The atmosphere very good value for money, the beach, comfortable room and bed (family room with balcony) the pool area. The guest relations was very attentive to every detail, specially Gulce she went out of her way to help resolving every issue we had thank you very much:)Would consider coming back again in the future.

The food could be better, the elevators could be quicker.

The property has a nice area of the restaurant and nice walk to the hotel beach.

The rooms which are facing same side as restaurant has smell of food if you keep the door open. Food in the restaurant is same every day.

I am a no-frills guy so unless there is a dead rat in my hotel room, I cannot fault anything

The hotel’s design is very nice and modern, I like the interior of the inside space very much. The location is good, near the lake, and you can jogging in the mornings around. The staff at the reception and cleaning personal are nice and professional. The swimming pools are big enough and clean.

The personal in restaurant ( not waiters) seems often a bit tired, not enjoying their work at all, which makes feeling some inconvenience. It ‘s difficult to get folks and knifes again, if they were being taken away. The food assortment is good, it could be more fruits. The beach is too small for such a big hotel, the places on the beach are too close. The restaurant on the beach is very nice, you can have there good quality a-lacarte. The music is a bit annoying during the day, it could play not so loudly.

Location is great, the food is ok

It's a strange consept hotel: there are a lot of children there, but during the DJ evenings music is so loud (90 DB) that I can't imagine how it is compatible with family stay? The reception: not friendly ( there were some exceptions). If you asked them about something they talked to each other in Turkish, many times I felt that they were discussing me and laughing about me. In the room there was a mold smell and my mother got a astma attack and the 9 months baby had a trouble breathing, no refund , nothing.at this price range there are a lot of hotels nearby

The pool facilities were nice and clean, the food can be better, the brasserie though was very very good!! love the grilled fish and a lot vegetables everyday!

Some restaurants at the hotel and beach are closed during our stay! the cleaning of the room could be better and cleaning of the tables at the main restaurant could be better aswell ex. Wipe properly every time someone is done..

It was good value for money - nice helpful staff, especially Anastasia. Good pools and sea side was good, no rocks at the beach. We had a good time with family.

At some point, like at any resort, food gets repetitive. Regardless, it was a good vacation

We like all the equipment about swim very much!the food is amazing !everyday is different food which is not bored even we stay over 10 days!one more thing about photography,I spend big money on it but we got great pictures!thanks for the qualification photographer!they are so patient and even some misunderstanding but they try them best to sort out which is great!i think we will definitely come back!

That was our 2nd Visit to Megasaray Resort Side, this time we were with our whole family. It was renewed and everything was beautiful. Very good for the price. The food and service were also great. The Receptionist Girl Mine was very polite and helpful, also she recognised us from last year and she upgraded our room to sea view, it was surprising.We really love the Hotel and accommodation, we’ll come to this hotel next year again!!!

On the surface hotel looks ok, some areas are recently refurbished, handful of staff members were helpful.

The management is unbelievably rude, and the customer service is non-existent. We found huge cockroaches in our room, and when we asked to be moved to a different room, the management refused, even though another room was available and we witnessed number of people checking out from the hotel on that night. Initially, we were shown an alternative room, but after I mentioned I needed to discuss it with my family due to the lack of beds, this option was suddenly removed within ten minutes.To make matters worse, they sprayed our room with chemicals while we were still inside, despite my concerns about health issues that would make it impossible for us to sleep there afterward. The hotel manager was extremely rude, even shouting at me in front of children, saying, "I haven't bought the hotel, and he has other guests to look after." His behaviour was unprofessional and threatening, and he kept changing his story, leaving us with nowhere to sleep.In the end, we were left with no choice but to find another hotel at our own expense. The manager didn't care whether we slept in the lobby or went back to the contaminated room. This experience was beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

Very good hotel. All clean, food is very delicious and very wide choice. A lot of fruits. Sea is 7 minutes walk, very nice and warm. A lot of bars and restaurants everywhere. Room is cleaned every day.All was pretty good. I can recommend the hotel.

ROOMS: big and clean enough, bed is comfy, mini bar is filled up daily with drinks and it is free, air conditioning works perfectly, room and cleaning services are also good. The amenities are as expected, with regular towel changes and a good Wifi connection, even outside. POOLS: the hotel has more pools for adults and kids,two with water slides. They were clean, and the water temperature was nice. There are programs every day in the pool near the slides. The slides operate from 10-12h and between 14-17h. Closing at 19h. FOOD: all-inclusive ultra, means daily breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, they have some fast food at the beach, ice cream, coffee bars and bars with snack all day. Plenty of variety in the food choices, a separate grill island and about 15% of options changing every day, the rest was more or less the same. You can sit indoors and outdoors, there are a lot of tables. In the bars you can have a lot of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones. Patisserie every day until 20h with nice options. SERVICES: Wellness area with massage, sauna, steam bath and Turkish bath, showers. Fitness studio with some basic equipments, Hair dresser, small shop for the basic holiday needs from slippers to sunscreen, doctor's office, photo services, etc. Various programs for kids and adults with entertainment, and music every day. STAFF: very kind and open, helpful for every inquiry or request, they were really caring about us so thank for all the staff from here. :) There is a separate guest relation desk which is available until midnight, the girls were kind and helpful. We were absolutely satisfied with the programs and the girls in the Kids Klub, they loved the children and vice versa. BEACH: every hotel has a beach section, in our case - as the hotel is located a bit back its not a direct access, but 200m walk is also nothing. At the beach as mentioned before you have also eating and drinking options.

