Crowne Plaza Milan Linate By IHG

The breakfast buffet and the french fries

They didn't have ciroc

The exterior of the building

The rooms are very small, the AC did not cool well. Lobby smelled. Front desk was slow to service. Other staff were great.

Close proximity to the airport

Restaurant closes by 10pm. And breakfast is an additional 15 euros per person

Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

Hard to find at night.

The breakfast

Not very clean. Definately not to standards

Staff go above and beyond!

Amenities, cleanliness and approach. Good value and great service. Restaurant food was good though it was the only option available and the menu was limited.

Very few shops or restaurants around here. Need to get the metro (10 mins walk) to get into the city centre.

They changed my room after I complained about the noise from highway side of the hotel.

The noise from the highway side. I had full 1 night of sleepless as the noise was constant. Expensive!

The restaurant

The shower and that you gad no air conditioning.

Room is very nice - just the washroom is a bit too squeezed.Breakfast is Very Good - more than enough.Location is nice as well.

it s ok - nothing was bad.

Room was really nice and comfortable regardless the size. Amazing bathroom as well.Bad thing: you couldn’t t open any window! Weird…

Staff was nice but not really helpful about payment methods, options and possibilities.Check in advance methods and timings.Bar: very poor. I was there for a competition of sport and they did not allowed me to put EVEN A CAFFe on my room! I paired 300 euros for a room and you do not credit me for 2 euros caffe? Sad

Breakfast

The smell of the room and the noisy AC made my stay really uncomfortable

Very close to Linate airport

Age is showing on their facilities. Some plugs not prepara for usb usage .

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Cleaning services top notch and receptionists very professional especially Martina. Thank you again for acting swiftly upon request.

Getting to the city was quite a hassle. It would be great if they had shuttle buses to the airport and back

The staff were so helpful They given us early check-in And late check out

Marina at reception is great ! Location also very convenient to airport. Air conditioning needs better maintaince

It was in a decent location

It is old and unkept. Our toilet seat was broken, the king size mattress was two twins shoved together so there was a big crack down the middle. The couch pullout mattress was super uncomfortable. The shower door is half missing so water sprays all over the bathroom. It is one of the more expensive properties to stay at in the area, definitely not worth 215$/night. Also, it showed up on booking.com for less when I went to check in(I hadn’t paid yet)and they would not honor the lower rate.

renewed rooms spacious and comfortable, new gym facilities state of the art equipment brand new, internet connection

The hotel is spacious, large, and very clean. I believe it deserves a five-star rating. The price is also very reasonable considering the quality and standard of the hotel.

The location is relatively far from the city center, around 20 to 30 minutes by car.

Its an amazing hotel with very friendly staff and professional service, the breakfast is very good and there is very good variability The location was far from the center and you need to take a taxi for any tourist attractions
