Hotel Maack

So friendly, clean, comfortable. We arrived late but that was accommodated for.Dogs were very welcome.

Nothing. Too bad we had to miss breakfast.

Very clean and cozy family run business. A bit dated, but not in a bad way. I liked the place and the staff very much. Tasty breakfast with good options. Very conveniently located close to 2 highways.

Pillow on the bed was not to my liking, but still ok.

Such lovely, friendly staff & although it’s a bit old fashioned, everything is perfectly clean and comfortable.

Nice location, food was good, staff great

Our beds were too soft, beddings too softAir conditioner would have been. Nice

Good location just south of Hamburg. Great food and good bear!

Nothing, maybe overpriced!

Great location just off the main Motorway. Restaurant and Bar area looked nice..unfortunately I didn't have time to try.

Very convenient. Comfortable, clean and with friendly staff.

Beautiful location, lots of nature all around. Spacious room.

Absolutely no vegetarian or vegan breakfast options.

Good location, close to the highway, there's a Lidl very close, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station. You can see it's a family business, where the staff is really attentive and helpful. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast, enough choices and everything very good.

It's not brand new, but not a problem to us.

the staff and the size and cleanliness of the room

are quiet for a young couple

The location was just perfect. Quick access to the high way an pretty near of Hamburg.Nearby you have access to supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation. The room was pretty big, clean and well care.

I could only miss in our room a better pillow and a coffee device to make a quick coffee in the early morning but fo the rest all was just like we expected.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and just by the motorway, in a quiet, small village. Room was basic with everything one need for one night's stay, very clean and comfortable bed. Recently decorated/renovated. Fantastic staff!!! Breakfast was nice, some vegan options would have been perfect, but enough vegetarian options, didn't go hungry :) I travelled with my dog, perfect surroundings to take the dog for a walk. Family run hotel, we really felt welcome, doggie and I.

Excellent breakfast, nice bar, friendly staff.

Cosy spacious room, homely decor and comfortable bed. good shower. we had the basement room as had our dogs with us but that was perfect as still a full size window so same natural light as an upstairs room. Very dog friendly, big parking area with free parking and space to walk dogs around. Very nice owner.

Nothing. All good.

Great stay! The location is not the center, but it's much better to have a good sleep for a fair price. The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast just excellent. The bed is very comfortable, staff is very helpful, i just run out of praising words :)) Will be back!

very nice and quiet place and extra friendly staff. perfect breakfast and a super good coffee.

what an super place. nice and cozy place. Rooms seems to be recently refurbished and very modern and stylish. dinner was very good and a big plus to friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

nothing to complain

When I arrived at night the receptionist addressed me by my name. I liked it. He and other staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome.

All was alteady a bit older, but still spotless clean and in general it was very good value for money. Very nice staff, comfortable beds and i had a recently renovated bath (with bathtube).

Service excellent and we where guided to a restaurant by the river where you could walk the dog as well.
