    Pros +

    • I liked the size of the hotel. Was not too big and not too small. The swim up rooms were a big advantage with kids. Was nice having your own pool ??
    • Beautiful amenities and facilities
    • i have never stayed an at all inclusive hotel before. the food was fabulous and one could go to smaller restaurants and not the huge cafeteria room with a zillion stations. the room was very spacious. great gym. huge huge pool. lovely beach. we left hotel once to see the town, which was lovely.

    Cons -

    • Unfortunately we had quite big expectations, but we were extremely disappointed regarding the cleaning overall in the hotel, the restaurants, toilets, rooms. I would say it was unacceptable even - cats in the restaurants everywhere even on the table, bugs in the room from small ants to quite big cockroaches. Broken pieces of glass under the couch in the room, etc. the staff was very young end unexperienced, barely spoke english, not very friendly. The food was very average, Im not saying you can’t choose anything from the buffet, but definitely don’t expect much from it. If you know Turkey and the hospitality they are able to offer + the food, this hotel doesn’t have it in my opinion.
    • The staff weren’t very helpful, small requests always took very long and felt like they made it unnecessarily difficult to help and take care of their guests, very disappointing
    • staff was always apologizing and not doing. they use a translator. neither english nor german are understood but spoken. big difference between understanding and speaking. i had a ton of ants swarming in the bathroom the first night. guest services did deal with the issue. there was lots of back and forthing but the bugs did stay gone. i would ask for various things for mini bar and they would not arrive.

We will rest at Paloma Finesse for the seventh time. I really like the aesthetics of the hotel buildings, rooms and landscaping. Pleasant reception staff, room cleaners. I like the food, the culture of its presentation. A real peaceful vacation.

Only one unpleasant thing: the service staff on the beach. Every morning I swim in the sea early - around seven in the morning. And I see how the service staff takes up the beds - really towels. During the day, those beds are offered for a fee of 2-1 eur. Unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this level

The hotel is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to look at.The staff are brilliant and so helpful and kind. The food is immaculate with multiple variates for everyone. Also you can book your journeys with the reception with reasonable prices.I would definitely recommend x

Beach, sea, aqua park, evening performance and aqua park is amazing.

Food variety is very poor. It's not bad, it's still mostly good food, but I've been to this hotel 3 times, and I see how it's degrading over time. Also numbers are getting older and older and renovation is very much needed

Our 2nd visit to Paloma Finesse and we also stayed in Paloma Orenda in 2022.The hotel is perfect for a family with children: decent aquapark, territory and kids club. The staff is always friendly. No issues with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can find available even on the first line new the sea or pool.

I would increase number of reservations per week in restaurants (Med, Beach club).Sometimes, the cleaning service wasnt good enough - dirty floor, havent added tea bags/ coffee, toiletries, towels.Breakfast porridge was overcooked

    10ArunaPosted on: 9-14-2024

Clean lines, good size - not too big. Pool was good size.

Fantastic hotel! The architecture, gardens, entertainment, restaurants and food, everything is just awesome!

Everything was perfect but someone from the staff stole $300 from my bag. I wasn't sure because I wasn't 100% sure how much cash I brought with me and didn't report it on the spot but when I got back home I realized that's what happened. I didn't let this ruin my trip but had to mention it.

The property is really beautiful. The decor is minimalist and really modern. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings - really great bands and shows!

For the cost of the property, we were hoping for more. Firstly, if you are choosing this property, it isn't fully all inclusive. Certain restaurants, drinks and experiences, you have to pay for. Mini bar is only stocked with soft drinks and room service isnt included. We found the rooms spacious and beautiful, that said, they were dusty - if you have hay fever, this isnt the resort for you. We also found the beds to be uncomfortable. Lastly, the food in the main dining room was good, but for the cost, it would have been great to have a better range restaurants to go to for variety. The food at the beach bar was OK but minimal. The food at the Med restaurant, was good, but we could only book for one night. My opinion is that if you are looking for a 5 star experience, this isnt it. This may be nice for families with kids.

The property was a very tropical feel. It catered to all family sizes and has a complex layout rather than a typical hotel. You are taken to your room with buggies and the handling of the staff at the door was lovely. The resort was a new and modern build, and was synched to tech. You could reserve pool tables and restaurants via their app, which was convenient. The resort is very versatile for couples and for families.

The restaurant booking system was cumbersome to say the least. You must reserve a table a few days before you arrive because the restaurants were totally worth it. While the system says that the restaurant is booked out, when we got there, the restaurant was totally empty throughout dinner service or it was nowhere near full. The beach is rocky, but clean and nice. There are also water sports like parasailing etc.

    - The food was amazing quality and tasted very good. Always a lot of options for any taste- nice beach- we liked a-la-carte restaurants- the entertainment was amazing and there were different artists, bands, acrobats every evening

    - Cockroaches- from the first time we entered our room there were many of them in the bathroom. At first we didn’t even believe it that at the hotel if such a level this could happen. Then one evening there were too gigantic in our room which we killed. My husband too the ‘bodies’ to the recessed they simply said it is a part of their fauna - the staff didn’t always speak English - there were not enough sun chairs near the pool and the hotel charged 10 euros to book double sun chairs which were empty but they did not let people sit on them

We stayed in a 1 bedroom swim up with 2 kids. The luxury of our own pool was a really nice benefit. The staff are helpful and there is no shortage of anything to eat or drink, with a wide assortment for both!

The room service was a bit iffy, we only received a top up of beers in our minibar once in a 4 day stay. Of course we could go fetch our own, but nice to have it in your room!

Great facilities, design and atmosphere. A bit of everything for everyone. The Waterpark is a great bonus. Swim up studio is totally worth it, especially with kids.

Some areas require maintenance, like the kit in the bathrooms (both in the rooms and public bathrooms), and some areas require deep cleaning e.g. for mold. Some attention to details... The food in general was ok, but it's not as enjoyable as we expected from the great Turkish cuisine, especially the meat.It seems there is emphasis on the quantity rather than quality and that's a bit unfortunate.

The hotel is really great. We were amazed with its facilities, the design of rooms and general areas. It was our first experience in swim-up room - it was excellent! Special thanks to staff - Ilyas in Beach Bar, and Zeynep in Beach restaurant.

It wasn't possible to order any food to the beach, and there are only some restricted areas where you can eat, however it was fine when we already knew this rule, we just planned the meals in advance.

This hotel, where we have stayed for the third time, leaves the impression of an impeccable holiday. A huge, beautiful and well-groomed area, which not every hotel in Turkey can boast of.Delicious and varied food in restaurants, including for allergy sufferers, excellent cocktails in bars that can be prepared according to your wishes. But what makes this hotel truly special is the attention to guests. We would like to express our special gratitude to Victoria for her care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible deserves a special mention. Thanks to such employees, the hotel becomes not just a place to relax, but a home where you are greeted with joy and care.In general, each of our visits to this hotel leaves only the warmest memories. We are already looking forward to the next time when we can once again immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of comfort, beauty and hospitality of this wonderful place.
