Attentive staff, great variety of food, Safran restaurant.

Too much light in room at night and I never slept well. No full-width darkening curtains over the balcony window and a glass-fronted fridge made my sleep fitful.

A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience!We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation.The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible.Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful.You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed.There are just two small suggestions for improvement:1.At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help.2.After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea.Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

A truly 5 star all inclusive! Everything was taken into consideration so that you can enjoy a relaxing stay. Staff smiling and helping you in every department. Food was excellent at all times. Facilities and beach - all top service. Highly recomended!!!

Pretty much everything. Service, food, layout, cleanliness, entertainment. It wasn’t crowded, no lines for food and drinks. Abundance of available lounge chairs and beach towels at the pool and beach at any time of the day

A/C setting would drop to 19C regardless of the temperature we set. We reported it a few times, but it didn’t get fixed

This hotel is fantastic. 5 a la carte restaurants, an adult only section , on the beach and fantastic staff.

In the middle of nowhere so taxis required to go anywhere . Side old town is 12 euros each way

Everything was perfect. Great environment. Good food. Clean. Professional and friendly staff. Helpfull all the time. We also booked a massage treatment at the spa. Wonderfull personel. Professional team. Must try the spa services!

The buffet was surprisingly good; a la carte restaurants, not so much.

Far too many guests for the small pools and number of loungers available. There's no shade for the pools at all. The staff is flummoxed by the idea of a plain iced coffee--ask for that and you'll get a slightly chilled vanilla latte.

Stuff in all of the restaurants are wonderful, the food is very good, clean, hotel area is very green and well maintained, the separation between Adults 16+ and families with kids are also a huge plus.

Everything could be perfect if - the reception was listening to their guests, I told them to help clean garbage on the beach as some guests were cleaning the sea and left it on sand. Well, it took the reception 3 days to finally send somebody to clean. It is not acceptable for a 5 stars resort.- flies in the restaurant, not on the food but in your face

Beds were rather hard

Great resort. Really good food and big variety of cocktails, beers, spirits. It is possible to have sparkling wines. Clean and spacious room. The best thing is that in pools and restaurants there are separate areas for adults and people with children.This was the 2nd time at all-inclusive resort and we expected much worse, but were really pleasantly surprised.

Great facilities, kids club and entertainment program were great! Room was spacious and modern.Playground for kids and big green territory is a huge plus.

Pillows were too big and hard. Amount of food was definitely enough and variety was good but "quality" could have been better.

See was clean and nice though not shallow enough for small kids. The food was good, especially in the main reastaurant and in the Turkish a la carte restaurant.

Our room was in the noisy part of the hotel and it was hard to fall asleep before midnight, this is when the loud shows stop usually. The miniclub was only in British English, there was a girl who spoke German, but that's it. All the shows, etc. were in British English.
