Very noisy if a loud car drives by, can hear other guests snoring, the cleaner knocked on the door at 8:30 to ask if I had ordered breakfast (which I had also been asked the night before, so there was absolutely no need for me to be woken up at 8:30).

Super clean, quiet and excellent location when just stopping on the way. Close to the highway. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, enough to choose from. Very friendly staff. I will come back if I need a hotel in the area!

Hitfield itself is a very cozy and beautiful city. The room was nice, but I would be happy if there were toothpaste and toothbrush and slippers. The view from the window is great, there’s a beautiful church nearby.

The schedule of the buses. We had to walk from the station to the hotel, because the bus comes ones per 2 hours at the weekend.

We booked the room on the day of the stay, around 21:30 and arrived at the hotel at midnight. It was no problem to check in. Room was ready. Friendly staff. The location was perfect for our needs (one night stop on our trip to Hamburg).

Easy and cozy place, parking, key in safe. All worked out well for one night. Special requests were met instantly. I made a mistake with the credit card that was easily solved by the staff.

This was a very nicely located (small town very close to Hamburg) family run hotel with extremely helpful staff (ready to fulfill every breakfast wish there is and surprise with their own appetizer creations). Very comfortable rooms (e.g. one queen size mattress instead of two mattresses).

we couldn’t connect to the wifi and in the morning there was no warm water so had to take a cold shower - not ice cold, but cold. My boyfriend didn’t like the bed too much but I thought they were ok.

No possibility to control temperature in room, was cold. Bed too small. I'm 193 and legs was not fitting in. Very loud in room. Came some guy at 2AM and starting coughing in another floor - can hear very well. Woke up. Cars can hear very well from street. Walls from paper.

no tea or coffee making facilities. not sure we got the room we booked and paid for? apparently there was a restaurant for breakfast it was not open when we left at 8.30am

Very clean and freshly renovated room.

Staff nowhere to be seen, reception always closed, no breakfast available (even though there is a breakfast room), staff not even available at checkout when I still needed to pay. Had to leave a note in my room with my details and ask for them to contact me so payment can be arranged.

Smooth check-in, the host and his wife were very friendly

Hotel was ok but very expensive for a 1 night stop that did not include breakfast.

If the bar was open arrived a 8pm after a long drive and no facilities available on site
