Clean and nice hotel, good value for money. Wide range of food and nice smoothies.

My colleague mentioned that there were some noisy guests at his floor. Also my balcony door somehow wasn't closing properly and had a little bit of drift at night. It didn't effect the temperature of the room but getting the traffic noise from the street.

So clean! Very plush. Rooms were the perfect temperature!

Nothing, it was perfect

The room was very good, spacious and clean, nice lighting, spacious shower, hot water immediately, good bed.

The location, just outside the city, next to a busy road, Mcdonalds and KFC next door soo very busy, sketchy people walking around, hotel is good for 1 night stayover, not a holiday location

Clever funky lighting, kids section was separate with a closely door

I wanted to carry the luggage to the room of my collegue and was not allowed to join my collegue.This strict policy is really rediculous ion any way.I never will go back to this hotel, even if I did not stay myself.

Not flexible at all. Room ready and we have to pay if you want to enter 1 hour earlier.Really rediculous. All about money, 20 Euro. I never experienced this before.

Staff was really nice and place is cozy, room has RGB lights (super cozy) location was perfect for us, it was a GREAT hotel

I like the location, easily accessible and had nice third party facilities in the neighbourhood. The staff was helpful and approachable.

The check-in was supposed to be done by yourself at a booth. This is in my opinion not very hospitable when you check in at a normal time (16:00), but can be convenient at other times. However the staff member at the front desk did help a lot, giving me the feeling that I was not trusted to do the check-in correctly by myself.The toilet smelled funny, very chemical cleaning agents perhaps?The bed was terrible for me; I sunk into the bed unevenly causing my whole back to ache the day after.

Fine basic hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Right next to the highway, which was perfect for my needs. Bed is nice

Self check-in with supervision seems a bit wasteful. It is a busy area, so can get noisy, but I didn't have any issues.

The staff during the day was super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and the location good. Close to the highway and fastfood options. Shower and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The beds were uncomfortable. The mattress had odd edges which made it feel like you would roll off the bed when moving around. Also missed toothpaste in the room.

Late arrival

Room heating system is regulated to low temperature. It was too freezy in my room

Disappointing

Upon arrival, the room was cold at 16c, three hours of waiting until it warmed up.

Location and check in was smooth. Lots of eating places around.

Staff was not accomodating for requesting late check-in as we had to pay a full price for a few hours of night only.

Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Nice lighting plan.

Not very clean. Very thin and rough toiletpaper.

The hotel is near the highway, is clean and quite new. Staff is friendly.

It would be good to have a restaurant in the hotel.

The room was nice, cool, clean, and comfortable.

We opted for a double bed instead of a twin, so they moved the beds together, and they still had single duvets, which I don't like.

The room is nicely designed and properly cleaned. The staffs were super helpful even though check in & out is automated.

The breakfast option is not good, it’s relatively cheap compared to other hotels. But my personal preference is to pay more to get better food quality. The worst part is the IT security, before the trip, there seems to be someone who hacked the booking account of this hotel and sent out scamming/phishing messages. It lasted for hours which was very annoying and unpleasant.

It was very convenient as we travelled from France to Germany and it was just off the motorway

No water in the room, no option to order any food when we got there and confusion with the breakfast rate

Great personnel, clean rooms. Good services.

It was very warm outside, a bottle of water in the room would hef been nice.
