Staff was nice and helpful. Price was reasonable for what the property is: budget.

Locked out of room twice where staff had to help with door issues. Window sill and shower cabin had not been cleaned well; include signs of mold in shower.

Simple rooms. Close to Disney Paris and Costco. Super clean and good bathroom.

Not a complaint but the rooms were very simple. Bed, chair, desk and tv. But perfect for my needs.

For an Ibis Budget Hotel a quite spacious room

The elevator seemed to be under construction and the hotel bar closes at 10 pm unfortunately

The Location was nice and quite and We could easily reach Paris and Disneyland

Breakfast was same all day's especially hot items....in the photo shows pancakes but unfortunately they didn't serve pancakes 5 day's we stayed.

Friendly welcoming staff. Nice selection for breakfast, plenty of choice and an easy accessible dining area. Room made up and towels changed daily.

I know it’s described as budget but I’d say basic. Complete no frills. Customer’s responsibility to make up the bunk bed. No safe and no locks on the bathroom door. Tiny hanging space for clothes and no kettle etc just a tv. Bathroom towels were tiny for showering and thin hard material.

The restaurant area where we had breakfast wasn’t comfortable, the sun was streaming in making the room uncomfortably hot

Location is ok for Disneyland visit if you have car. And also it is good to have a restaurant and a fast food chain just next to the hotel for quick bite. Free and secure car parking. Meet expactations for ibis budget standarts. Helpful and smiling staff. back rooms are silent and nice green view.

Room was cold even the weather was not that bad. AC could not increase the heat. If the weather was cold, I think it could be a big problem. Breakfast can be better, I dont expect premimum breakfast but to be honest variety and quality could be better. Eggs are super cold from fridge and over boiled, nothing fresh as tomato/cucumber/green stuff... They should follow up closer and refill everything quicker during the weekend especially. Room is very small but expected. you should not come with big luggages. Corridors Smell cigarette , room was ok.

It was clean and the breakfast was lovely worth the price

Not enough bedding and the bed was too hard for myself and my pain i suffer from with my disabilities and I couldn’t get enough warmth from the heating

Uncomfortable beds. Dirty sheet on the kids upper bed. Pillows awful. The tab on the pull down blind broken and had to wedge it shut with a nappie. Broken infant cot. Very dated and run down. Try and stay anywhere else if possible. Also £40 cheaper on the day than when we booked.

Friendly staff, it was Halloween and the lovely lady at reception had provided a treat for the kids which was nice.

Smelt like cigarettes in the corridor so unsure if others were possibly smoking in their rooms

1. Breakfast is not good.2. Room wasn’t clean,Hairs and small cockroaches.3. Elevator stopped functioning when we were in the elevator and was stuck inside for 10mins. No fan in the elevator which suffocated.

we stayed for two nihhts and i like that the room was cleaned even if i didnt ask for it during the second day.

missing good customer service and availability of basic things like i forgot a toothpaste and they didnt sell any. the nearest store is 15min drive. Ibis could’ve make things available like that for the guests. Also no hair dryer. that won’t cost a fortune if you buy some the guests can borrow. Also no free coffee for guests. i had to pay for a cup of coffee in the morning. Come on!!

It was a short distance away from Disneyland paris which was ideal! Very straight forward to get there. There is also a fast food restaurant a couple of doors up which was good for one of the late nights. Hotel rooms were clean, bathroom was very nice modern and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely.

Beds were very hard but we still had a good night sleep as we were exhausted! Air con worked lovely kept the room nice and cool. The only downfall is the smell of smoke! In the uk smoking is banned in restaurants so it was abit of a shock when we arrived to the strong smell of smoke. Luckily our room didn’t smell of smoke so that was good, although around breakfast time the strong smell of smoke was coming through into our bathroom, I guess through the vents. However, overall stay was good for a budget hotel, staff were lovely and helpful, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.
