Lovely room, great location and great staff

It looked like the pictures, very clean! Friendly staff.Probably the best option on the island.

The madres was very soft, but that is of course a personal preference so don’t let it put you off.Not a fan of the open shower to the room, still a personal opinion. Good thing: the toilet is separate.

The location of the property and the early check in. We managed to check in at 12, before the expected check in. The staff were nice and let us also leave the luggage at the end of the trip.

The room was in the ground floor and looked like a room adapted for disabled people, which we didn't need. The hotel was more like an aparthotel.

No breakfast provided as before they did. We had an issue and the way staff dealt with it was not the most appropriate.

We were the only people in the hotel. There were no staff. There wasn’t even a machine to get a bottle of water.

The website said breakfast was included, but because I booked through an agency we didn't get breakfast.

Everything from the warm friendly welcome to the quality of the building and room with high end fittings and very comfy beds well worth more stars made a perfect stay for our 31st Wedding Anniversary.

Very comfortable bed, fun architectural design, and nice breakfast.

No hot water during our stay (due to prior electricity outages?), had to go find cell coverage to call upon arrival since nobody at property during arrival hours, and there is some mold growing on curtains in room (Capri) that should be dealt with before gets out of control.

Passable

we only stayed one night as there was a power outage on the island. this happened on the first night of our stay. consequence was that restaurants etc were closed. this outage was due to the storms recently and was well known before we arrived. why were we not informed? can I get one night refund?

Everything. The staff were really lovely, the hotel and room was immaculate and such a beautiful property. The breakfast was also very tasty and good quality.

Nothing really. We just had small overflow of the shower.

The facilities are pretty nice, room is comfy and the design is cool.

The only thing was that they had problems with a room that was locked by accident and they made a lot of noise to fix it in our relaxing weekend... Maybe a bit more of empathy with the guests...

Tabarca Island is very nice small island to visit and this hotel is the best place to stay there :)
