Food was good. About beverage same as well.Room was comphort and was clean.Pools are clean.we enjoyed by pool.Gym should be more good.gym was dirty and was old equipments.and also there is no towel for the gym..We should bring from room.no music.No one response gym.hotel deserve better gym

Best hotel, excellent food, excellent beach, good animation, friendly staff. Was there the 2nd time and will visit again.

Nice family-oriented all-inclusive hotel in a good location and good facilities. Friendly and helping staff. Good food. Interesting design and architecture.

Rockets for tennis were of very poor quality (almost impossible to play normally), and, at the same time, hotel was charging for them 10 euro.. The hotel's beach is separate from the hotel itself and a little bit far (15 min walk), but there are regular shuttles to it.

A compact territory, but very comfortable and had everything we needed! Lots of activities for kids during the day. The beach is an easy 5-7 min walk away along a lake. The beach is well maintained with plenty of shade, food and drinks.

The water in the indoor swimming pool was quite cold.

This is 4th we have been in this hotel.Its price performance hotel.They also renewed the restaurants Its very green and lovely staff.

Indoor pool heated during our October stay. Good WiFi coverage and fast speed. Hotel offered me a free late checkout.

I booked a LARGE room but was “upgraded” to a villa that was far from an upgrade. The villa was in poor shabby condition: there were flying ants and red ants in both the bathroom and bedroom, dirty bedsheets, a blood-stained mattress, broken lights hanging from the wall, a cracked washbasin, and a broken shampoo dispenser. After I complained, the hotel agreed to move me the second night, but instead of returning me to the large room I originally booked, they put me in a STANDARD room above the restaurant. They insisted it was a large room, but the constant noise from the fan made it impossible to sleep.On top of this, the chefs at the omelette station were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in their work. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing.

To far from the beach but there is a bus that can take you. Beach is very nice.

The cleanliness of the facilities in general, the rooms are cleaned nicely!! very accommodating employees! The variety of foods!

Maybe the restaaurant by the pool can be more tidy, specially the salat buffet!

Just only beds - they are so small and separated. And they use not natural materials for the bed, so it’s not very comfortable to sleep.No tooth brushes in the room.

The hotel provides a calm and friendly environment for families with kids. There is a lot of happening for kids - ateliers, kids disco, kids pool etc. The restaurant provides a wide choice of dishes, lots of salads, always a selection of meat / fish / poultry. Coffee bar is lovely, cocktails are fine. There is wi fi at the beach. We loved every day of our stay. The spa offers excellent massages.

Nothing really, if only minor things that didn't affect our overall impression.

Everything was amazing, starting from check-in until the check-out. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Relax pool staff : Lokman was making all visitors relax and fun while doing his job. Food, beach, poolside activities, live music were perfect. By the way, hotel has It's own beach in 2-3 minutes by hotel shattle bus every half an hour where also visitors can freely use beach bar, relax and swim, But little deep and vavy for small children, for adults is perfect. Near the hotel, many restorants and shops. There shopping Nova mall, Side beach, Side historic center, Amphiteatre and musium in 15-20 minutes from the hotel by bus just for 1 EUR for person ( children under 6 is free ). Overall, we liked our stay. That was not my first 5* hotel visit, but this one is most organised amoung of all. Thanks to all stall from stajeurs to high management.

Beach was not suitable for small children. Little deep and was vavy during our stay. But, there are Side beach in 15 minutes. Also hotel pools are amasing

Loved the water slides. The kids club. The beach ⛱️. Food and drinks availability was 24 hours. Staff were lovely, smiling and very helpful.Loved the idea of the washing machine and ironing station. It was really helpful.

Even though food was always available and with great variety, it was difficult to find something really tasty. Dessert always tastes bad ?. Coffee was undrinkable. Pastries were hard and dry. Eggs were over boiled. Really struggled to find nice food. The bathroom near the slides always smelled really bad and was full of spider webs. The double bed was 2 mattresses instead on 1 double which was really uncomfortable from the middle.

Good food, nice variety, clean spacious rooms, plenty of activities to do and close to the beach.

The kids buffet only

AC was very bad in the room, activities dedicated mostly for groups and certain nationalities, no fans in any area or corridors was really hot all over. Kids club some staff were extremely rude. Pools were dirty inside out. Food wad less than average. Alcohol was a disaster. 1 hour drive to the airport with fixed prices in Euros only from the hotel. Turkish bath supposed to be part of the deal but they said if you pay for massage only.

The staff were very helpful. Everywhere was spotless clean. Food was amazing. Lots of swimming pool and good activities for children.

Child minding facility for under 4years was available. Lots of kids activities keeping the kids busy throughout the day.Possible to Access to beach via shuttle as well as walk. Food was available throughout the day and late night. Entertainment team was excellent.

We had two large rooms with a balcony, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, everything was just perfect for this price? Frendly and helpful staff, good food, very beautiful and green territory, a lot activities for our kids? Clean and beautiful beach. Highly recommend!☀️

Would be nice to have some fresh juices, for example watermelon juice?

Where should i start and where should i end as i do not know..but i should tell few things first of all the food being a chef i definately tell you the same chicken they rotating in different dishes with different names which make it dry and smelly cus of that myself and my 2 yo daughter got sick and rest of the food 1 out of 10 ..i have upload the photos of the onion waste as i found it inside my food ..apart from it notthing special as i recommanded everyone to look for another choice in manavgat as there are lots Of better options around as we travelling to antalya since 7 years.
