Kids club kitty was so good izzet at reataurant the internet was so good very clean hotel

Rooms are old and the one we stayed in was pretty used up.Duvet was stained.Taxi to and from airport a total ripoff.The most annoying thing is people who reserve chairs by the pool from the night before so you really have to stress out about getting a place especially when you have young kids. Hotel should do something about it.

General:It was all inclusive, staff is very helpful, there is a communication barrier because of language but you can manage its not a big deal. Food & Restaurants:Food is good. Plenty of options available. Once breakfast, lunch or dinner time is over they have piano bar which is 24hrs open. You can have unlimited drinks, cocktails, tea coffee etc. activities for kids and families to enjoy. Snack bar at beach opens once main restaurant closes. So you will never be hungry, there is always something to eat ?. Beach, pools and Spa:Beach is at your footsteps. And also plenty of pools outdoor, and in winter they have indoor pool at basement level which is kept at 28 degrees warm enough to enjoy in winter also. Steam, sauna, turkish bath, hamam all available for you. Transport:And also one most important thing not mentioned anywhere but we discovered only staying there. In front of hotel there is a bus stop. They have mini buses there every 5 minutes in both directions. You can hop on for 45 lira it will get you to nearest main town which is manavgat, you can explore there, also you can take bus from mangavat to antalya city. There is another minibus from hotel stop which goes to the side ancient historical remains very beautiful scenic place, must visit there.Airport: Book a private taxi around 30 euros to the airport from Paloma Oceana.Good value for money, definitely coming back there again with children.

It's clean.. after complained they made sure our room was cleaned well daily. The gourmet steak restaurant was impressive. The pools were nice and big.

Entertainment really lacking esp in evening, not much to do and shows were like high school performances.. atmosphere lacking.Main restaurant could be much better, food mediocre, staff mixed of friendly and not friendly - restaurants seemed understaffed to get a drink.Our "balcony" we were very unlucky 5th floor and a concrete box, wasn't good for the kids. Spent alot of money to get 5 star to be disappointed with main restaurant and bored in the evenings.

Overall it is a good hotel. We spent one week in August. The weather was really hot, but in the rooms and restaurants air conditioning works good. The beach is really big , the sea was very warm so we spent all the time by the beach, didn't use the pools (they are very nice). The staff is working hard, the food is good.

As the beach is sand, the water in the sea is not perfectly clean, especially when it is not calm. But that is not hotels problem.

That was my second time in this Hotel. Very clean, very good food and excellent staff.

We had a gastrointestinal infection that affected the whole family, but my daughter had a sleepless night vomiting. I don’t understand why the doctor, who is always available at the hotel, asked me to take her to Anatolia Hospital when he knew she had an infection that would pass with time. The hospital scammed me, especially since they knew I had insurance. I advise avoiding this hospital

Food selection was great, events and program for kids and evenings we enjoyed, number of pools and it was not crowded, seats always available, never in queues, great tobogans, staff very friendly and quick in serving drinks, helping with requests

Overall we had a fantastic stay, food was superb, staff lovely. The only fault I would add is that much to my surprise they allow smoking in the restaurants. It didn't affect us as we could move tables but I find it unacceptable. Didn't spoil our holiday though. Drinks are premium and the prosecco is the best I've had in a hotel. Great stay.

Garden view room. Spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom. Balcony. Lovely, well kept gardens. Friendly staff. Excellent food and many choices. Different food each day. Lovely cakes, croissants, etc in patisserie. Went January 2023. Lots of cosy areas to sit, relax, read, etc. Would not hesitate to book again.

excellent sea view from the room, but the room needs renovation (wallpaper on the walls is patched and peeling off), definitely not five stars as stated on the website.

Two things: first - if you have a road view - that will be harsh to sleep. In general sound protection is week. However, I asked for a quiter room and it was perfect.Second - next to the hotel swimming area there is a motor boat rental place and sometimes one doesn't feel safe when boats go at you at full speed + the smell is not nice.But this is minor given the rest of service

The beach only.

I stayed in a villa and paid almost 5000 Euros per week. The bathrooms smell is horrible, the main suite Air Conditioning is horrible and I asked the technicians twice to fix it and none of them did fix it. The last two nights, my wife and I, slept in the living room because it was too hot to sleep in the main room upstairs..I reported all of that and nothing got fixed for a whole week and nothing was deducted from the bill upon leaving and not even a sincere apology from the receptionist when we were leaving. This is extremely not acceptable and I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.

Amazing property with a great all inclusive option. The beach is clean with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests. The facilities are well maintained. It was an amazing holiday. Thank you, Paloma!

The staff don’t understand English very well. The communication with them is hard. The animation team were not very good. It would have been so much better if they’ve tried to interact with the guests more.

The food In all inclusive was very poor. Had a leak in the room, this took a day and half to sort things out. The spa was very average, had a Turkish bath, massage and face scrub. not worth the money. The staff would try and con more money out of you, saying you need more treatment as you have problems with your muscle etc. please people don’t go to the hotel recommendation Side Harbour. take your cab and explore restaurants and bars and the the harbour.

Hotel room, grounds and pool were all very nice. Very clean and lots of space. Food not bad for buffet.

Spa manager was very pushy. Having paid for and received a very expensive treatment, my masseuse left me in a room and a little while later the spa manager came and told me I had circulation problems and needed three two hour massages over the next three days at the cost of 250 euro's each. After I questioned this, this became a 2 hour 200 euro massage that could be given there and then. He was quite pushy and aggressive when I questioned and scared me about potential medical problems he said I had. This would put me off using the spa here ago as it seems to be some kind of scam. I am surprised other customers have not complained.
