Pros +
- Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Food was very Italian but tasty abd decent choice. The beautiful beach is definitely the biggest advantage. Rooms were big, clean and well maintained. A welcome bottle of bubbly in our room was a nice touch. We got a bottle of wine too before departure. The hotel is quite small and accessible so easy for people with reduced mobility. The beach shuttle was frequent and definitely needed as beach was quite far. Overall we had a good stay.

- All inclusive does not cover the beach bar which was very disappointing. The entertainment team blasting music every morning by the pool made us not use the facilities at all. The main woman in charge of entertainment was annoyingly loud both mornings and evenings by the bar. You just could not get away from her as there was only one bar. I agree with comments that hotel looks a bit tired ans needs a refurbishment. There was also a bad smell coming from the corridor leading to the pool area. They definitely have a problem with drains. There were also some homeless dogs in front of the hotel sleeping rough which was quite upsetting for a few people.

it was very spacious, the beach with umbrella and chairs was good. our room was spotless clean every day .
breakfast was good, did not do lunch , dinners were very poor. Being in Italy we were expecting some good Italian dishes instead we got North American food which was truly garbage. good thing they had lots of bread. Lots of families with kids would not recommended to older couples.
