The buffet breakfast was a good value and convenient.

The lighting for the bathroom mirror was terrible. Very bad for men shaving or women putting on their makeup. Coffee maker in the rooms would have been appreciated.

Amazing hotel. Small, intimate, pleasant. Everyone is so nice, and the room is modern. Everything was perfect. Good restaurants around.

Customer service was excellent !!! All the staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful with anything we asked. They were like family before we left. The Hotel is close to the ferry (Monofredi )(25 mins) and train station is in walking distance. Local nearby restaurants suited our needs. The hotel also arranged taxis for our stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone ! Newly constructed, modern feel. Warm family like staff ! We will be back . Ciao Ciao !

Restaurants nearby do close between 2-8. That's something to manage. As an American rooms are small but so are most hotel rooms in Europe. Very clean and well kept.

Excellent modern small hotel in a great location. Near restaurants and walkable shopping streets. Super clean. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, and good breakfast. Every member of the staff we encountered was outstanding. Highly recommend and would stay here again anytime.

Breakfast!!! The bacon smelled bad and was riddled with bones and grizzle. It was terrible!!! The scrambled eggs were cold. The croissant was hard and tuff like it had been there for days. We didn’t eat any of it and were forced to go to another place to eat. Very bad!!!

Our group recently stayed at this beautiful, brand new location, and it was an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable, sleek and incredibly clean. What stood out the most was the outstanding service from the staff. When our vacation plans unexpectedly changed, they went above and beyond to help us find and book a hotel at our next destination. Rosa, in particular, was fantastic in assisting us. Their dedication to making our stay comfortable was truly impressive. Thank you Etrus!
