: 8-1-2024

The pool is clean, the water park is fun. There is a short walk to the beach with illuminated path and an outdoor amphitheater with shows on some nights. Beach access is pretty nice actually.

The staff at the front desk and the “customer relations” staff are horrible. They told our group that they don’t have one of our rooms at check in, even though we paid full in advance. They refuse to give us a straight answer (and barely spoke English) until the next morning, so we had to squish in smaller number of rooms. The next morning they tried to gaslight us to say that we requested one less room ourselves :-/. When this didn’t work, they tried to bribe us with free a la Carte restaurant reservation. Well, try again. I told them I want a refund. They agreed verbally. Later, when I requested a refund through booking (only for the missing room), they refused to provide a refund. So I had to escalate through booking to get a refund, which took several weeks. It’s a big headache that overshadows the relaxing stay and a few weeks after (for the refund battle).Another big headache was the expensive hotel transfer. They kept trying to rip you off by small amounts here and there. The worst part was that they left us stranded on the way back. So we had to pay extra to get last minute alternative transfer. The only reason I’m not rating a 1 is the facilities and the one guy at the front desk who didn’t try to gaslight or lie or rip us off. this was the exception rather than the rule. Prepare yourself for the headache.

    Disappointed ☹️

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent stay at J’adore hotel and spa . All of my previous requests and emails were completely ignored. When I arrived, it seemed like no one had any record of my communications. The room I was given was entirely inappropriate for my booking, and there was no one responsible to discuss this issue with. Whenever I called the reception by phone , they pretended not to understand English. I could not rest at night, because of different noises and sounds. This experience was very disappointing and has left me feeling both angry and dissatisfied.

    7AnnaPosted on: 6-17-2024

Rooms: I booked two rooms: one double room for my parents and one family room for myself, my sister, and her children (aged 6 and 18). In advance, I contacted the hotel to request high floors and no wall view, as Booking.com showed rooms with pool/garden views. The hotel assured me that we would get the rooms we booked.Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the family room was unavailable and would be ready the next day. Instead, we were given a double room, despite having paid for a family room. My parents received a great, spacious room with a good balcony, while we stayed in a double room with three adults and one child. The next morning, the hotel provided us with a family room on the first floor, facing a wall to another hotel and the parking lot for hotel logistics, contrary to my request for a higher floor and no wall view. We accepted the room to avoid spending our 8-night holiday moving again. However, room 1117 was extremely uncomfortable due to noise from the lobby (people arriving and leaving) and a floor-washing machine that woke us at 2 am. Additionally, there was a hidden pipe near the head of my bed, making water noises from upper-floor rooms, and an intermittent knocking sound. I had to sleep with earphones to fall asleep.Food:Great.Lobby Bar:Open 24 hours with good alcohol.Restaurant Staff:All amazing, helpful, and friendly. Loved everyone there ❤️.Beach:Very good, but you need to cross a road without an underground passage, which is not safe.Snack Bar:Clean with great service.Show:The main reason to go there. YiBerce (Instagram nickname) organizes incredible events with different performances each day, featuring professional dancers, acrobats)

The hotel needs improve: Soundproofing of rooms, mention about - rooms facing the hotel wall and don’t call them - pool view/ or garden view ; underground parking.

Best value for the price. Quality food, service, comfortable rooms and convenient location. Friendly staff. No annoying services. Quiet place for getting relaxed.

Really, for the price you won't get anything better in the area. If you dislike something - go for other hotels around, but be prepared to pay double price.
