Great location

Minibar did not cool. Arrived 2 hours past checkin time after a 5 hour bike ride and rooms were not ready. This can happen, but it was the receptionist’s reaction that shocked me. She was not willing to offer a commercial gesture and it was only after I asked her to check with the manager that we were given a complementary drink in the bar. I’m sorry but for the price you’re asking, I’d love to experience better customer service.

It’s so cozy and comfortable place ?We had a lot of entertainments there ?Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Our child got a present ? it was very thoughtful ?In restaurant we had a delicious and healthy dinner ??? Thank you people at reception for helping with our stuff and for their hospitality ?

Liked the location, the hotel, the atmosphere, the vibe. Clean rooms and comfortable.

Location great for the town.

Room not ready at check in time. Realized in morning there were no towels in the room, and reception was closed. No way to check out—key drop off or kiosk.

The main road is quite busy, the rooms in the street side are a bit noisy

The room was clean and cosy. The view was of rood tops so not amazing. Location is really great in the little town centre with a good parking space. Breakfast was good with a choice of cold and hot items.

Unfortunately, we had a very noisy room, it got stuffy and if you opened the window for air, you had the noise of the heating constantly starting and stopping. Couldn't sleep at all.

a very nice 3.5 stars hotel, with a very central location and a parking space for free.The room was very big , clean and modern and with a view to the Church.Very nice friendly and professional staff, that despite the weekend rush , 80 years of the Batle of the Bulge weekend kept their calm and professionalism.I also like the breakfast with really fresh products, the bread and the croissants were amazing.

Nothing to report, a small group of guests were quite noisy , but the staff sort out the issue in a very fast and professional manner.

Nice to have the parking right next to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and kind.

The property smells of sewers. Our bathroom was so bad we had to open the window to be able to sleep. But by opening the window you get a lot of noise from the street as big trucks start passing by from around 5 AM. The bathroom was not well maintained with little moldy corners in the showers although the room and sheets where clean.

Very clean and comfortable, even though our room was on the small side. Very good shower!Restaurant was OK. A bit pricy but the food was well done but it could have done with a bit more seasoning.Situated within a short walk of the excellent caves.Large, private car parking area.

The hotel is at Han-sur-Lesse, which is a quaint town conveniently located close to Rochefort. The rooms are spacious, which was good for our pet. They have a big parking space 100 metres away, which was very helpful. There are restaurants within walking distance and the big plus was that the famous Han Cave is a short walk

The mattress was a bit hard for us and we struggled to sleep.The breakfast option is there for 18 Euros, but people could do with more options for the amount,

Room very small though bed was good.En suite very small.Booked a table for dinner 2 days before, as asked, for 8pm. Many items on the menu had run out! We had to go elsewhere. Fortunately a lovely restaurant opposite, good value too. Hotel wanted 59euros for a 3 course meal with only ice cream for dessert!Staff had had a very busy day, were tired and therefore rather disinterested.

The hotel staff were friendly and the room was comfortable with a good view of the town. Having the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner was very convenient! Also greatful for the private parking area for our motorbike ?

The room is very hot.At least a ventilator or better an airco.It was very hard to sleep in spite of the open window, which leads to kitchen smells in the room Limited menu card. If you don't like fish, you have to eat every two days the sameWithin 1 day 2 times a power down

At this price (144e) low value. Especially the breakfast at 18e was disappointing. Rooms are not big, but functional. The connected restaurant should be avoided if you don’t want to feel cheated: tourist trap.

Overpriced. Very expensive breakfast. Very small room. Be carefull when book this hotel in Booking.comBreakfast is not included in price. Read all booking info in small letters. The invoice for breakfast they issue by check-out. And it was a very unplesant surprise for us.

Room was clean and bed was confortable and staff was friendly

Close to hotel there is a Bar which was really npisy in the night. And esrly morning also there were people outside hotel talking loudly. For 160€ i would expect bit bigger room and with a bath

It was in a nice location, not far from the motorway. The surrounding area was also nice. Dinner in the restaurant was to a good standard

Location is good if you want to visit the caves of Hanne.The breakfast was also good . The rooms were nice and clean.
