Location and stillness

The staff, they did not give clear indications on how rhe beeakfast area works, nor gave clear instructions on what is in the room…

The room was big

Very poor restaurant and bar facilities, the restaurant didn’t open at all on Monday evening. Breakfast was cold, boiled eggs were bad and black inside. Ran out of toilet paper in the room, towels weren’t changed. Reception promised to supply an iron and didn’t. Waiter service slow, dishes we ordered came up one or two at a time. Location awful, in the middle of the docks. No local amenities!

Spacious room and bathroom. Fridge in room. Pleasant staff. Big TV.

Restaurant and bar limited options. Very limited food options and drink options.

Location near the harbor in Schiedam

It is advertised as a charming hotel but it is more a motel for an easy stay nearby your working location. The pictures don’t match.

Okay for location for business, close to boat I was repairing, but wouldn't stay for vacation

We came 1h30 before the end of breakfast and it was almost completely empty

They try hard, but leaking hospitality experience.

Where do I start, receptionist was very unfriendly never welcomed the guest, room wasn’t cleaned properly, no respect for privacy (maids just walked in the room, without knocking, even when the “do not disturb sign” was on the door. We stayed there for 3 weeks, everything was too much for them to deal with. Like only 2 coffee pods per day, that so undutch. When toilet paper was finished, they told the guest to buy some from the Albert Heijn. Never going back, nor would i recommend this “wannabe” hotel.

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable.

I was surprised that the TV didn't have an option to listen to music on youtube or watch a film on netflix, only Dutch canals. The room did not have a good view, and there were no utilities like shampoo or conditioner. The restaurant was very disappointing. The waitress was trying. The food that we ordered was like 6/10. Breakfast had not a lot of options.

Big and clean rooms with coffee and tea ,big and beautiful place for eating also some live music at the evening .Area around hotel is calm and pretty .

a little bit far from the centre but you get the silence with this in your room :) That’s good for recover after long day

Clean and modern. Very quiet room. Free parking on the street.

No desk in the room.

Parking was secure and good (bookable), walking distance to old Shiedam area, excellent breakfast and the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced for a hotel .Staff were helpful

Lighting in one room was very dim and room was organised wrongly in the sloping roof reducing space. Bed should be under the low area. One fridge room 305 , 306 (bigger room) didn't work

Room size and relative comfort

Receptionist tried to have us pay for parking claiming that on the street “they’d steal our car door or engine”. When we complained about mosquitoes did nothing. We were bitten all across our faces during the night.

It was clean

The room was full of mosquitoes. We could barely sleep the 1st night and woke up all bitten. Informed the staff who tried to help with electric mosquito catcher but when it didn’t help they did nothing, we couldn’t sleep again and left the hotel. Oh, and the shower water pressure was ridiculous. Did I also mention that for this cost you can get a room in the center of Rotterdam ?

The location close to our children's home was good.Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant.

Not really accessible for people who are less mobile - no wheelchair access, and even difficult to get in and out with crutches. Not close to public transport such as a metro station.

Large and beautiful room. Kitchen in the room for those who want to cook something quick. Comfortable bed with a good mattress. Lots of light and views from the windows.. I really liked it.. Thank you

There was no cutlery. The drawers were completely empty. Only two capsules for the coffee machine. Otherwise, everything was fine )

The restaurant is good and not expensive (Thai). The personnel is very friendly but hey are obviously understaffed and they struggle

It its all a bit minimalist (no Kleenex in the bathrooms etc). And be warned they practice overbooking, which is very dangerous with the small number of rooms they have.

The staff were excellent, the room was very good and clean.The food was also very good and they all went out of their way to keep me fed and watered out of normal restaurant hours and while I waited for my taxi to Europoort

Dinner menu: varied, well prepared and quick service. Good covered, secure parking.attractive modern bedroom

A kettle and bigger cups would be great

Amazing as always. I've stayed here before and the location is great, the staff is super nice and the rooms are modern and very clean and cosy.
