My husband and I had a great stay here recently.Food was tasty and abundant, especially the 3pm snack bar waffles! There are 2 hotels that make up the resort and the all-inclusive lass gives you access to facilities and restaurants on both sites. For example, some of the restaurants were closed because it was off peak season but we could use the restaurants on the other site instead so we were not limited.The room itself and the lounging areas are spacious and nicely decorated. The spa is really nice (sauna, steam room and hammam are included during the stay and you pay extra for treatments). There is a nice heated pool too! The whole hotel is really clean.Absolutely amazing service (special shout outs to Mustafa (at check in), Neesa (served us in the cafe), Mehmet (a la carte restaurant waiter) and Katut (masseuse), but all of the staff were exceptional and you can tell that they all put in a lot of effort to provide a high quality service. One thing to note is that the place is definitely catered for Germans. Most of the guests were older Germans, more of the staff spoke German than English, even the food is more catered for Germans. As a young British Asian couple, we stood out a bit but it did not cause any issues at all. Just something to note.

Overall, breakfast, lunch, dinner were really nice, full of different dishes. Location was nice - beach area in 7-10 minutes by walk, private and big beach area with comfortable sunbeds. Good spacious room that's is comfortable for family with 1-2 kids. Big hotel area with several bars, swimming pools, relax areas. Beach bar and restaurant.

Staff - at least 50% of hotel personnel were tired/unhappy. Especially, if you don't give a tip in any bar area - staff won't come to you for a long time. That's actually very sad for a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star. Another moment that was disgusting for us - beach bar closes at 17 pm, beach toilets usually close 17-17:10 pm (while from 17:00 to 18:30 pm it's very nice time to enjoy sea and weaker sun), so you don't have options - only to go to the hotel, that's not a client-oriented approach. Noisy area - almost everyday till 23 pm or 00 am - there were night parties at the hotel against us, so it was difficult to start sleeping before that time.

Absolutely amazing! Best hotel in the area. We had a great overall experience. The food was delicious and high quality—we usually get sick at all-inclusive resorts due to poor food, but this hotel was completely different.The staff was outstanding—you can tell they’re well-trained and genuinely care. There was always plenty to eat throughout the day, with drinks, ice cream, and snacks readily available. The coffee shop was a great bonus!The beach was awesome, with food and drinks available there all day. It's accessible by a shuttle that runs every 5 minutes (though it's not widely advertised), and you can also walk, so it’s very convenient.The pools were clean, especially the kids' pool. No complaints at all—we will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

I wish we had a bed not a sofa and 2 twin beds instead of a full bed

Food and drinks were good. The lounge , lobby sitting area was very comfortable with a nice ambience. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water

It was a long walk to the beach. The room had an interconnecting door and so there was a lot of noise from the room next door. You could hear everything. Soundproofing was useless because of that interconnecting door . There was a terrible sewerage stench in the corridor which could be smelt inside the room.The lighting was very poor in the room.There was no overhead light so even with the 3 lamps on, it was too dark.

The food was good, except for the Chinese restaurant - the quality was bad.

The water mixer in the shower in my room was not working properly. We didn't get shower utensils like our friends on the other room (shampoo, etc). The sound insulation in the room is not good.

I’d like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the hotel’s manager, Adem, for his exceptional support during our stay. Traveling with my family and 4-year-old, Adem’s effort to ensure we had a wonderful time were above and beyond. The hotel’s prime location, the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms, daily housekeeping, and the daily-refreshed free minibar contributed greatly to our experience. Not to mention, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a clean, scenic, and well-kept environment. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning!

It was absolutely perfect 10 days. The staff was so friendly and responsive to all requests. The food was incredibly tasty and varied. Me and wife liked the proximity to the beach and the cleanliness of the rooms. A wide variety of activities in the hotel. Also, we really liked the attitude of the staff.

Very clean property and the staff were amazing! They were always attentive and going above and beyond to help.

There was a mistake on our reservation upon arrival. The hotel wasn't on the beach as it claimed, the pool was closed off very disappointed

Everything was fine even though everythink was not fully opened like beach food bar outside entertainment but apart from that it was excellent

I had my daughter which has autism just a plain eater anythink like chicken nuggets chips mash beefburger chicken some days they seasend the chips spice in chicken mash sometimes was plain then other days mixed with something please try keep kids food more plain as children don't like herbs and that ?

Excellent and huge variety of cuisine. Excellent coffee and cake shop. 24hr bar. Comfortable room. Welcoming staff.

Very polite stuff. All the people are super polite. We have read reviews about rude stuff that chasing you for tips... we haven't seen anything like this!!! Nobody asked for tip... you tip if you want to and you need to chase the stuff if you want to tip them as they move quickly. A lot of activities around the pools and on the beach. Animation team is nice. Shows on the theater every second night, on the other nights live performances on the terrace bar. Mostly Germans, no British which is good :) The hotel is super clean, they clean all the time. The room is super clean, changing towels every day, cleaning the room every day. Food is really good with a lot of variety. You also have 1 night at a A la carte restaurant... (4 a la carte restaurants) and we dont recommend the World Kitchen restaurant as it is in the other hotel which is connected to this one... and it wasnt that good. The main restaurant of the hotel is quite good so you dont need anything else :)

We didnt like the beds... it wasn't on our taste. They are big , clean, sheets are soft.. but mattress can be better.

hotel is quite cozy and comfortable, stuff is very friendly and helpful. a lot of retired guests from Germany. we watched a great show from Brazil about Michael Jackson

a room for children was small and dark, without windows… covered swimming pool is situated in another building and it causes some inconvenience for guests

Everything was perfect. Best all inclusive I have ever had in my life. Everything is soo beautiful in the hotel. You also get your mini fridge filled up every day for free, like Fanta,cola,beer and water. Big bottles by the way. The coffee shop was amazing too. Delicious cakes and sweets. Awesome coffee and other cold and hot beverages. At 12 at night restaurant was open for soup,bread , some hot dishes ,cakes and fruit. The room was really beautiful with comfortable bed.

The swimming pool was extremely cold. That's the only negative. Instead went to the beach and water was really warm.

The room was very cute.

1. After checking in, the porter did walked out of our room for five minutes, waiting for tips. It was very unpleasant.2. Very loud music from 10 am till 11 pm every day. 3. All food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very very tasteless. It was impossible to eat.4. Pillows was uncomfortable, we always had a neck ache.5. The private hotel beach is not quite clean - a lot of cigarettes butts in the sand.
