- Fantastic customer service team, very helpful. Great massages at the Spa, hotel was spotless throughout.
- Restaurant was at the good level ?Very friendly personal.?Diversity of meals also good ?
- Location is great! walking distance to the beach and to SIDE old town/town centre. They gifted a hotel beach bag to all guest which was a nice touch and very useful. Very friendly staff. the fresh "tortilla" at the beach restaurant was AMAZING, would go back for it, haha.
Cons -
- Because not many British, lots of smokers even in outdoor eating areas. Accessing the beach required use of the free shuttle bus.
- Swimming pool work schedule 07:00 -18:00 only. ?
- food options were quite limited, but tasty. beach's drinks had no fizz what so ever and cocktails are not included when at the beach but great snack portions! might not be the best option for a long holiday but we enjoyed the two days there!

Great staffVery cleanGreat value for money
In general the hotel is very good - but the very hard beds let it down as affects your sleep.Food is good and very fresh. All meals are very good: breakfast lunch and dinner. Reasonable price for massages. beach transfer is often. WiFi costs extra.First sun/beach towel free after that if you want it changed its €1 which is OK. Very helpful staff.Location is pretty good. Easy walk to promenade and old town.I'd go again if they get comfier/softer beds.
Beds are rock hard and your back, hips and shoulders are in bits. WiFi costs extra.WiFi on beach hardly works so don't go there if you need to be online or are waiting for messages/need to be contactable for instance.
Staff shown great hospitality. Amazing choice for price/performance
Beds are not comfortable. Also foods has no taste.
Food was good, walking distance from the beach and old town.
WiFi does not work well all time, The room and toilet were quite small.
We were in Amour Hotel because they didn't manage to open Hotel Lowe on time. The staff is very friendly and nice. Entertainment during evening was very nice, very casual atmosphere. Hotel location is great very near of centar and beach. They have very good organized transfer to beach or airport.
Everything was ok.
