Première Classe Plaisir Gatines

Not much

Once you are in the parking lot, it is a mystery as to how you are supposed to get into the hotel. Fortunately they have someone there 24/7 who opened a side door to let us in. Rooms feel old and microwave was not clean.

The location and the staff were great

The size of the room was minimum for two people

Wonderful, welcoming and friendly staff, rooms basic, do not expect high standards, price was low. Beds and towels were clean, floor not so clean , the shower door handle was broken and some mould in the shower, we had a fridge, TV and a microwave in the room. Again, staff was very friendly, hotel was very quiet. If you want to travel to Paris you can use bus 5110 2 minutes walk from the hotel and then train C.

The room was already dirty. The mattresses were also all stained and dirty. The floor had not been washed, it was very dirty.

The breakfast was weak. Not even plates are provided, had to eat bread from the tray.

It's very close to the highway, but there's also a nice forest very closeby and Versailles and Paris are easy to reach. The bed was comfortable, the shower was okay and it was clean.

Rooms are very small. And don't expect too much from the common kitchen. It's basically just hot plates and a microwave. No pots and pans, utensils, plates, fridge,...

For the price, the accommodation was fine. It was clean, and the accommodation provider was nice. The location allowed us to continue our car journey easily. There is a nice restaurant (La Trattoria) nearby.

The shower smelled.

Secure car parking

Cleanliness of room. Constant noise from other guests. Bunk bed was unsafe for a child.

The value for money was good

The shower door was broken and I couldn't take a shower properly. The smell of cig came straight in because people are allowed to smoked on the front door. The receptionist nearly charge me almost double the price of my reservation.

Nothing!

This hotel is terrible! Smelly dirty and in the bedding are cockroaches! I had to live this hotel at night and look other hotel to sleep! I want refund my money!

We booked a 4 persons room at this hotel in July, when most of the hotels were booked or the prices everywhere else were at least double. The staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast very good for only a few euros, room was comfortable for the price, park place was included and safe, WiFi also included.

The location itself is ok. The distance to Paris center is approx. 30 km

It was very quiet, friendly and helpful staff and people, good facilities, close to the bus station, good location with few restaurants nearby. Always someone there to greet us. Been offered coffee as well which I appreciate. Beautoful landscape over the window. Cosy and very warm room

The cleanliness is the point where I would work more as the cleaning lady was asked to clean the room but did not change the beds, just put new sheets on the bed and we had to change them. Also she said she mopped the floor but kids clothes were dirty after they played on the floor

Un hôtel charmant, un personnel sympathique

Déçu d’un double facturation
