Easy to find. Just off motor way. Only 20 mins drive to Disneyland

Bathroom needs some TLC, but did the job.

Everything is dirty ,staff rude ..just breakfast, no dinner. What can you found to breakfast is Bacon and some egg . Nothing good.

Room a decent size, however mattress on Mdf board !

The property was in a quiet area which was good for winding down after busy and noisy days.Location near to the motorway, which was good for transport connections.

There were a few sightings of rats which was a bit scary, however it’s to be expected anywhere really. If the bushes at the front of the property were trimmed down and maintained like the ones at the back of the property, maybe the rats would have less room to hide. Room:There was a musty smell upon arrival, which was not very welcoming and at least 4 pillows are needed on the bed, although decent enough sleep was had. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room because some people with children don’t always want to go to the reception area in the late hours when the children are asleep to get a hot drink. Also the room can get quite cold and I didn’t see any heating facilities. Bathroom:There were stains in the toilet which can be easily fixed with the proper cleaning solutions. There were also pet hairs stuck on the back of the bathroom door, which was a bit off putting for people who have pet allergies such as myself. Maybe this could be something the management could look into for improvement purposes. Aside from this, a nice hot shower was able to be had.Staff:The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Good location near the road. Clean and comfortable beds. Very lovely and efficient check in staff. Good parking. Good value for money for a family.

If you are on the ground floor you can hear the toilet flush of the room above and it sounds like it’s in your bathroom.

Breakfast was better than expected. Beds were Clean and good to sleep in.

Cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved and the overall impression wasn't very nice.

the place was well located next to a motorway

the rooms were very small, a two bed room was converted to a 4 bed room with additional bunk beds, there was not even space to walk in the room. The rooms did not smell nice, the shower area had molds all over, there was no ventilation in the room. The staff was very helpful though. The place was in an industrial estate, and was very noisy in the mornings, getting a good night sleep at this place is just not possible

The room was Stinky

The smell is very bad, the mattress had hair, burn marks and stains, the toilet smell bad (It is the source of the bad smell from the pipes) I saw hair in the toilet. Someone smoked outside and I could feel the smell

No kettle in the room, tea or coffee. Everything is quite far so transport cost alot of money. Barly in variety of food for breakfast. No halal optionsShould have cafe options for evening customersAir conditioning not working

There were no air conditioning, no kettle and the window opening inside the room.

Everything very bad, except the Man who worked there . Malek was very nice and helpful.

But the hotel was in a bad condition. With kids its very bad, you cannot breath properly....towels dirty, bath broken , it smells ect. but thanks to booking.com. who helped us.

Shocking and annoying false advertising

This property was advertised with A/C which wasn't working and according to staff had not for months. If we had known this we would not have chosen this hotel and chosen alternative accommodation. We tried to discuss with reception staff but got no where. The whole site was in a poor condition the curtains in our room having holes in them. In general you should take this hotel off your site as it is deliberately misleading. I would therefore request that as our booking agent you refund the cost of the rooms which have been paid for in full.

location quite noisy and the smell of the cigarettes was awful. Rooms would benefit from upgrading windows to beter soundproof quality

We visited Disney Land and this location was perfect for us, just 20 minutes driving. Room was clean.The receptionist guy was the nicest gentleman that I ever met in my life. As he said “Kindness is free of charge”. Well done sir.

The staff and the location

The booked room was wrong, the AC was not working so the room was extremely warm during the night, and the room door was left open during the entire day from cleaning the room between the stay! I could have lost all my belongings!

the bathroom stank of sewage, we checked in really late with two kids and couldn’t really do anything about it plus it was only a check in machine anyway. slept and left straight away in the morning.

The property is in a quiet and quaint area that is about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and Paris city each.

No lock on the bathroom door, insufficient soap to use in the shower, extremely dim main light in the room.

very clean. basic but everything you need. right next to a buffalo grill which was handy! staff really friendly. good breakfast. much better than some hotels twice the price. lovely shower with huge shower head. would definitely stay again.
