Clean rooms, beautiful beach, friendly staff.

Found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

Very good room size particularly for the price point. Food was great with a lovely patisserie. Particularly grateful to Fatima from Guest Relations for her excellent help in arranging everything

No major complaints at all, minor issue that wifi takes some time to connect when going from lobby to room.

Lovely facilities, cleanliness was top notch, food superb Nice and friendly staffs diligent in their jobs with 24 hours all round service available.. worth every penny

My son was 11 years old I booked bit in check in they changed my 11 years old son like an adult.They haven’t heat up pools while we were there.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. The food was delicious and varied, with options for different cuisines and dietary preferences. The entertainment was fun and engaging, with live shows, games, and activities. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist and accommodate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is a little bit far away from ancient city center. On another hand there is a bus station near the hotel and you can go to the city center by bus very quick.

Food is very nice

Animations are very poor and there is a big flight for finding a sunbed at the beach.And also I don't like the sea, blurry

Its very clean and the staff are wonderful. The staff is the best thing in the hotel.

- Entertainment is very poor.- The pool area is too small for the amount of people that goes for the private beach aswell.- Because of what I have mentioned above, if you don't put your towel before 9 am be very aware of the fact that yoy won't have any chair to lay on. - However food is up to taste and preference, for us as people originated from the Middle-East and know how the Turkish cuisine tastes like.. we didn't find it that great. Most of the desert tate like chemically made. That said the food is fresh and well diverse. - AC in my room would turn off automatically without any given reason. I woke up twice in a week time around 4 am to turn it back on.- AC doesn't work in the hallways of evry floor!

Location, food, facilities, staff, pools was perfect, this hotel has thought of everything and you certainly can't get bored.

I didn't like just some rules like this somebody who is not guest of the hotel and don't have bracelet can't even step on the beach front of the hotel, not inside in the complex, on the beach...security guy immediately came and make problem if some your friend for example came to talk some words with you....

We stayed in that hotel for the second time. The only improvement was that the cafeteria was working 24h.The personnel inside the main Restaurant is working really hard to clean the tables and to serve your drinks.Some of the night shows are really great -very professional performances. On the other hand the live music bands are more or less on average level. We could highly recommend one to try the Turkish a-la-cart restaurant and the Spa.

Unpolite staff at the Reception, hardly speaking English.Even at the Guest Relations office no English at all, not to mention the other personnel. The Italian a-la-cart Restaurant is no worth to visit, even Pizza does not taste delicious.

The facilities of the hotel was amazing. Above all the service was extremely good.All staff members was very friendly. Even the restaurant chief chef gave me a goodbye gift with a box of special baklava.How thoughtful was that?It was incredible service.

The animation team could be better.They seemed only to interact with very few people.Not bad but could improve. Nevertheless, that shouldn't put anyone off as the rest is true 5 star.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff and great food. Couldn't fault it.

Was mostly Germans in the Hotel, seemed we were the only English. However the staff spoke English also so was fine.

Staff and food were great, the hotel was extreamly clean.

Nothing really only a few staff understand English well, but the ones that do have a good level and live to chat.

New and very nicely designed hotel in a good location (direct access to beach). Food was nice and very nicely served. Also SPA experience was very good - my hammam treatments were done professionally and in a very friendly atmosphere! I would recommend the hotel highly to potential guests!

Not everyone from the staff spoke English unfortunately - but they were very friendly and helpful.
