Hotel Pavillon des Gatines

Les Pavillons was perfectly placed for our trip to this year's Olympics and the venue at Versailles. Our room was clean, comfy and everything worked - the staff were great and made us feel very welcome.

The noise generated by a coach load of guests who arrived at 1am. When asked to be quiet as they had woken us up with their loud laughter and chat, they were rude and continued to converse outside our room.

Free parking. The hotelrooms are more modern and comfortable than the hotel looks on the outside.

The hotel is 30 km to city center. Located at a quiet place. It is mentioned like a 3 star hotel but it is more like a motel. You can park your car in front of the room and access to room directly. There are nice sitting areas at garden and staff is friendly and helpful. The premise is value for money. Room was clean and have enough space. Bathroom was new and big.

As parking area is in front of the rooms, parking cars, movement to and from rooms were creating noise. No major issue but the silence is a bit dependent on your neighbors.

The hotel great very clean great service the manager and staff were really good and very helpful the young lady on the Reception was fantastic with helping us with transportation and information best i have we have met..

Not enough information regarding transportation and time tables its a bit out of the way from the local train station and not in walking distance, other it was good that the staff were very helpful with this.

Room and bathroom newly renovated, clean, comfortable. Secure parking on the premises.

Outside of the building is rather aged, but it looks like some work is being done to paint the outside of the building.

Comfortable beds, nice and clean room, bathroom up to date, gated parking, cool room even though there's no air condition (room was facing the garden on the ground floor).

At night a bit noisy (pretty close to the main road). I personally didn't mind it but I know others might be bothered. Also the floors above are creaky (on the gallery, not inside the rooms).

the room was very clean, and she shower was just to my convenience, it will be nice to keep up a little and the up keep but nothing to really complain about the staff is ideal to comply to your desire and very nice. I must felicitate the front desk staff they vey nice and ready to help at any time, that it was the night staff or the day staff " Pas de problem"encore merci beaucoup pour toute l'aide que vous m'avez donner.

Compromis between the price and quality. As I booked the Roman from booking, I can only get a room under the stairs that I hearted all noises inter and external. I don’t think this hotel can be classed to 3 star la with a price more 85 euro after “discount “ from 140euro
