The beach front & endless ITALIAN COFFEE..

Well the swimming pool had loads of flies in it. Poor choice of menu options poor quality service overall.

Very helpful staff. Relaxing and great views. Close to sights.

Great staff, friendly, set up the beach for us and great service.

Not much, bed was comfy enough that’s all I can say positively.

Breakfast was to be included however none was provided! No food at breakfast on 3 of the 4 nights stay. No coffee or milk. Not even a bowl for the handful of cereal left!The pool was absolutely disgusting! Filled with dirt, bugs, germs and mould! 2 children couldn’t swim, was so unsafe and unhygienic.

Beds were not the most comfortable and the bunk beds did appear to be a little unstable.

the rooms without a sea view had a street view and street noise, so we had to pay extra to avoid them. In the end, the price was quite expensive. location far from everything, luckily we had a car lunch and diner menu is very poor ( about 4 things on the menu, only in Italian), we found nothing to eat appearance like a motel, not a three-star hotel

The place looks nothing like the photos. Customer service was really rude and scary. They were really angry when you asked for something (for example coffee which was included) Breakfast didn’t really exist and the stuff they served were dirty and nasty.They did some renovation while we were there and it was loud and they didn’t even apologize. Wifi didn’t work, AC didn’t work and they didnt have a customer toilet. Overall a really bad experience

The staff and owner of the hotel is very helpful and they do whatever it needs to be done to make you happy the room was clean and tidy. It’s on the beach which is good as well.

The beach was very nice right in front of the hotel. The sea view was stunning. The personal was nice and helping all the time. We feel very confortable and free.

The swiming pool in the pictures looks better and bigger.

The staff is great! All are very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Has a big pool, pool beds, front beach with beach beds, tables with umbrellas, delicious breakfast included.Very clean rooms and super comfy beds. Super friendly, nice and helpful staff.

The manager Francesco was very helpful and showed us around, explaining everything. He also gave us advice for the best places to visit. He made our stay extremely welcoming.

The pool was lovely, easy access to the beach with an umbrella & 2 sun loungers included. The room was modern, bright & clean. Breakfast was good, coffee good & croissant tasty.

The outside was very disappointing on arrival and really needs to be cleaned up & modernised to represent the inside.

The staff is super helpful, the room we stayed in (103) was super fresh and the beach just outside was also good with sunbeds and umbrellas

NOTHING , NOT A SINGLE THING. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

Absolutely herendous . I truly have no words how to even explain how despicable this property was. When we arrived we were baffled. Absolute false advertising, unsafe location, filthy & a waste of money & time. The receptionist told me I had to call booking to get a refund & I was unable to reach them. We left this property to book another hotel.