NOISE: the music at all the programs is extremely loud, and if you are right there at the pool or at the stage/ amphitheater it is disturbing and forced me to go away. As I saw its common in Turkey so if you want a quiet place do not go to a beach hotel. FOOD: the allergic ingredients are not really displayed well and mixed up, the staff is not aware of it and not really understands you so you have to find the chef for infos, but he was always open to help. They are using widely milk and butter, so for us with milk protein allergy it was a restriction of choices. They don't have plant based milk, but the guest relation helped us and provided us when asking, that was professional. For vegans its hard to find anything for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner it was better as there were more options, like salads, hummus, couscous, onion rings, etc. To sum up it is a great and typical holiday hotel, so do not expect a quiet relaxation, but rather active days to enjoy.

There was a lot of food variety and it was good, lots to choose from. A la carte restaurant had really good service but the food was very average, seemed like they just microwaved most of the dishes and some came from the main restaurant.Kids facilities were really good - the water slide park was really good fun for our 3-year-old.

This resort is not for families who want to have a quiet time. They run an entertainment program every night till midnight right outside the building with all the rooms and even if you're located in the areas further away from the main stage, the music is so loud that you can hear it everywhere. If you like going to bed before midnight or have small children, that are not used to loud noise, I would not recommend this hotel.Also, the resort has done some renovations and it's of a really bad quality - towel fitting, light fitting, etc all fall apart when you touch them. We had to move rooms 3 times due to noise and leaky air conditioner. Conditioning is very poor in the rooms, the temperature wouldn't go down below 28 degrees in the rooms. The customer relations staff were lovely and very helpful but their manager was really unpleasant to deal with. When I complained about the noise and the karaoke night run by the resort he lied to my face and said they don't do karaoke night in the resort, luckily I had a photo of their weekly program to prove him wrong.

The hotel was recently renovated with a good selection of food. There is a lot to do and the facilities are great. The beach and pool area is fantastic with a wide selection of food, drinks and treats.

The staff are not friendly which maybe due to the language barrier. Most staff can't speak English. The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel.

The rooms are newly renovated, and the beds are comfy and clean. The beach is just 5-10 min walk and you pass a lake on your way. The food choice is not bad, I liked the fact that grilled food was available all the time. Their staff is friendly and some of the barmen are super cute. I loved the gym which is not big, but provided me with all the equipment I needed to stick with my workout routine.

The noise is the biggest issue, but it seems like that in most Turkish hotels. For instance, the nearest hotel was even louder. Still, it causes a lot of trouble if you stay with your children who are used to going to bed before 11 pm (that's when the disco is over). We asked to change the room, however, they told us there were no rooms facing the other side of the building available. The other problem is the cleanness, I noticed it when I was filling my glass with juice during breakfast that it was dirty. I tried to replace it with another glass, but to my surprise found that none of them was perfectly clean so I chose the least dirty one. The good news is that despite that fact we didn't get food poisoning or diarrhea The floor was cleaned badly too. On the last day we were checking if we hadn't dropped anything under our beds and found a thick layer of dust, it looked as if they had never cleaned there.

food was good, staff attantion.. sport activities fir adults and children also and animation programs. Price was good when we booked in may.. location perfect.. near the bus stop..

Very varied menu and creative cuisine, good serving. For dinner there is always fresh grilled fish and fruits, an incredible assortment of desserts. Admiration and gratitude to the chef Hakan, who is always present in the hall and controlled the process of the meal. The bars have good cocktails and decent quality alcohol.⠀Staff wear stylish suits, looks a little bit tide due to the large number of guests, but are very friendly.Nice comfortable beds and linens. Spacious balconies.Clean diverse pools and pine trees on the territory. There is a miniclub from 10 to 18 with nice teachers. Really all inclusive.

During dinner the child was scratched by a wild cat. We visited the hotel doctor's office to find out the address of the government clinic where we can get rabies vaccinations. The doctor examined and called a taxi to the hospita. As a result, we were taken to the private hospital Anatolia Hospital Side, where we waited for two hours, and it turned out that they did not have a vaccine because it was a private clinic. But we are already obliged to pay 150 euros for the services rendered in the form of an examination at the hotel and a taxi to the hospital 10 minutes. This surprised and greatly worsened the impression of the holidays.

All staff were helpful and smiling all the times. I feel that I am with my family.Food quality and variety

Nice clean tidy property all the stuff you need and more very welcoming staff that are there to help you lots things 2 do well worth the money and smart tv in bedroom has had refurb recently and food at food court was amazing doner raps burger chips jacket potato just like at home
