    Pros +

    • Location on the beach, in the middle of everything & right next to the marina. Personally - would use the hotel again but have a sea view rather than overlooking the front of the hotel/road.
    • Beautiful beach
    • Nice view of the sea, nice bar area and breakfast area that offer views of the sea, easy access to walk the very long promenade along the sea, very relaxing.

    Cons -

    • First impressions - Faulty Towers style. Held on to the rail to get up the stairs (though there is also a ramp)and the whole thing wobbles. No hairdryers in the bedrooms. Has seen better days
    • Very basic and it’s loud and noisy drunk guests .so you can’t sleep because of these noises, talking and loud laughing all night long.
    • I generally don't like the use of white lights indoors.

Perfect location! I was traveling alone. It was very practical to be directly at the beach, so that I could leave my stuff in the room, take only my card, and go swimming. Also, the view from the terrace was just perfect.

I generally don't like the use of white lights indoors.

Great Location. Fun place with it's own breakfast and outside bar area

Hotel is ideally situated right onto the beach, has a Chill out lounge at the rear, from which you can access the beach directly also has a bar on the top floor. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, room was very large and bad a super king size comfy bed, staff very friendly and welcoming, all in all a very positive experience.

    In short, nothing

    Location & friendly staff

Only 7/8 spots for parking, small dog underneath our room barking a lot throughout the night. No kettle or coffee machine in room.

Location was good ,didn’t have a breakfast & friendly staff

Location , the view . We paid for an upgraded room but it was far over priced .

Old, needs a refurbishment, tired rooms, single glass with no sound proofing , beach tractor grooming beach 6am . awful breakfast. Cold eggs, cheap bread. Awful bathroom ‘ shower - cheap everything

The overall hotel’s look was a bit tired. But the LOCATION is perfect. All the bar on the top floor is amazing, friendly, cosy decor and views all over Santa Pola are spectacular. The rooms and balconies are specious and clean. Breakfast was included which is a massive bonus when staying with kids. Dinning hall is very well looked after, had everything we needed. Only some rooms had the door between the next door room and acoustic and noises at 3 am were unbearable. So we had to complain to the Receptionist. He called the guests to ask to lower the noise down. Our room was 314. Literally you can hear next door room as its the same apartment.Overall the noise from parties outside is expected especially in a lovely buzzing town like Santa Pola.We had a great 3 days by the beach and we will stay there again.

The fact that our Room 314 had a door leading to the next door Room 312 and 313. You can hear absolutely everything as if you are in the same room. Please choose isolated apartments. No parkingTired and old tiny lift.Hotel needs a bit of love and decoration. BUT LOCATION, staff and views over the beach and town win you over!

The absolutely beautiful location, right in front of the beach! we had our breakfast a step away from the beautiful playa de levante. It was the best ever to wake up to.The buffet breakfast was also exceptional! everything you wanted and fresh was there and of course, the outdoor terrace to eat was awesome!

the bedroom smelt a little when we first went in. Almost like a "closed" smell. It needed some air and that's what we did. After that, we had our room clean meticulously by the loveliest maid called Julia, and it smelt lovely

Very poor dated hotel with non existent soundproofing. General smell of toilet throughout the hotel. More like a mausoleum.Patio door unlockable, difficult to open and close, seal falling out. Bar prices have increased dramatically since January apint was 4.50€ in January now 6 € reception said it was to make it more exclusive and to keep the riffraff out. Ordered two gin and tonics 20€the gin hardly made the glass wet. Riccardo's restaurant though advertised outside hasn't been open since about 2020.

Read all the reviews, very dated in need of serious investment

Great locationOn the beach Near the harbour restaurants

Like a lot of older hotels in Spain you can get a slight drainage smell in the bathroom IDon’t think they can anything about it Didn’t spoil my stay

    3AndrePosted on: 2-24-2025

The staff was very nice. The proximity to the beach and the marina is also a plus.

If you like hotels from the seventies with very little to none soundproofing between rooms this hotel is for you. The breakfast is also a bit deceptive since they do not propose real coffee but just instant coffee delivered by an automatic machine. The fresh fruits juices are also from the same category meaning likely artificial as well. The choice of hot food for breakfast is also very limited. The hotel does not offer conditionner either just gel and shampoo in small bags (similar to those air travel companies offer). So not a great experience despite a rather high price considering that Feb is still the lower season.

The front house staff were lovely The breakfast was good The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided

Very dated and tatty/ bad decor Payed extra for seaview but balcony area was so old and worn it didn’t feel nice to sit there ( I stayed in the “reformed” room ) No fridge in the room no kettle or any tea coffeeNo food or drink permitted in the room Only breakfast in the dining area. Nothing else except outside bar / pizza Bar on the 5th floor with a sensitive bar tender with poor customer service skills No room service Could hear Couple next door having s… and then snoring all night. It was awful No photos to share as well he room was ugly

    5DavidPosted on: 2-9-2025

Extra blanket in bedroom. As appears heating on reverse cycle air-con ‘times-out’ so in middle of night room gets cold - early Feb stay. Had to re-power air-con heating.

Breakfast coffee from vending machine vile. Tea insipid although drinkable.Fruit colored water.Cereals with milk elsewhere.Pastries OK.
