In a quiet place, close to nature the Schwerterwald. Friendly people in the front desk, free parking, complimentary bottle of water in the room, ample breakfast..

.. from the parking lot, hilly streets, you drag your luggage and go up the stairs lifting all your stuffs. But there’s a lift to go up to rooms. No mirrors in the room, no complimentary coffee or tea, no kettle..

Wonderful building and grounds. The view over the park is lovely day and night. Breakfast buffet relaxed.

It was a pleasant stay,very clean and good environment also. I sleep so deep with less noise outside it was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best. I totally recommend it too everyone

The room was spacious.Proper table, desk, charger, water, all provided.The breakfast is delicious too.This is the best hotel I've been too. Don't hesitate to book.

The location is a little far from Dortmund but there is a bus stop nearby. However, the street doesn't have much light in the evening + Google map takes you to the graveyard. You have to walk a little further to enter the hotel, an indication would be great

I stayed here one night for the Euros and for the price, It was great. Okay room was a bit small but I could deal with that as it was just a 2 night stay. Really comfy bed and super helpful staff.

The surroundings were beautiful - very green, peaceful. Unfortunately it was storming, so we did not explore much around. The bathroom was huge!

The location is a little far from the bus station. Though it feels safe to be in, walking from the bus stop at night left us a little worried.

Missed something sweet for breakfast. It's in a residential neighborhood, so you will need a car to get there but also to go for dinner.

It's a nice budget hotel with comfy beds and it is very clean. I loved the pilows.No tv, but we didn't care about that.A big plus is that we could check in early free of charge and the lady at the front desk spoke english . She was very helpful giving us advice on how to get to Signal Iduna Park . We got a phone number for a very good local taxi company from that nice lady. We thank you kindly for your help.

Cleaning lady should have not opened the door to our room at 9 Am when we had the 'Do not disturbe' sign on the door and we did not check out yet.

Everything was nice and clean. Very friendly staff and evening meal delicious. I will return again such a relaxing stay.

Location was a little way out of Dortmond but easy to reach by car.Good breakfastQuiet area away from the road so safe parking for my motorcycle.

Beautiful room and building with a great breakfast

We arrived by car and found the location very convenient, just near A1. It is also close to Dortmund city center (20min drive) and Signal Iduna Park (15min drive, if no traffic jam). The pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast was also perfect - it's rare to have warm food in a continental breakfast. Also the hotel is located in a quite area and the nature is relaxing.

Check-out time is a bit too early (10AM), especially when we came back late previous night from a football match.

It is located within a nice park. The chapel, when opened, is lovely.

Wifi limited in the bedrooms. Once the two of us had logged in our phone, we could not also have the IPad on.

Great place to spend time, very, very clean, great breakfast and super quiet. It was one of the great places I had stayed.

Nothing really other than its bit far from noise and crowd.

Location. Very quiet place in the nature. The forest behind the hotel was good to explore in the morning. Also, there's a cemetery just next to the hotel in which there are many different kinds of "to see" gravestones. Rooms were big, quiet, clean and with a forest view.

Nothing. May be a little bit away from the city center for those who don't have a car or prefer to stay not far from the city center.
