Barut GOIA

All was great! We stayed on the very end of November, but the hotel run all services in full till the end of the season. Evening shows, all bars and snacks, everything was working. Food quality and selection was great, we had grilled salmon and tender stewed lamb a few times a week and beach area had great service.And Idk why it is not listed on Booking, but hotel provide a night buffet with great food selection for all people who arrive late. My parents had a long trip and arrived at night, it was a big relief to have such a buffet. The hotel should put that info into booking details as I beliave a lot of people check in advance if they know they have a late flight.P.S. room was fantastic!

Would be really great if pools are heated better, it was really hard to get into. Hard to get the Cinema schedule, you are offered to download the hotel app, but no movies are present there. But hotel actually run them at 3pm. To learn that my mom checked the Film door a few times during the day and finnaly got it!Would be really great to have all the activities and movies listed in paper for older folks can read.

Almost everything was perfect, from comfortable rooms to delicious food to friendly staff.

Only small things really. No footstool for a child in the bathroom. Laundry is priced per item and is quite expensive.

I liked the buffet, so much variety every day for dinner especially. The pools, also the staff are so friendly. I enjoyed using the gym as well.The place is filled with families which is perfect when you are traveling with families, they have night shows. It is mostly non-smoking hotel which was a joy to a non-smoker like me.

When we check in the receptionist (Matlida) did not explain much, kids were hungry and told us dinner is at 7, she was in a hurry and just told us very minimal things while the resort offers many.Later when we asked another receptionist, we discovered that there are snacks/fruits/ sandwiches between lunch and dinner that we could have taken advantage of at the time. The beach is very wavy was not very comfortable to swim in. Also there wasn’t much activities to do in the day, alone or for kids,(which was very long) specially with very strong/hot sun.

This hotel is amazing and exceptionally helpful staff. the location is very good, close to the beach. The food is excellent throughout our stay. we wish we had more days to enjoy their hospitality.

Hotel looks new

Flies at food at buffet. Pillow are most uncomfortable I have seen. You can’t extend stay through reception and need call center waiting 10 min in line. Staff are not professional. System was down so they say check out now but I knew room available. They don’t care at all. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Good selection of food. Amazing staff. Clean property. Great entertainment.

Cocktails could have been made with fresh juice. Spa overpriced.

Cleanliness, friendly staffsI would say I like all there. I’ve been there the fist time and it was perfect holidays for me.

The housekeeper didn't clean the room as we expected. They only came to fold blankets and adjust toilet lids.

Location, cleanliness of hotel, staff very experienced. Choice of breakfast was amazing. Internet was very fast and available everywhere in the hotel.

I liked more or less everything. The hotel is new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet was rich. and we enjoyed kids program in the evening. It's a family friendly hotel.

There are just 2 things which I didn't like: lack of seafood in the buffet and glasses for water and juice were often poorly washed by dishwasher.

All inclusive,great for families,the food is tasty, and lots of variety,big swimming pool with lots of slides.kids playing area,kids activities.Free Popcorn and Cotton Candy at night!

1)There was one time when my daughter ordered the minibar to be filled,and they said it was already filled but it wasn't,then I called and they did it..2)Nightly shows were not up to standard..3)There is a big queue for the cotton candy and popcorn at night

The food, the pool, the view and the rooms. Restaurants have big variety of choices. Most of the stuff are very kind and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is a calm place.

The price for this hotel is very high. We didn’t like that the drinkable water outside of the Restaurant was paid. Hotel says tap water is drinkable but we dont think so. Drinkable water should not be a way to make money.

Really nice, clean, and modern hotel that whilst the pictures don’t show is actually split over two accommodation blocks which have their own pools and are separated by the entrance driveway.

Being split into two accommodation blocks, it is easy to be forgotten about by the entertainment staff etc if you are housed on the non-water slide side

Our Stay was great. Only thing that we did not like was pork served at some places without informing guests that food contain pork. We are not eating pork and it was just luck that my 3 y. old son and wife at last moment understand that some pasta contains pork. Then we all looked at menu and realized that it is not pointed that in that dish pork was served. I just tried to explain to these guys how important it is to explain in menu that some dishes have pork. Next day they changed all menus and showed us that that mistake is now behind them. Still I do not understand how it is possible to be this comfy with pork in Turkey. Beside this, our stay, hotel, staff were fantastic. Reception team is something great that this hotel has. Price was a bit lower then other Barut hotels at moment we made reservation but service we got in this hotel was not lot different from other Barut group hotels services. Highly recommended

Pork in some dishes (without explaining it on menu)

We are family of four. 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6 and 4). We have spent 12 days in Barut Goia and enjoyed our stay.Rooms were clean, all the facilities were provided.The hotel has everything what families are wishing for. Our kids enjoyed pool, kids club, activities, shows, and mini disco.Spa was clean, and relaxing. We used SPA three times. Mehmet was very friendly and helpful.Restaurants were full of food. I still have to burn gained 3 extra kilos during the stay :) Özcan was very friendly and helpful.During our stay in the hotel Gunesh was very friendly, helpful and skillful in everything. From making drinks to making sugar candies, from making pop corn to making nargile( waterpipe) . Our kids loved her and despite being busy she was always kind and engaging with them. Big thanks to her for making our stay better.Pool was clean. We enjoyed both pool and water slides.Kids club were doing their best to engage kids :)Our kids made a new friend from entertainment team Yasemin. Big thanks to her .

All the shows were very loud. Not for kids’ ears. Mini disco was loud. I notified hotel but didn’t see result .Some of the entertainments (like balloon making, bubble making) had no interaction with kids. They put so much effort for making nice show but no interaction….

Mini club was excellent specially with Jasmine was amazing and hard working with the kids.

Amazing kids entertainment and very dedicated staff, Jasmine made our stay pleasant by entertaining our child through mini club and mini disco

We have stayed here multiple times, but the improvement from last year is amazing! Good renovation, very good all inclusive and fantastic beds. Thank you Anastasia who made the restaurant visits a very plesant memory

Clean, great for kids

The resort is renovated and is great to stay with kids. All inclusive really includes everything from food at the hotel to the beach. Staff were great and the daily room service was perfect.The best part was definitely the food. One of the best All Inclusive food we ever had with Ala Carte Menu

Location. The Taxi Bait of 10 Euros for a 3 min drive. And overpriced shops. Didn't like how the taxis just ruined the outside exploration of the areas.

Excellent breakfast, clean serving facilities good choice for us and very fresh. Great value for money. Staff was very helpful. The food was also well labeled. We liked separate facility for the kids.

There is no comment. we are satisfied with all the facilities on offer.
